During my recent oil change the technician found that the front brakes were in need of replacement. I was able to schedule the work and the repairs were made. During he repairs another problem was found and repaired on the spot. The staff was fantastic, the work was fantastic, I received a great car wash, and the costs were very fair. *****DON’T DEAL WITH EMILY FULLER*******Drove around on the lot and my wife and I noticed a vehicle we liked and wanted to sit down and see if we could work out a deal on. I contacted them thru their website due to it being after hours and on a day they wasn’t opened. I received a phone call on this morning on the vehicle from, Emily Fuller, I’m guessing she is with their internet sales department. I let her know we had a trade in that we would want to see how much they was willing to give us for. She instructed me to email her photos. So I emailed them at around 10 before 10 am. Didn’t think it would take to long to hear back from her but I was wrong. At around 2:45pm I emailed her again to ask where we was in the process, and once again my email was ignored. Finally, I called her at about 15 after 4pm to ask what was going on. First, she didn’t even remember speaking with me. Once she figured out who I was, she basically told me that she never opened my email, or sent it to the proper person for appraisal. Then she told me she was going to contact him, which is the same thing she told me first thing in the morning, but I still never heard back from her. Emily Fuller is someone who should not be doing what she is doing for a living. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with her if she is the one who contacts you from the dealership. Took my Buick in for a clicking noise coming from the front axial area. The service team quickly diagnosed the problem. Cleaned up axial nut and retorqued and greased. The team went the extra mile and did the same to the other side. All repairs made and back on the road. Thanks auto mall service team tou hit it out of the park again.

Dan Cherkas is the best sales representative that I have worked with. Super responsive, very knowledgeable and a complete straight shooter. The purchase of my 2021 Escalade ESV Sport from Dan and the Lima Cadillac Team was easy and seamless. Buying a car from out of state (particularly during a pandemic) can be stressful, but this purchase was made extremely easy. Everything handled over the phone, paperwork arrived at my house the next day, and Escalade was shipped from Ohio to my home in Illinois. No issues, no games...just great client service. This is how purchasing a Cadillac should be. I would highly recommend Dan Cherkas and the Lima Cadillac team to anyone and will definitely purchase from them again in the future..

They made it impossible to even start doing any business with them. A while back I had interest in some of their inventory. And wanted to get additional information about it. They said theyd get back to me and soon. Multiple times. But even after my repeated attempts, they never did. They wasted my time by not following thru and not getting me the information I was looking for in a timely manner. Very bad customer service. No sale.

Sold a car out from under me, literally left for an hour to bring a friend who knew more about cars to make sure i wasnt getting a bad deal and when I came back to look at the car again they said someone else was looking at it. I waited 45 minutes for this family to leave without buying the car until the salesmen chased them out the door to tell them that I was interested in buying the car so if they wanted it they better buy it now and they did.
Everyone, as always, was very friendly and super helpful. I e my cars oil changed and to have new tires put on so I was expecting to be there for awhile. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they was done. I was really ecstatic though with my bill!!! I was quoted as price for tires on the previous oil change and was expecting my bill to be a certain amount. When I went to pay my bill is was not only way lower, I was given a rebate form to get an additional $100 back!!Additionally, I was impressed at their honesty. When I made my appointment, I told them that if the brakes needed replaced to do so while I was already there, which I knew was opening the door for them to do something to my car that might not need it just yet but I had the money and it would save taking another day off work. They didnt touch my brakes! My contact person who oversaw the work and who seems to be the same guy I have every time in the shop, told me that they still didnt need replaced and that it would have been unnecessary to change them at this time. I have had bad experiences before with shops telling me I needed stuff when later I find out it didnt or they dont listen to what I am concerned about but I have never had that experience here!!! Which is why I will still go out of my way and have to take off work to get my car worked on here. I have been shown repeatedly that my car is in good hands.|
Took my car into the body shop after I was rear-ended. The staff was friendly and did a fantastic job. My car is a very odd color and I was amazed how they were able to match the paint color so well that you cant even tell the bumper was destroyed. It only took a day and a half and the price was spot on to the quote they gave me before they did any of the work. I would recommend them everyone!
The technicians, receptionist and service dept always treat me like I am their number one customer and that my vehicles safety, smooth operation and service is of utmost importance to them. I cant compliment them enough! I was especially happy to be given a loaner vehicle (while my car was in for an extended repair) that was the same make/model as my own so I had ease in operation.

Had issue with tires... they fixed me up for great price. Considered a discount store, sure glad I didnt go there. Price at Lima Auto Mall was about the same and I know the work was done right. Car rides like new again.
We agreed on a price for a vehicle. I was to pick it up the next day.A few minutes later I get a call saying that there was another person interested in the car and they could no longer sell it to me for the price we agreed on.The car had about 7k miles on it. I found another one that was brand new and $600 less than the original price we agreed on.Its now several weeks later. I see they are still trying to sell it. Ha ha. I guess that one turned around and bit them on the a--Oh - and look at the more recent 5 star reviews they have. The reviewers all have one review - for Lima auto mall. And they dont go into any kind of detail. Just Alex was great. Or the transaction was smooth. Hmmmm. Very interesting.

Although we werent able to make a deal here, the sales team was very nice. They arent too pushy or overbearing. We talked some numbers and we werent able to make a deal. What made this experience acceptable was that the used car manager met with us and explained why. Most dealerships dont do this. If were ever in the market again, we would consider this location.
Got back to me quickly and had the car I was interested in ready. Knew all about it, even tho it wasnt one of their new car lines. Worked a good deal and gave a fair trade-in. Im very pleased.

Lima Chevrolet is an overall great dealership and even though they were not able to get me into a new Silverado they found a suitable replacement. This is our third vehicle purchased from them and we always get the best deal as well as customer service from all employees.
When I am with my husband, the two of us are permitted to take the car that we are interested in on a test drive alone. Both times in the past five years that I wanted to take a car for a test drive without my husband, the salesman went with me the whole time explaining how the car operates (as if I were a new driver). I do not like being treated like as if I am insignificant and will not shop at Lima Auto Mall again. We have purchased most of our cars from Lima Auto Mall for my husband, both of our kids and myself so this was a difficult decision. If I can offer any advice to Lima Auto Mall, train your employees to treat your female drivers like you would your male drivers.

I hit a deer a few weeks ago with my GMC Sierra. I dropped it off at the body shop to get the repairs done. BUYERS BEWARE. Unfortunately, I cannot give negative stars with my experience pertaining to Lima Auto. In December 2018, I purchased a Certified Cadillac SRX at Lima Auto Mall. The team at Lima Auto worked with me, and I thought I had a great deal when I left the door. However, I was completely mistaken. In just four months of owning the vehicle, Ive had two significant services done with limited miles on the car. I reached out to the sales team to discuss these issues. The Sales Manager, Ryan, was disrespectful to myself and my family. Ryans lack of professionalism and ill-mannered behavior is concerning to customers and reveals how Lima Auto operates. Once a deal has been reached, then they care less about any services, questions, or needs that you may have in the future. Moving forward, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Hope this review is beneficial to all vehicle consumers in Northwest Ohio!
First time customer. Was able to get my wifes Cruze in last minute. Wonderful. More than ready to deal with it being Diesel. Awesome. So far so good. Digging the place. Everyone was very hospitable. They have an issue during the tire rotation. The Service Advisor, who is nervous says they will handle it. No big deal. They even discounted the service. Very very appreciative. The Service Manager comes out just as its done to apologize for the issue. HOWEVER, once hes questioned about the circumstances his demeanor entirely changes. Not since High School have I ever seen a hissy fit like this in a Service Department. Having worked in a number of Automotive shops through the years, I know full well this is not how you act or react to a customer. Having just moved to the area a week ago we were eager to give this Dealership a try based on the very high rating.

Couldnt believe how someone can look for over 15 mins at a vehicle and no one come out to help you. But made a short drive and spent 68 thousand dollars elsewhere and got a better deal. Instead of a 2019 Tahoe LT for 66 thousand I got a 2019 Tahoe 4WD Premier RST Edition

I had a couple small scratches and a dent repaired on my brand-new, off-the-lot, 3700 mile white diamond tri-coat 2018 GMC 1500 Sierra Denali. The scratches and small dent occurred when I backed out of my garage and hit the mirror on the garage door frame. The falling parts did the damage. I was totally disgusted with myself!The repair became an insurance claim with nationwide. They reccomended the Lima Auto Mall and a couple other places as nationwide blue ribbon body shops. These shops work is guaranteed by nationwide, so if youre not happy with the repair nationwide will guarantee the work until you are. The Lima Auto Mall won my business over another blue ribbon shop.Luke Taylor, the body shop manager, made me comfortable with the repair. I was very worried about how the repair would be completed and how the paint would match as the white diamond tri-coat is a notoriously hard color to match- any tri-coat or metallic paint is really known for this from what I hear.Luke explained to me how the dent would be worked out, which components would need to be removed, where the blending would occur, which components (trim pieces) would need replaced, and what would all come off on the inside of the door to access the back side of the dent with a dolly. We discussed the paint booths. We discussed everything!The level of detail in the explanation was appreciated as I do body work on old 70s era car restorations. I wanted to know how they would do it. Lukes explanation left nothing to hide and made me feel comfortable with leaving my nice, brand-new truck with him. Luke explained that the repaint wouldnt be a big deal for his crew and that they often repair the white diamond color because GM puts it on everything. The problems associated with re-touching and re-finishing this color are not valid any more because GM body technicians have so much exposure to it.It is worth noting that the shop was clean and well-lit. Keeping a shop clean when youre working on cars much less doing body and paint work is no easy task. Good lighting is necessary for any work but is especially useful when sighting down body panels to ensure paint and blocking work is done so a panel is laser straight. The first shop I stopped at did NOT have good lighting and appeared dreary. The Lima Auto Mall has good working conditions to ensure their technicians do good work. Anything a shop can do to give their techs what they need is a step toward making sure we the customers get quality products and services!I received email updates throughout the process that were an automated (as far as I could tell) collaboration between the Lima Auto Mall and Nationwide. They explained what level of completion the job was at and that the repair was on track to meet the quoted completion date. I emailed Luke approximately 3-5 times throughout the quoting and repair process, and he always answered the same day. This was much appreciated.The repair looks good. The paint match is perfect. Ive looked at it in all sorts of lights on different days. Ive looked at it from different distances and different angles. It is impossible to tell that the truck didnt just come off the paint line at GM. The orange peel is matched well too! The driver side fender- which I believe was removed for the repair- and the DS headlight were reinstalled well and gapped perfectly to the front of the door and the hood. I took measurements before the repair was done and measurements after. Theyre the same. The panels are all flush and in plane with each other.This shop provides good quality body work. Luke Taylor has a good, positive attitude and is a pleasure to work with. He is well-mannered. He has confidence in his crew as demonstrated by not being afraid to walk through and explain all the details of the repair process, and he should have confidence in them! They did good. Ill spread the word about this body shop! I will be considering them for my next GM vehicle. Thank you to Luke Taylor, the Lima Auto Mall, and the body shop crew.

I havent bought a car for 13 years. The car business is not what it was 13 years ago. The internet has made things very competitive. There is no longer room for 1000s of dollars in negotiating like years past. Given that, after spending days looking at 3 vehicles in a 100 mile radius, the car we purchased from Lima automall was the cleanest and best priced car in that radius. The team worked hard to earn my business and provided honest and great service the entire time. Save yourself wasted time trying to find a better car for a better price at other dealers; If the car you want is at Lima automall, purchase it.
I went to test drive a truck that I had seen. The salesman came out and met me and said that he was with another couple but gave me the key and told me to pull it up by the building and he would be out or he would have another salesman ride with me. After sitting for quite awhile he came out so I could test drive the truck as I was driving he started turning the radio station and asked what I would like to listen to, which I already had it set and he also played with the fan for the AC and with some of the comments he made I knew they would not take what I would be willing to pay for the truck.
The customer service is great from the moment you walk in to the momentthey walk you to your car and say have a nice day. Great crew in the service department.

Went one time to look at a vehicle and the salesmen didn’t seem to care. He walked around the parking lot and kept asking what it was. Repeating it over and over. Couldn’t find the vehicle. Playing on his phone. Another time I called the service department and the advisor or whoever answered the phone hung up on me. Poor service!!
