I brought my Jeep in due to a recall and had other services while it was in. After picking up my Jeep I noticed almost immediately a rattling sound when I made left turns. I set up an appointment to get her back in. A service member called me to let me know what the issue was and I confirmed the repair. Later when the service repair was complete I received a call that the shield that needed repair could have been due to the removal of my tire. They covered the expense and it was no cost to me. I love an honest shop. Service was quick and thats also important. Very pleased.

Tom Ahl is the only place we are willing to purchase our vehicles. Tom himself consistently proves to be a man of integrity and kindness. Mindy Ahl, who manages the Ahl Under 10 lot, is exactly the same way. We are willing to drive hours to get there, as we no longer live nearby, in order to ensure we have an excellent experience purchasing a car/van.

My past experiences have been 4 star reviewable. This current experience I must say the service dept. people have been 4 star but unfortunately I have a 2012 Sonata that I cant get parts for without double the cost because they arent available. If they arent making the part anymore then shouldnt this be a recall? My car doesnt give a great ride anymore as I dont have the money to currently spend $1300.00 on a fix that was $ 740.00 when I brought it in. So unhappy with this and that there is no resolution except to pay more. Dealerships are already charging more than anyone. I cant see that there in no other answer for this

Went to Tom Ahl yesterday and test drove a few vehicles. Scott Triglio was our sales representative. He explained several different vehicles features and answered all questions. He is so friendly and outgoing he has always been great to our family. He has sold our family are last few vehicles. Dont go here for service if youre in a hurry. I set an appointment for 1pm and was told my service (recall) would take 60 minutes. I was told to sit in a lounge area and an advisor would come and get me when my car was ready. I waited for 2 1/2 hours and finally went to find out what was taking so long. When I went to the advisor, he told me your car is finished, we just didnt have a chance to tell you. I wont be going back.

We have always been treated excellently. Great deals on vehicles that are in great condition. The service department is second to none. We have learned (maybe the hard way) that you just don’t need to go anywhere else.

My daughter purchased a car with an extra warranty. Car starts acting up and she brings it in to have it looked at. Of course those lima boys can’t find anything wrong with it. Several times... they say nothing is wrong. Took it to a real dealership in Columbus and they are taking care of it so the engine light doesn’t come on anymore. Wouldn’t recommend this place to purchase or repair.
