Great place helped me in emergency right at closing. Jeff the department manager got me in after I was told it couldn’t be done, I explained I was on my spare and I was taken care of and not left stranded. Thanks auto care!!

Well called auto dept. Prob 20 to 30 times and it rang and rang and rang so seeing that they do not kno how to answer the phone...they probably do not know how to put on new set of tires and do an oil change...I called the auto care dept and the main store same problem there as well ...I am really surprised that you are still in business. You might want to hire someone to just answer the phone, it may help the business!

Went to get my oil changed and the technician put the wrong oil in my car and never put the oil fill cap back on....DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR!!!!....had to fi it myself

Will not take vehicle there again.They broke my lug nut studs.

If youre looking for friendly service, maybe skip this place. Always seems to be a 2-3 hour wait. Not sure if thats because theyre busy or just trying to give plenty of time to work faster services in? I had tires installed this time and they did a good job. Definitely have someone there to drive you home and back.

I was recently on a trip from MI to FL. I had an alignment & wheels balanced just prior to me leaving. I decided to stop at this Walmart because I had some pretty scary vibrations on the highway.These guys were awesome and very understanding, and more than willing to help less than an hour before they closed.The Tech that was working on my car went above and beyond to discover issues with my alignment. He showed me and explained exactly what the issues were and gave very helpful suggestions on solutions.I have no doubt that the tech saved my tires and probably more! Very grateful for such an honest and helpful mechanic!

Got to the store at 12:45 to get all 4 tires replaced. The check in process was great and we walked around the store for about an hour. We went back to the waiting room to wait and at 2:20 they told me that they didn’t have tires for my car. Ridiculous.

Terrible experience! Went in two months ago for two new tires, which they made a mess of (took off the tires I told them to keep, left the ones in worse shape on and put the new tires on the back instead of the front like I asked) and was lied to about my headlights. (They said they checked to make sure it wasnt the bulb, and it wasnt so it must be a wiring issue. Took it somewhere else, three minutes and a new bulb later fixed. They never even looked at it.) Yesterday I got a flat in the Walmart parking lot, had no choice but to go there. They broke the lug nut and stud getting the tire off! Whoever put it on last did it wrong. (It was them!) You should get it fixed soon and washed their hands of it and had me drive away with four out of five of my lug nuts and a broken stud. I was torn between insisting they fix it or NEVER LETTING THEM TOUCH MY CAR AGAIN. I went with the latter. I dont care if my car is ON FIRE right outside their door, I will NEVER go there again and I will certainly encourage others not to. Ive told this story to several people and my of them have had similar incompetent unsatisfactory experiences there and have made similar vows. AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.

I had a flat tire on car 6 months old car that they would not replace. They said that I had to replace all 4 tires as it was a All Wheel drive vehicle. I had the same tire go flat 2 months earlier and the Wal-Mart in Findlay Ohio replaced it. Went to Michael Tire and they replace it as the thread was fine fine and they could leave the other tires on it. I would not trust this Wal-Mart or they need a new policy!!

They are always doing good job: to change oil or to fix tires.

Took 2 hours for 4 tires to be rotated. They have idiots that work there.

Never get nothing done to your car went to get some tires out on and they stripped my lugs and still didnt put my tires on cost me 300 extra dollars getting my car fixed
