Our family has used this office for over a decade. Even through the change of doctors. Always have had a wonderful experience and enjoyed the quality Eyewear.Unfortunately, we have not been in over 2 years because of Covid measures and simply not wanting to take a risk of exposure or have to deal with mask requirements, as I am not able to wear one due to my medical condition. My 15 year old son has a disability that also makes wearing a mask impossible. (He has autism)So I called last week to schedule an appointment for him because his glasses are broken and 3 years old. After scheduling, I mentioned that I cannot wear a mask and neither can my son. I was told that we would not be able to get the exam and my appointment would need to be canceled until some unknown future date when masks are no longer needed. Which is ridiculous because we were told 19 months ago that we only needed to lock down and wear masks for 2 weeks, yet here we are 10 months after the vaccine has been on the market and were still in full blown Corona panic.So I asked if the doctor has been vaccinated, because surely if shes had the jab, she ought to be protected, right? No need for discrimination against my disabled son.Oh, shes had the vax and everyone in the office has too!So I said, why doesnt she believe in the vaccine??? To which I was told that the doctor herself would give me a call to discuss. I waited all day. No phone call.Doesnt she believe in the miracle vaccine???Im writing this review to remind the doctor that my family has been patients there for many years, in fact the entire time shes been practicing there and many years prior.She needs to be reminded about the rules of ADA, American Disabilities Act. She is required to make reasonable accommodations for patients with disabilities.Sadly, I will be looking for another eye doctor as this one has proven she doesnt understand the law, nor the science, and instead has fallen for the propaganda. Either the vaccine works, or it doesnt. If it works, shes protected and theres no legal grounds whatsoever to require masks of ANY patient, but definitely not for patients with disabilities.Ive attached pictures of my sons glasses, which are bent and missing the ear sleeves. He really needs a current exam and new glasses, but some other doctor will be getting our business.

I have been a patient for over 5 years. I have always found Dr. Amin to be very thorough and professional. The staff is always cordial and accommodating. I have had excellent results since my initial visit.

If I could use 0 star I would .This used to be great office and great customer service but it cross every line today, I called office to request a prescription for my daughters glasses and it was emailed to me same day, order them from another place that was more affordable, After receiving them she was not able to see thru them really well so I called office back to make sure we got right prescription, they had her down for appt and was told there would be no charge as they are only checking to make sure its right prescription, After she got there she was asked to pay $40 fee in order for them to do that, I was upset and ask to speak to Dr. Amin, Per Dr. Amin the reason for charge was they would have to exam her eyes first as her vison could change by now since prescription was from 2020 but still valid until November!!!!!! Why I was not told to have her come back and do that before I spent $150 on new glasses that are no good now ?Why waste my time and money for something that could been prevented from very beginning? Dr. Amin even added if I where to get new prescription it will be $40, meaning I would have to get new glasses and pay another $150, I am not going to this place ever again and to loose a Pt over this answer from Dr. Amin was I am sorry you feel that way What a waste of my time and money and now additional time and money to go back to square one. So disappointed

Troy was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. The office also has a large selection of designer glasses, and overall great quality lenses. You won’t be disappointed!!

We have been going to Optical insights (back then) for over ten years and always had a great experience. I went last August for an eye exam and discussed wanting to try contacts. I ordered a pair of glasses and Dr. said she would order contacts for me to try. I came and picked up my new glasses and they were just handed to me with out them having me try them on. They said if I had any trouble to come back. I came back a week later because I could not see with new glasses. They gave me another appointment and had me come back to just measure my old and new prescription and told me everything was correct. They not once even attempted to adjust frames, I had to go to a different optical to have them adjusted. I still can’t see and I never heard back about the contacts Dr. was supposed to order. Very disappointed on the service and lack of follow up from the new staff. I will be finding a new optical for my self as well as my family....

The facility is nice and clean. I did not see the Optometrist but had a prescription filled. I am dissatisfied that the sales person “hooked” me by telling me the prescription glasses would be ready in a week. When I called to follow up on the ETA, he then said ‘a week to 10 days’. I hate facilities that will reel in customers with false information. It will probably be 12-13 days from the time I ordered and paid for the new prescription glasses (which I desperately needed faster) before I actually get a call to visit the “store” to pick up my glasses. If you’re in a hurry, try another place.

Always friendly and professional. They found a frame that I had been looking everywhere for. They are the best.

Staff was super professional. The dr took time to explain everything. She was very knowledgable. Also they were great when providing me options about my glasses and lenses. Best eye appointment Ive ever had.

Kind of difficult to find as it is tucked away in the back of a bunch of suites.The front desk receptionist was very kind upon my arrival. Dr. Amin is a great doctor who really takes her time & gives you her undivided attention. Troy, the gentleman who also works there to assist with purchasing glasses, was also very friendly & informative.Overall, great first experience here. I would highly recommend this office as they are professional & kind.

Dr. Amin is wonderful and she also has a great staff! Great selection of glasses and short turnaround to receive your glasses or contacts.

Lilburn Family Eye Care has a welcoming environment. Miss Nancy was very sweet, talking to Troy was like speaking to an old friend and Dr. Amin was very kind.

The best eye Doctor Ive ever met. Very knowledgeable and smart and takes the time to answer all your questions and best of all, does it with a great smile. I took my oldest daughter as a new patient and she was blown away by the hospitality and friendliness of the Doctor and also Chuck the optometrist. I recommend this practice to everyone.

Chuck is patient with you trying to decide on frames,he is so knowledgeable in his job. Awesome Experience! The staff is very nice including the front desk lady. The doctor looked like she cared and she answered all of my questions! (I had alot). I loved my experience here. Including the Glasses guy. I recommend this place to all. And I hope this place stays for my lifetime.

Exceptional EyecareDr. Amin, Troy and Nancy are each an absolute pleasure to interact with it. Dr. Amin is professional and thorough in her examinations, personable and always seems to be learning more about her profession to ensure she is providing the best ongoing eye care. Troy is upbeat and does all he can to make sure your glasses are just as you need them to be. Nancy always has a smile ready to greet you and helps you navigate all processes. My family and I have been going to Lilburn Family Eye Care for years and will continue to do so.

Dr. Amin was thorough & really listened to me & what I needed. I can see clearly again! Troy (super optician) spent a long while with me & went out of his way to make sure I loved the frames that I chose. And Nancy (receptionist extraordinaire) made me feel right at home. It is my second year coming to this facility and it was always great experience. Knowledgeable and friendly stuff.

I was looking for an appointment the same day, and they were able to get me in within an hour of calling. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful while I was filling out my paperwork. Dr. Amin was very informative, patient, and communicated her diagnosis and expectations well. Chuck was very helpful when I was choosing my frames. Each member of the team was very easy to talk to, and it made the experience wonderful. I plan on sticking with her, and would definitely recommend Dr. Amin and her staff to anyone.

Horrible...i do not recommend and highly disappointed...My brand of contacts were not a good fit. I tried to give it a good try; however, they were very uncomfortable...I called to simply switch out the brand and was told i have to pay for a FULL exam again. My prescription did not expire until July 29...For the life of me, I cant figure out why I needed to pay for another exam when my eyes were already on file. Ive never in the history of wearing contacts ever had to pay for another exam just to change the BRAND of contacts...Now, im stuck wearing very uncomfortable brand of contacts!!!! Ive contacted multiple eye docs and all advised its no reason i should be charged a full eye exam just to change my brand..Ive been wearing contacts since I was 12years old and doc would simply switch brand if not comfortable...Now, all of a sudden I may have an eye issue just bc I dont like the brand...Ill be more happy if you just tell the truth and say you trying to make more money. Again, my prescription is not expired and I have the same eyeballs as before...oh well, this is America and to somewhere else I can go

I first came to Optical Insights of Lilburn last year with my wife, and we were initially pleased with the service. Fast-forward to today, and things have clearly changed.We took the first appointment for this morning at 9:00AM, and though the office called to confirm our appointment 2 days ago, they apparently forgot what an appointment is made for. Respecting the time of others,my wife and I showed up prior to the appointment; however, the doctor doesnt share the same respect for others.After waiting until 9:30 and still no doctor, my wife and I decided to leave since the doctor clearly doesnt respect her patients time. We all live busy lives and we should ALL be respectful of each others time.

Dr. Amin is fantastic. She takes time to talk to you and understand your concerns. Very knowledgeable as well as her staff.

Every appointment Ive had with Dr. Amin has been excellent in all respects.

One word... OUTSTANDING expierence. We live only 5 minutes from the office which is nice but what we love most of all is their excellent customer service and support. Ive never really worn glasses until I hit my 30s and low and behold now I have to wear them all the time which I just LOVE... NOT! So in addition to glasses I thought I would try out contacts since wearing glasses is just not my preference. The dr. has seen me now for the 3rd time to adjust the fitting and ensure my confort. I couldnt ask for better support or patience with me during this transition.

I love this group of folks!! Unless I leave the state I wont go to anyone else!
