Lines were 10 deep at the self check out lanes and they still would not open any more regular lanes. Just made everyone wait in line. What happened to good old customer service. Bet Sam Walton is spinning in his grave.

Eh, its the largest grocery store for two small towns. Its big, its got a decent selection, And a collection of dead eyed and underpaid staff. Seems like a truly awful place to work honestly. Easy enough to get a Simi truck into the parking lot, and the groceries are well enough.Its a Walmart. You pretty much know what you are getting, and typically you are not going here because its the best quality.

I like the new look of the store. Very helpful and clean as always.

Tried to call for over an hour no one wants to answer the phones and then hangs up on you. 1 simply question and cant get through to anyone

Not enough cashier. You can sometimes find 2-3 workers standing around talking when they have only one register open. They need to have more trained on register

Walmart on the East side is terrible. I dont go there unless its my only option. Usually they only have 2 full-service checkouts open, which is so frustrating. You rarely find anyone to assist you. The store is not clean nor is it well stocked. The Walmart on Allentown Rd. is the complete opposite.

The only thing I see here often is they run out of many items every week. Other than that its a good place to shop. The employees are nice and Will go the extra mile to help you.

It was good. They had some stuff but some walmarts in some areas have some stuff that other walmarts dont have so they all about the same.

I really liked this establishment I went here with my grandmother who uses a handicap cart they were very nice and accommodating

Nice store and great location! The parking lot does need cleaned near the front of the store. The store is organized and associates are helpful. Great selection for christmas presents.

We are done using the Bakery at this Walmart. After our first encounter, we gave them the benefit of the doubt. The second trip our experience wasnt any better yesterday. If you’re going to work in customer service, maybe you should have SOME customer service skills. 🤷‍♀️ I would also recommend you having your employees take cigarette breaks someplace other than next to the entrance.

Walmart is doing us so dirty..... literally the shelves are empty in 75% through the whole store. Then they make you bag your own groceries. That is, Only if you have card to pay with. The online shopping people are constantly having to get out of peoples way. (As they go through the isles and fill the massive online orders they get.I have an idea, why cant Walmart take some of its excessive profit and make a online shopping warehouse....far away from the hungry eyes of the in store shopper whom will stay hunger if this continues on!!!

I hate that there are only 3 lanes to check out. The self checkout was 10 deep, and I waited 20 minutes for a check out. I will not go back until they get the people to check me out. I refuse to do your job for you. If you want my money, hire some people.

Shelves were not stocked and prices missing on some shelves. Only one cashier, the other lanes open were all self scans. Would definitely recommend the Allentown Rd Walmart over this one.

Came at opening. The bathroom was drenched for just opening. If someone had just mopped, they dumped the water in the sink. Either that, or a bum had just taken a bath in the sink. I think the water had came from the sink counters.Other then that, I came for one item and was in and out. For better or worse I didnt hear a thing from a single employee. No welcome to Walmart from the greater, no can I help you find anything, nothing from the self checkout assistant, no thanks for shopping on my way out. Didnt even acknowledge me trying to ask if they needed to see my receipt. Not that this Walmart ever has unless electronics set off the alarm or something.

I always order my groceries and whatever else I need on the walmart app then pick it up here. I love it, makes everything so much easier.

Fresh vegetables, clean isle s, good prices, my highlight was the check out convenience.

Please be patient with staff members. Everyone who comes in Walmart expects everything done right away. This world has become greedy, slow down, live your life.

The worst walmart ever they never keep up with their stock on products they keep their smoke lodges locked up then they make you pay for it immediately though you have more shopping to do then some of the pharmacists get up set with you becouse they have to unlock the smoke lodges and nicotine gum which if you go to other walmarts you can just grab them and go without all the hassle a friend of mine had a return to do he had lost the receipt. wouldnt return it went to another walmart they returned it with such kindness do yourself a favor trust me dont go to this walmart if you can. I know the other Walmart is across town but its well worth it .

This has to be one of the worst managed Wal Marts Ive been in. 40 minutes just to get to the only two registers open. Id recommend going across town to Meijers, I know that is what I will do from now on.

Dont expect to much when you go. The shelves are usually scarce when it comes to mens wear. Outside of that dont be in a rush to leave they still have 50 check-out lines with 10 employees. This concept has never made sense to me for Walmart.

What can you say its a Walmart. If you go find the help you can get help. But about any Walmart Ive tried to call for quite a while now, you always have problems it seems. It either take some five or 10 minutes to answer the phone and when they change you to a department youre lucky if anybody picks it up usually

This specific WalMart wasnt very good. Ice on floors. Ice bags open....people everywhere...rude...but a couple of the employees were nice so plus there

One of the better Walmart stores Ive been to. Great selection to choose from. Organized and setup well. Clean and well maintained. Theres a Burger King inside which is convenient if you dont want to shop on an empty stomach. My only issue is some of the staff arent the best. While some are friendly and helpful Ive ran into issues with others. For example my wife and I went to get some mulch but we couldnt find anyone in the gardening department. I then asked a couple of younger guys who were stocking hygiene items if they could help find someone. They said they would and to just go back there and wait. After at least ten minutes I came back towards the guys stocking and I just happened to see them heading to the breakroom but they were too far for me to say anything. I then had to find someone else to try to get ahold of the person working in the gardening department. When we finally did get our mulch the bags leaked and while they had got someone to mop they were complaining the whole time acting as if it was our fault the bags were leaking.

This Walmart usually keeps a lot of stock at their store also the Walmart pickup is extremely quick and have very friendly employees working!

Too many items are not being restocked lately. With a corporation as large as Wal-Mart shelves shouldnt be empty.

OUTSTANDING ... i am so GRATEFUL to the two gentleman who helped me with an issue on my car (i believe it was Mike and Ryan in automotive) ... i had a case where the splash plate (which keeps bottom of car clean) located under the engine had numerous bolts missing (i had had an oil change in Fremont last Thursday at a dealership) which caused the plate to drag on the ground ... i was concerned that this was capable of doing damage to the car if it hit some ice or a pothole on the road ... they removed the splash plate so i no longer have to worry about doing further damage ... i wanted to give each of them a TIP for the kind efficient service but was told they were not allowed to accept gratuities ... thank you gentleman, somehow you will be rewarded i am sure ...

I couldnt find what I was looking for with the new store layout. The store selection for many common items was limited and the shelves were bare for several items that I was looking for. People stocking shelves had headphones on so you couldnt even ask them any questions. I dont plan on going back anytime soon.

Be nice if shelves stocked. Every time l go in there, l go out not getting everything on my list because not on shelf. I dont shop there often because like today items not stocked. Have to bag my own groceries unless l want to stand kn line and wait for check out operator. Wish Chiefs Mkt still at Eastgate. I was willing to pay extra to find what l wanted and actually had someone with a friendly face that checked me out. Rated - 8

Always great customer service. But the customers themselves are horrible. Be prepared to be cut in line, cut off in the isles, and just straight disrespected. People will run into your cart and then give you dirty looks.

Parking lot could use some work but other than that the shipping experience was alright.

Online pickup service is executed extremely well with one notable exception... on the past TWO visits, I received rotted produce. I hope no one is viewing online orders as an opportunity to reduce their food spoilage costs at the expense of their customers.

Its Walmart. Dont expect great customer service or any help from any associate there. Personally I try to not shop Walmart but rather shop local businesses that are not big box stores. Walmart does carry a huge selection of items that when you need them it is easy to go there and get. Obviously the quality of items is okay at best but I usually just go there to buy groceries that I need in a pinch.

You need update your hours for all departments and get some people in the bakery that know what theyre doing. Theres hardly anyone ever there to take an order, you close down way before your store hours say you do, and your cakes be uneven as a mf. I will be making my orders at Meijers from now on.
