Went looking for a new mattress because my husband and I couldnt stand waking up every morning with neck, shoulder, hip and back pain any more. Josh helped us find the right mattress by listening to our complaints and what we were looking for in a mattress. He gave us excellent customer service and was very polite throughout our time there. When I went in and bought this bed I had a fine experience. My father suffers from migraines so having an adjustable bed really helps with that. We picked out a very nice set and spent over $5000 on the set up. The adjustable base stopped working so I went in to talk with someone in the store about it. When I went in the store I was approached by a worker who was very nice and told me I had to do the warranty online and gave me the information to do so. Then I was approached by the manager. (I believe his name is Josh?) I explained my situation about my father having migraines and that it was very important to me to get it fixed. At that point he got loud and was very rude. I was the only one in the store and i wasnt loud at all. He went on telling me that they cant change company policy because I have a problem and told me that my problem isnt his problem and laughed. I felt very disrespected and I left the store at that point. My father suffers from multiple medical issues including breathing problems because he only has one lung. He has a medical note from his doctor excluding him from wearing a mask. My father went in the store trying to figure out the situation (why they wouldnt help) and he was also addressed in a very disrespectful manner by this same gentleman. Telling him that he had to leave the store because he was not wearing a mask. At that point my father showed this gentleman his medical note from his doctor and the man said that his medical issues didnt matter and that if he doesnt have a mask then he needs to leave the store also laughing at him. My father tried to explain his situation about the bed and the manager called the cops on my father stating that my father was harassing him and refused to wear a mask. My father was not harassing whatsoever and has a medical note from a doctor stating he does not have to wear a mask. At the end of the day we both felt very disrespected by the same gentleman on two separate occasions. This man was very rude and apparently thought our situationwas funny by how he kept laughing at us. He later called and apologized to my father for coming off rude. But no matter what. That is not how a customer should be treated. We own our own business and I would never want any of my customers to feel the disrespect we felt from this gentleman. If a worker at my store treated a customer like this in any manner they would be penalized. *Edit its been almost 3 weeks since I tried to get this bed fixed. I received a phone call from the other manager apologizing for the actions of their worker and I was told they would call me in a couple days to repair it. I never received a call back. I hired another company to come fix the bed even though it was under warranty because they would not get back with me to fix the issue. 0 stars

We went mattress shopping yesterday and had an idea on what we wanted to get. As we entered the store we were greeted and began looking around. During this time, there was another customer in the store who was very belligerent, demanding and continued to escalate during the course of the conversation... to the point we could hear everything that was going on clear across the store. As the conversation continued, Josh maintained his composure and continued to try to assist the person. His consistent helpful and deescalating manner helped resolve the issue. He then went on to help us. He was very accommodating, even to the point he offered to help deliver our mattress sooner on his off day if we needed it (we did not). He was knowledgable, helpful and accommodating and I would HIGHLY recommend shopping at the Lima store vs. buying online or looking elsewhere. He struck a nice balance of being helpful but not overwhelming or a nuisance.

We went to Mattress Firm looking for a king-sized bed. Josh assisted us, answering all of our questions and answering some we had not thought of yet. He was very helpful and patient as I like to take my time researching and investigating before I spend this much money. The first day we picked the mattress and asked a lot of questions, which were all answered. We spent some time researching prices and reviews on the internet. The next day we were ready to buy, but wanted to sort out the right adjustable bed frame. He was very helpful in explaining the different adjustable frames, giving each ones advantages and disadvantages over the others. He was not high pressure, which I liked. We recommend Josh at Mattress Firm on Elida Rd if you are looking to purchase a new bed. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience.

I was extremely satisfied with the quality, pricing & customer care I received from Mattress Firm in Lima. Will assisted me in my purchase of 2 queen frames, mattresses, protectors - along with the delivery at my new home in Westerville. When there was a very slight issue with those delivering the 2nd set, Will immediately addressed the issue, resolving it in more than a satisfactory manner.

Josh was very knowledgeable and professional. Only issue was communication on financing. I mentioned the 5 years same as cash but he never mentioned there was was a minimum purchase. He did honor the 5 year SAC but I wasn’t sure if he was just trying to get me to buy more because I was very close to the minimum.

Sales person was great. They showed me the options for my price range and they plainer the different firmness levels and color coding. He went over all the sales deals and such that I did not see on the website. Then he just let me try out the mattresses at my leisure until I found one that was right for me. Over all a great experience!

Great service at a fair price.

Ordered mattress on a Tuesday. Staff said it would be delivered by that Saturday. I called on Saturday and it never was “ordered.” Now waiting until Wednesday for the next truck. A little annoyed but will survive. Otherwise I enjoy the products they offer.

All around great service.We walked in the door overwhelmed by the sheer number of Mattresses but were quickly greeted by Josh and he put our minds at ease. He gave us a brief overview of their selection as well as thorough answers to all of our questions. Service started out great! Got a great deal on a great mattress that couldnt be passed up. After signing for the bed and delivery though is a different experience altogether. Keeping it short...our matter got damaged and no more models were available. A month and a half later theowner calls and wants to know why our account is still open. 2 weeks later we had our mattress. Happy that the owner fixed the issue, however, I would not suggest to anyone to shop here.... go to another place and give your business, and save your self the stress.

Matt was helpful but we didn’t get the king pillows he said he would give at time of delivery. Also, the delivery and set up crew did not bind the two super twin beds together. So when the headboard showed up, the crew would not attach the headboard because of that. Then, when I went back to the store to find out why, I was told by apparent sales Mgr that was something I needed to buy from amazon because they do not carry such items. Love the bed, but service after the sale was, for lack of a better term, terrible!
