There sales reps are rude and dishonest. They sold a jetta that should of never been on the lot. 3400$ worth of repairs and 4000$ in recalls. People get suckerd in with poor credit and stick it to them with poor finance rates. Worst place to buy a car. I will tell everyone that I know to never buy from these clowns🤡.

My service people are awesome but renting a car for 150$/day when I have to pay 500$ a month for the car is unreasonable. My car was there for some days to get work done. Cost me over 990$ for a rental.

My baby girl and I went in to have an oil change done on our can. And we were in and out. Everyone was very nice to us. I can really say we have not had any problems with anyone that worked for byriders. In the service department nor the sales department. We are also looking to get another car from them and i would refer anyone one to them. Terrible experience. I have had numerous issues with the vehicle Ive purchased just over a year ago now. Ridiculously over priced, and the warranty I paid for is complete bull. Ive had my vehicle in the byrider shop with the warranty I paid for 5 times in the last month and a half, and I am still dealing with the same issues. I do not recommend.

I went in for an oil change it took pobly 20 minutes to 30 minutes very efficient 10 bucks in-and-out Would highly recommend for an oil change Especially if you get a car from them take advantage of that oil change

Every time I schedule an appointment for any diagnosis to get done no matter the issue and show up the day of (when I’m not at work) Service department finds any and every excuse possible for the issues to be acknowledged it’s unprofessional I have no other problems But to top it off I’m overall not happy .

Showed up at the dealership with an appointment. There were two other groups of people there that were being helped. My daughter and I looked at vehicles and patiently waited our turn. At first we were not even acknowledged that we were there. We finally sat in the waiting room and were eventually called in to speak to Ron. At first he seemed very knowledgeable and likeable. We went through the information, gave him the appropriate documents and were told to hang out and await a phone interview. Three hours later they finally call for the interview. In all of this I found the vehicle on their lot that I really wanted, after the phone interview I’m told that there was an issue with the income and he thought the underwriters made a mistake. He said he would deal with it in the morning and he promised myself and my daughter that he would get it taken care of AND he would get me into the vehicle I wanted. He repeated that at least three times. The next day I hear nothing, I finally call a half hour before they were due to close and he said I would definitely hear from him the next day and he promised yet again that he would “make this happen and get you the car you want.” In the meantime, another dealership calls offering me a car, not one I wanted as much as the one he promised me so I passed thinking I could believe this guy. He tells me he will be in the office on Sunday and to plan on coming in Sunday to finish the deal. Not only did I pass on another vehicle that is now gone as well, he has yet to return my calls. So much for trustworthy and honesty. Won’t be returning here and had four more friends looking for cars who were also going to go there I’ve informed them to look elsewhere as well.

The general manager, the sales manager and the sales associate were incredibly friendly! Made my first time experience at a buy here pay here outstandingly exceptional! I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a car !

When I purchased my vehicle from byrider I was told that any labor done on my car was free. I had to have byrider fix my car this past week. I get my bill and they charged me labor fee because it was electrical. Thats not what they told me when I purchased the car. Not very happy.

Good service, nice staff, but got home with the new car and engine light came on, has trouble starting and vibrates really bed when driving on highway. So Im thinking false advertisement when they said reliable vehicle. I dont know about some people but my problem with the car I got doesnt scream reliable. It screams breaking the bank in repairs. I dont even feel safe with my kids in it.

AFTER THEY TOLD THEM THEY COULD GET APPROVED..

Called and asked to see if they had a specific vehicle they said they had multiple there for sale. Drove all the way there and they straight lied lmao high pressure sales and I felt dirty being there.
