Our family loved the experience we had with Eversole Pool and Spa. The staff members are phenomenal and willing to help you every step of the way. From all of the people we met the first day in the store, to the people who delivered our tub. They all were very helpful when it came to helping us choose our hot tub. One of the most impressive things was that the staff did not try to push a sell, to them it was more about helping us find the perfect spa for our family. I am so happy that we now get to enjoy our beautiful country view, while relaxing in our new Bullfrog Spa.

We recently purchased a hot tub at Eversole. The entire process and customer service throughout the whole process was 5 stars. The show room staff were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They worked with us to find the perfect hot tub given all of our constraints. Delivery and set-up were outstanding. They walked me through all of the required maintenance and demoed all of the operations. Great service. Highly recommend!

So far I have been very happy with Eversoles. It took longer than expected to get the hot tub, but that was not their fault. Very helpful with the set up.

I researched dealers in the area and based on Eversoles reviews we made a 3.5 hour round trip to purchase a TS 8.2 Master Spa from Eversole. Everyone from the showroom to the delivery and set up personnel was very professional. The follow up and tech support have been exceptional. I would highly recommend Eversole to anyone looking for a hot tub.

We purchased a hottub from Eversole Pool and Spa a few years ago and this week we purchased a swimspa from them and we love it!!!!! They are the best!!! We had great service and they answered all our questions!!!

Eversole Pool and Spa were very kind and knowledgeable. The sales person listened to my needs and showed me a hot tub that would meet those needs. They were not high pressure and never once tried to sell me a more expensive hot tub. The people who came to install the hot tub were very kind and very thorough when explaining on how to use it.

All around great experience. I reached out via Facebook messenger and they were so responsive and helpful, so much so my husband and I decided to drive over an hour to their store. Chad was very informative and knowledgeable, answered all our questions and helped us decide what spa was best for us. We had to wait about 2 weeks for delivery which was perfect so we could get electrician here and delivery was smooth and delivery people were nice and knowledgeable. Can’t say enough good things about this company. All around a great experience.

Absolutely love our bull frog. The guys that delivered the hot tub were very helpful and courteous. Only reason for 4 stars, we felt the hot tub should have had everything inspected prior to delivery. The lights did not work. Also would be nice to have a chemical cheat sheet. The entire experience was wonderful from beginning. The customer service that we received in the showroom was excellent. They were very patient and took time to answer all of our questions. We compared a few models and they were happy to explain the differences between them. A couple days before our expected delivery the weather forecast called for rain on our delivery date. We called to offer to reschedule but were told there was no need. Our hottub was delivered and setup in the pouring rain. Even though he was soaked, Tom took time to explain the chemical process. EverSole is A1.

She spent as much time as we needed discussing the different systems and what we were looking for. I have been shopping for a hot tub for years. I’ve been to the HSS and W places looked and shopped. Spoke to a couple sales people and while they seemed nice they just seemed like salesmen. Got serious this fall and made the rounds on the phone and I don’t know if it’s because they were so busy or what but people just didn’t seem to care. The W place said they were selling their allotment for June already in November. I remembered seeing a place in Lima and found Eversole. I called and spoke to Karolyn who didn’t try to sell me anything, she just answered my questions and gave me insight the other places couldn’t. She found out what I needed and had one available and set up in a month time. 4 man team came out on time and were done in less than 2.5 hours. They even moved it twice for me, once because I thought I wanted it a certain way then Tom advised me about the position in relation to the top and I asked him to put it back. Thanks so much for your advice Tom! All the guys seemed knowledgeable about the product and set up. Went over care, gave me 4 months of chemicals, and went over all the features and functions and even a nice cheat sheet with how to care, when to add chemicals and test, etc. Would recommend these guys to anyone. Chad and team were great to work with. Couldn’t recommend enough. They came all the way to Toledo for delivery. Chad was very patient with us in deciding which hot tub to purchase. Ultimately we chose the Bullfrog. I’m so glad we chose to drive an hour to Eversole Pool & Spa because they really were great to deal with and I’m confident if there are any service issues they’ll take care of them right away.

Great choice! Karolyn was very informative and did not pressure me in the least bit. She provided insights and personal opinions without trying to sell me. Once I made my selection, the purchase was pain-free and the delivery was very fast after ordering. The delivery crew was excellent- very knowledgeable, patient and efficient. I appreciate that Eversole is a local business with ties to the community and that they service what they sell- no need to contact the manufacturer. Bought a breaking cue here. The lady was really nice and helped us as soon as we came in the door. She went the extra mile to by putting the cue in plastic bag so it didnt get rained on outside. Highly reccomend this place, great service and very welcoming. Will shop here again for sure.

If I could give a 0 I would. Dont buy from them. Atleast go down the road to Pools and More and talk to them. Better yet ask them if they service what they sell. Eversole doesnt. My pool has been down for 4 weeks. I went twice to get parts and was referred to google. Not a good thing to say to customers. Couldnt you atleast order the part for me. I would of been gladly to pay extra but nope. I will give a little secret that I wish i would of done at the beginning. Save your self a couple thousand and just buy pool online and have the pool guy from Lima install it. I had a couple friends do this after I told them and saved money. Im still waiting on a phone call back from a week ago after I told them this is it and I wanted them to get me the part....Still waiting

It really depends on who you get there. There is a woman there who is great! Shes very friendly and patient, but there is a guy there who is super rude and will try you hes never heard of your common problem before just to get you off the phone.

I get all my hot tub chemicals here - they are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!!! The store is very conveniently located and well organized. They even now have billiards tables, and other fun items. I wouldnt go anywhere else, and you shouldnt either. :-)

Went in today to get prices and the initial women who helped us was wonderful and explained things well. The man she transferred us to, to answer additional was questions was the opposite.He seemed to be rushing through the info he was giving. Talked so fast that when my husband and I left, I was more confused. Luckily my husband understood what he was talking about.But, because of his lack of helpfulness, even after knowing we were pool newbies, we chose a different company near by who spent the time explaining and making sure we understood everything 100% before walking out the door.Other than that they do have a large quantity of hot tubs and some pool tables. No swimming pools on display, but they do have brochures and info to hand out to potential customers.

When we go into the store, the people have been friendly, I will start out with that. This is pertaining to having our pool serviced. We scheduled to have our pool looked at for issues we were having. The guy came over, looked at it, a inground pool that was full with some water behind the liner said yup we need a new liner. Told me he would call back in a few hours after he consulted with someone else, well I never received that call or any day after. Very unprofessional, this is their job and what they’re paid to do. We scheduled to have the pool looked at in February or March because of the issues and wanted it up and ready to go, we knew this could be a cpl week process. Luckily I’ve found another great locally owned company who is working very closely with us on what to do to get the problem fixed, fitting us in inbetween installing new pools. I would not recommend if you need your pool serviced, maybe they didn’t know what to do, maybe they just didn’t want to take on the situation. They’ve lost a customer.

We have owned our in ground pool for more than 18 years and have had multiple experiences with local pool and spa retailers over that time. After running into difficulties with consistent service, products and pricing we came across Karolyn and Chad at Eversole Pool & Spa soon after they opened their location on Elida Rd. We have been loyal customers ever since, they are genuinely caring, extremely knowledgeable, very economically priced and if they dont have an item, will go above and beyond to deliver that item in a timely manner.

2yrs ago they set up my new spa and did a wonderful job. On 6-12-18 they came out and set up a pool table for me and the end results were exceptional!! They replaced the rails and put all new felt on the table. These guys know pool tables. It looks great and im sure will play even better. Very polite and informative while setting up the table. Would reccomend this company to friends and family. Ask for Karolyn she is great!!

This is the ONLY place I go for my pool chemicals! If youre tired of salesmen pushing you to spend a bunch of money on sub-par chemicals, then you MUST visit them at Eversole Pool and Spa! They know exactly what they are talking about! If you need a part, and they dont have it, they will search tirelessly until they find it for you! Prices are very similar to what you will spend at other places, but with them you always get a smile and chemicals that will last the whole season!
