GREAT customer service! Right when I walked in I was greeted by an employee named Billy. He was more than happy to test my alternator and battery for me. When we realized it was a bad battery he offered to give me some quotes and also install a new battery for me if I ended up purchasing from them. Needless to say I did buy the battery and Billy installed it within a few minutes. I tried to give Billy a tip but he wouldn’t accept it. He was very nice and I really appreciated all his help! I was in and out of there within 10 minutes! Thank you so much for going the extra mile!

I was with my cousin who purchased items here. I didnt go in. But judging from what he was saying, it didnt sound promising. Between the service and prices he wasnt happy.

I dont often go to this one. And I was a bit disappointed when I called and asked for calipers for a 2008 Ford fusion and the girl said they didnt carry those, and didnt offer to call any other stores... So I went to Kenton AutoZone where they are tons of help! However, there was a cat by the name of Garrett in Lima who was super courteous!!!
