And Wyatt was a great kid, he’s dam ugly (joke) but super knowledgeable and helpful. And Mark who did the installations was terrific.

Friendly and helpful staff. Needed a stereo wiring harness for my double din and was the only place that had what I needed. Drove 45 minutes to get it, and they waited on me to get there cuz they were about to close l. Definitely recommend for car audio

I brought my 2019 Camry SE in to have a subwoofer installed and Im very impressed with the quality of the work that was done. They got the job done in a timely fashion and used high quality materials throughout the install. Although the prices are a little high compared to other places, I feel the prices are fair.

Picked up my car today after getting 4 speakers, 2 amps, and 2 subs installed. I want to give a HUGE thank you to Mark, Rashad, Bryce, and Austin for their hard work, and dedication to my audio needs. Austin was the salesman who I was in communication with the entire time. He was extremely knowledgeable as they all are, and described what everything was, its purpose, and how it would impact my car/audio. During the process they were constantly in contact with me, giving me updates, and feedback on my decision making in what I wanted in the car. If i could give 6 stars I would. They did great extremely great work, and I couldnt be happier. Only thing now is to figure out how to see out of my rear view mirror with it shaking so much. Highly recommend this shop. THANKS GUYS!

We drove 2 hours because of the great reviews and after speaking to the some of the staff on the phone. I had a remote start installed along with a pioneer 8201nex head unit. They installed two cameras onto my 2006 Dodge Ram 3500, one in the front and one in the back. We could not be happier!! The staff really knows their stuff. They are professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They take time to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for. After everything was done they take time to walk you through everything and answer any questions you may have. Great environment to hang out in if you are wanting to wait. Awesome theatre rooms, Nate offered to set us up with some movies to watch while we waited. We didn’t have to wait as long as expected, they really knocked it out quick!! Can’t say enough good things about this place. Will definitely be doing business with Custom Audio Concepts for all my vehicle needs.We would have drove 4 hours for the service we received. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed!!

Had 4 speakers installed in my car cabin and the price I was quoted over the phone was almost double when I received my total. Not to mention that my rear speakers were installed wrong and make a extremely loud ruckus. I was very disappointed with the product and service I received but the costumer service was acceptable. Wouldn’t ever go back for a service like that. Learned a lesson and will install them myself next time.

Amazing staff. I had an issue with a groupon I bought months ago and I was expecting it to be complicated. After explaining the issue to them, it was fixed in less than 30secs. They worked with me and turned what I thought was going to be complicated into an easy fix.

I had Custom Audio tint a couple of customers that I had over booked and they did a great job for me. They used LLumar window tint, which is the best on the market. Dont be fooled on the we have window tint that is just as good. There is a big difference in window tint.

These guys know what their doing. They installed a great sounding system in my 2014 fusion. With the factory stereo they installed 4 amplifiers, a digital sound processor, an extra battery, 6.5 inch front and rear door speakers, midrange and tweeters on the dash, and 12 inch subs. All hertz speakers, and 3 out of 4 amps are hertz. The digital sound processor connects to my phone through Bluetooth where I can set a 30 band eq for each speaker, adjust my crossover, and more. They tuned in the sound perfectly for me and I havent had to touch the eq since. Not to mention, they gave me a good deal on my equipment. I highly recommend these guys.

Over the last several years Nate Gast and the guys at Custom Audio Concepts have taken care of me for my Home Audio and Video including Custom In-Home Installation for my Patio Speakers, Rock Landscape Speakers, and even a Flat screen that my family and I can enjoy outside! I just purchased my 4th television from Custom Audio Concepts and have plans for 2 more in the near future... Prices may seem to be slightly more expensive at first, but the lines that they carry are usually higher end products than what you see in the Big Box and grocery stores, and since I don’t make major purchases like this every day, I feel that an extra $100- $200 on a $1,500 3D Television is money well spent to get a better quality product. Also getting it from someone who has the knowledge for the best products to fit your personal needs and still stay in your budget is important too. Theres something to be said for Professional, Personal Service before and AFTER the sale. Thanks again guys... Customer for Life!
