I love stopping here. The selection changes weekly and they carry a wide variety of things. My favorite thing to do is browse the glass bowls and vases.

Visited the Lima Restore looking for furniture for my son. He is moving into his apartment for college. Lots of good items and deals.

6/7/21...A few weeks ago, I filled out a form on the website in hopes of getting assistance from a personal shopper (The website calls them personal shoppers, not me.) I dont live in Lima anymore or else I would have just come into the store & looked. I was hoping to find something for a relative but I never heard back. I ended up getting it elsewhere.

Good prices on lots of stuff. Better options than a goodwill for home stuff.

Brought White chaise for bedroom. Needs a little cleaning from childs footprints, other that absolutely nothing wrong with it.

Not to bad, short of not having as much as they usually do. Would come back. Really quick to help you if you need assistance with anything.

Its ok.. kind of hit or miss.. they do have a tendency to over price the better quality items.. which I find odd since these are donated items that are supposed to be priced reasonably so basic working class people can afford them.. but they can run their charity operation as they see fit I guess 🤷‍♀️

First time coming into this store and I was surprised by how many nice things they had for sale here. I had no idea that all of these things were inside this store. Take a peek next time youre out this way and you might just find something you would like to take home. Good prices and they also run deals on items that have been sitting around for a while.

Sometimes you can really find a good deal and something pretty cool. The prices on some of the furniture seem to be a little high especially if the stuff is all donated but its a lot nicer inside since they remodeled it.

Man this store is great! I went in not knowing what I wanted n came out with everything u needed! They have helped me so much with cheap supplies for my projects! Love the fact that you can go in 2 times a week n there is different stuff every time! They are always putting new out! They have awesome help their too!

Better than a thrift shop. Restore sells a wide variety of items from building materials to furniture that needs a new home or project. You never know what youll find because the inventory changes daily. Keep it out of the landfill by making a tax deductible donation of your gently used items.

Great prices on lighting. However being that all items are donated, I find some of their prices ridiculously high. They had 2 old cement planters that basically brand new would cost about $35 a piece. They wanted $50 a piece! When I asked an employee about the price he rudely told me they don’t bargain on anything. I came back 2 days later, they were still there. I came back 5 days later & they had sold for a lower price! It would have been much more customer friendly to explain that once an item sits on the floor for more than a week the price is reduced. The workers are very friendly but I can’t say that for the supervisors.

I have purchased chairs from there at great prices from the back of store for $5-10.00. I just dont think that items like table sets $200? Or front of store tables and nice chairs are priced $250! The people are very nice!

Quirky little place, lots of odds and ends. Can never tell what you may find. If youre looking for some vintage items at a good price, this is worth a look.

One of our favorite Restores to shop at.. we always find good deals & nice stuff to use in our renovations. The staff is pretty friendly also.

Some of the stuff they sell there like electric stove and oven I can get newer and cheaper on the online rummage sales that are local. Other than that a lot of their things are good deals.

Somedays there is nothing we really need but someday there is several things there we can use. We enjoy going anytime we are near. You have to check it out for yourself.

Good new and used items. Good place to find furnishings, crafts, building supplies, etc.., for those on a budget or frugal. Desks, file cabinets, sinks & bases, beds, chairs, you name it....stock always changing. Also carry donated building supplies, like electric outlets and switches, screws, nails, etc..

Absolutely love shopping here, prices are affordable and the profits go for a good cause...

I really like going to Restore. However, its very irritating when I am trying to shop and the volunteers are constantly coming around to tell me when they close and how many minutes I have left to shop. They are usually very rude about it. That is what I have a problem with. They need a public address system to announce the closing times in a nice way. Otherwise, they do have some good deals. The cashiers are always friendly and I like the fact that returns can be made. We bought a brand new loveseat there recently and some of the seat springs came undone. They did offer me a refund but said someone could also come out to fix it. They did come out which I thought was above and beyond customer service.

We walked in and were greeted by the lady behind the counter yelling we had five minutes. ( I guess this was her polite way of saying welcome to the store and we close soon) Next a gentleman proceeds to yell from the front of the store TWO MINUTES - which I guess was a heads up that the countdown to being tossed out the store had started. I have never witnessed such rude lack of customer service - we will not be back to shop.

I love going to find the items I need for my home repairs the prices on some things I think could be a little lower but because I dont live far from them it doesnt matter that much and Ive never had a problem with anything Ive gotten there !!

On Nov 5th they had a lot of retail stores that had donated. Some of the regular furniture items are high priced for 2nd hand.

They have a wide selection of used items and the employees are friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

This is a great place to pick up new or slightly used construction or remodel components at a great price, supporting the local community at the same time. You can also donate your old stuff to be re-sold and support HFH.

It has a variety of things from seasonal decorations to household goods to paint, ceiling fans, sinks/tubs and more! Theyre reasonably priced too.

Mostly overpriced. You can rarely find a bargain here if you know what stuff is really worth. Might be okay if you need a dishwasher or a window a.c. unit or a microwave. Otherwise, a lot of junk no one wants.
