Had a great experience at this vision center! Ive been coming here for the past 5 years or so and I have no complaints. Dr. Borhanipoor is awesome, very welcoming and explains things very well. You can tell he enjoys his job! Have gotten contact lenses and frames from here.

I enjoyed my visit today. I was helped by Hem. She took the time to help me and was very patient and understanding. I’m a very satisfied customer!

My daughter and I both have unusual vision issues. The doctor is very patient and creative in getting us the best vision with contacts and glasses. Most doctors can do one or the other. I find the prices fair; turnaround on contacts is very fast and the glasses last better than most we have had over the years. I heartily recommend this vision center.

The doctor was funny and very patient and understanding. I have very sensitive eyes and he worked with me to make everything as easy as possible. The staff was also awesome and even got me an appointment the next day at such short notice. Dora was especially helpful and so sweet. She helped me through everything. All of the staff was so helpful and patient with us. My glasses even came earlier than they said they would be ready. Pleasantly surprised and would go back!

Lady at the optical (AMAMA according to her name tag) was more than rude. I saw the optical was open and drove 40min to get there 15 min before they closed. Service i needed, simple: to get some screws on my nephew’s glasses. The attendant was already turning the lights off, 15 min before her shift ended!!!I talked to her and explained what I needed and she said we had to go back on Monday. She totally disregarded the fact that drove so much and that my nephew had to go to school on Monday, not only that but when I asked her a second time after checking we still had 15 minutes she was really rude and said “if you had come at 6:30pm then I ycould have but I can’t now” she then continued with turning off the lights. I don’t think she needed 30 min to help us and did not have to use the tone she used. I bet her laziness and rudeness has made walmart optical lose a lot of clients. As for me, this was the first and last time that I tried using them!!!!

Customer service is really bad. The only person who seems to actually care about the customer is the ophthalmologist. I bought some ray bands a couple of months ago and I paid for The damage protection, I go in to take my ray bands glasses that had broke and they said they can’t replace them because my Prescription had expired so I said that’s OK I’ll take another vision exam after the exam I asked if they could put the new prescription on my Ray-Ban replacement they said no which made no sense to me, so I bought a brand new pair of glasses. I went in the vision center today to pick them up And I’m standing by the counter patiently waiting because there was two more customers in front of me and the lady asked me what do you need help with I said I came to pick up my glasses she said well you need to wait ! And get out of the way ! She was very rude and there is no designated place to wait. Definitely never coming back

Can someone tell me if they speak Spanish I want to take my daughter for an exam
