Promise you one thing and its nothing but lies . I have shop there alot . Told me they had 41 of the item I already pay in the warehouse we have went from it will be here in 2 to 4 days and now it will 10 to 14 days. Not happy at all.

Marcus and Erik are very helpful. Several months ago I purchased a washer and dryer from Lowes. I had been waiting for delivery and called Lowes only to find out they couldn’t fulfill my order. They also had known they couldn’t fulfill my order for over a month and never told me. Got a refund from Lowes and went over to ABC warehouse. These salesmen were able to help me get the washer and dryer I wanted. They had to call another store to find the washer (as this set was getting discontinued by the manufacturer) but did and set up for delivery in 6 days. They gave me a good price and threw in hoses for the washer and steam dryer. My only disappointment was when the delivery guy wouldn’t set them up. But I received the washer and dryer I wanted for the pedestals I already had.

5/9/21...Since their online customer service is closed today, I called regarding an appliance I found online & was wanting to order as a gift & have delivered. I wanted to see how that went then I would decide if I was going to order a different home appliance for someone else & have it delivered to them. I dont live in Lima anymore, so, its not like I can come into the store & do my shopping. The woman that answered the phone was rude & grumpy. She told me she didnt know the answer to my question, she didnt know who would & that she would transfer me to someone else. While I was waiting on hold, I was thinking that nasty attitude of hers could cost the company not 1, but 2 sales. Ive previously worked in customer service/customer service quality assurance for a total of 15 yrs & if you cant answer a customers question, you dont get rude about it, you simply find someone who can. The gentleman that I was transferred to was very professional & went above & beyond to help me. I still have to wait to speak with online customer service tomorrow, but, I wanted to share the experience I had with this location.

I am an avid believer that the person on the phone is the initial representation of the store, and is the first person you see. I called this location to find out about purchasing a smart tv, and got the NICEST guy! His name is Chris. He made me an offer I could not refuse LITERALLY! I told his supervisor, Kelly Johnson, that Chris was VERY knowledgeable and VERY customer service oriented. Then I sent my husband down there to pick up my new TV. Great store!

Over the years I have shopped at the store. Ive had good experiences If youre a good negotiator you can always negotiate a good price for the items that you want. And if youre not a good negotiator this might not be the place for you...

I went in, literally wanting an entire house of appliances. 2 people up front . Walked in.. noone acknowledged my presences. Noticed you had furniture as well. Thought oh wow ONE STOP SHOP. 20 min and noone acknowledged me . Used the rest room. Came out heading to the door. 4 people now behind counter. One leaning on a washer playing on his phone. As I hit the door the one on his phone asked if I needed anything. I said, nope been here for 20min and noone checked on me. Therefore you lost my business.Your loss ABC . btw there was an older couple who left because noone helped them either.You need better customer service in this location.

These ladies and gentlemen never cease to amaze me! Everything in my house has been bought here. From the kitchen, to the laundry room, to our most recent collection of living room furniture.. I have never had problems with their product except for my first washer. It failed after a couple of months of operation. They had an appliance tech come. After looking at it the tech decided that it was beyond repair. ABC Warehouse and Kelly the POWERHOUSE Johnson introduced me to a brand new later model for no additional charge. I send all my friends and family here for their needs and would love to drink a beer with a few of them!

We visited looking for a toaster oven. The prices were so good we left with 2! The staff were very helpful and they carry your purchase to your car and load it for you. They had a good variety of items.

Great price on dryer

Stopped at the ABC warehouse on elida rd to buy a stove. I had one picked out online but it was in store only. I went in told 2 salesmen what I wanted and was told the price was 70 higher than the online price and it was unavailable. So I picked one they had on the sales floor and it to was unavailable. I told them both several times my price range and they both tried to sell me stoves that were double the price I clearly established with them. So after 30 min I realized they didnt care what I wanted, so I walked out, and wont be back.

Got a new refrigerator and a good deal

Kavontae was great. He took the time needed to make sure we got what we were looking for. He was very respectful and kind to us. We will definitely do business with him again.

The best experience weve ever had buying a TV! Kevontae helped us from the moment we walked in all the way through checkout. He gave us recommendations based on what we use the tv for most, and he was absolutely right. We shopped everywhere and found the best deal here. I highly recommend ABC warehouse in Lima, OH.

Got new washer and dryer delivered they didnt put in basement and hook it up like store said if I get new hoses from the store and they put a dent and scratches on both the manager offer 100 back on 2000 dollars set. So be ready to move your own stuff when u get delivery they dont do what they say when buying stuff in store.

What they have is not bad. But their selection is extremely limited. And the bombardment of salesmen as you walk in the door is a huge turnoff. I wouldnt have stepped inside except we needed a new microwave fast!!

The service we received at ABC warehouse while there buying a new fridge and deep freezer was exceptional. However, the warranty is a waste of money. My fridge has been broken for well over a month. They work with a third party called Mr Appliance. They’ve been to our house twice. It still isn’t fixed. Can’t reach Mr Appliance. They don’t return calls. Call ABC warehouse warranty department. They just put another work order into MR Appliance that doesn’t get answered.

We typically dont buy the service plan/extended warranty when we purchase appliances, but the plan that ABC warehouse offers is reasonably priced, so we decided to add it. Im so glad that we did because the plan has more than paid for itself!!The repair that was needed on our dishwasher was estimated to be very expensive, so Kelly called to invite us to ABC to pick out a new dishwasher! He took care of us right away and our new dishwasher was delivered the very next day! We will always go to ABC Warehouse for our appliances because of the great prices and excellent customer service!

We had a washer and dryer go out it was under warranty, and Kelly Johnson was very kind and proactive when it came to getting us a new set that was to our likening. Went in looking for a washer and dryer, one person was helpful out of the 6 or so people there. Was not professional at all, store manager didn’t even know how to get into the laptops that were locked. One worker was sitting behind the counter just eating ice cream. I won’t be going back anytime soon.

I can share that my experience with ABC Warehouse today was most exceptional I had walked in and looked at an item that had been accidentally priced the wrong thing this made me upset as this had happened to me on my previous visit to ABC Warehouse so I was really just done and ready to leave. The sales manager actually followed me outside and wanted to make this right with me which he did he also apologized and explained how that could have happened which I can understand and will be a returning customer

Chris Boneta was a great help. He had the patience with us while we looked through different furniture package options and was willing to work with us on a great deal. He answered all the questions we had and helped us with financing. If you go to ABC definitely ask for Chris B.

TV quit so must have a new one! Kevontae Watts was super sweet...answered all of our questions and considering we are doing the 60s now...technology has passed us by! He was patient and kind and made sure what our needs were in a new TV, even to the point of going over it all 2x just to be sure. I SO appreciated him today.

Bought a washer and dryer set from here. Did some shopping around and came into here to see what they had to offer. The sales staff was informative on the features of the different models and also talked about any deals they had going on as well as additional warranty on items too. Checked around town and found that the price was right here so I made my purchase.

I bought a receiver from them several years ago...amazing customer service and unbeatable price...the last 2 times I have been there was no one around to help! Some of the sales they had were pretty good, wish their customer service/assistance would improve!

I went in to find a new microwave, the selection was rather good and I was stuck on a stainless Frigidaire. Andy was able to find me the one I wanted for a good price too, and they even had it in stock! He had good customer service and even brought the microwave straight to my car and loaded it up for me too.

For over a month I have been trying to get a double den and back up camera installed. Called got price ordered parts waited on the call I was told I would receive when parts arrived. I ended up calling to check status after 3 weeks and the parts had been sitting there. So I’m irritated but I scheduled the installation call back to ask time frame day before appointment to plan accordingly and is told it has to be rescheduled and as I’ve been waiting a month now Am a little ticked I am verifying all info and the price jumps 200 dollars. I requested the manager I booked with originally and he assures me that isn’t the correct price and what I was told originally was correct. I then reschedule. Fast forward 4 Days after a long 16 hour shift and a nap in my car I arrive at my appointment to being called as I’m walking in to needing to reschedule again because the installer(the only one they have) is on vacation. I’m rescheduled for two days later taking two cars so I’m not stuck there to arrive and told they don’t have the installer again. I requested the parts I paid for and get attitude because so. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ABC WAREHOUSE FOR ANY INSTALLATION.

This store has a great selection of reasonably priced appliances. Their outstanding customer service makes you feel like you’re the only sale that matters. Especially Max Kell. He is a great salesman and can help you get the deals you’re looking for.

Manager was very helpful. Took an item back in that I had bought and was not working properly (operator error lol). The manager went above and beyond to exchange my purchase for a new one even though my warranty didnt cover the exact problem. Very Happy Customer

Bought a JBL sound bar on the understanding that they would get one from another store but give them a week to get it. As we were walking out that night something didnt seen right with what we were being told. Now a week later and they are saying it not there yet. Not happy😠

Walked in the door Jason introduced himself and asked how he could help me. I told him what I was looking for and he took his time to help me get exactly what I needed. He was able to get a hold of a specialist in car audio and stayed with me until the transaction was complete. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be looking for Jason.

Prices are high if you dont come at the right times. Staff are salesman so be prepared to feel like you want something bigger. Friendly atmosphere and quality product.

Good selection of TV stands we had Ray help us..

Very disappointed. Had to go there 2 weekends in a row in order to get any kind of service all manager could say was sorry were busy. Did find some nice items in our price range however I lived exactly 10 miles outside of delivery area so they would not even attempt to make arrange to accommodate me. In fact manager told me I could rent a uhaul with my savings. He was very short and rude. Ill never return.

The last time I visited was early in the morning. The sales person that assisted me was helpful but he was limited to what I could already see. It wasnt his department so actually he was limited to his awareness of that department.. He directed me to the proper person who after 15 min. Never showed up. I never saw the sales associate. As a result I bought my vacuum cleaner from Menards. I think I got a better deal, who knows.

Our washer died. ABC Warehouse replaced our washer at no cost to us. The store manager did an awesome job. Im so glad that we bought the extended warranty. Would recommend them to anybody.

Would not go there ever again. We bought a TV is has been a very good TV, but bought extended warranty $699. Never had to use it was told if dont use you get refunded. 5 yr up went in the manager no longer works there. We got 300. Had to use in store credit on a major appliance.Didnt need appliance so had to call grandson gave the credit to him to put on appliance. Will never go there again . Very bad mistake

The last time I went in to ABC WH, it was like I was the mouse and they were the lion, I went in their today thinking it was going to be a terrible experience, was I sure wrong. The sales rep let us look without standing over our backs and when we did have a question he was very knowledgeable!!! You never really want to buy a washer, but this was painless and my wife got what she wanted all under the price we seen on the web! Great buying experience !

The salesman could not demo chair wanted it was broke would not of to get new out of box to demo product 777.00 on sale was 2299.00 was no offer to let us demo new chair in home to see if we liked it.
