He was really nice and made me feel welcomed. I expected to be there for a lot longer but wasn’t. I received a phone call when my vehicle was ready and was told about my recommended services to keep my car running longer. The new location is so nice and clean. Had to bring my car in for recall notice and maintenance. I love the new location! Its beautiful and well spaced. I knew I would be there for a few hours, I was able to work and they had me out in no time.
I went in for my 30k basic maintenance which includesa tire rotation. The person who rotated the tires never looked at the tirePsi because when I left I had one tire that was inflated too much andOthers not at all. I’d rather just go to auto Nation AtThe mall of Georgia instead of this one. The vibes aren’t that friendlyAnd I thought with the new location the service would be better butIt wasn’t.
I came in for an oil change. I had an appointment for 7:45. I was on time and so was you staff. My problem was (Think the guy who waited on me name was Kevin). He did not ask me anything what oil change you want. Like previous time. So Im thinking that its in the computer. He told me the price. I asked why so expensive? He said what do you mean? I said it was not this expensive last time. He said in return this is the price. I asked what are you charging me. Oil change and tire rotation. I asked him why are charging me for a tire rotation, I bought these tires from you. He said OhI didnt know. I said why you dont know. It should be in your system. He get an Attitude with me because I am questioning him
I definitely made the best decision to go to Stone Mountain Toyota to purchase a vehicle. I went it with my guard up knowing that I wasn’t walking out with anything and believe me when I tell you I left with a new 2021Toyota Corolla. The best Sales Representative hands down was Mr. Rupert. He was very patient, kind, and professional. He made sure that I got the best deal and most importantly was satisfied from beginning to end. The process was definitely quick and I was out of the the dealership at a good time. Honestly i was really discouraged coming back here. I got tired of traveling back and forth to Florida. I brought my car here twice with a clicking noise and was told nothing was wrong. I gotta hella miles because i felt more comfortable going to Tampa where i bought the car AND they took the time to find out what the clicking noise was and fixed it. So I’ve been traveling there to have my car serviced. Every service advisor i HAVE DEALT with here in Atlanta ( with the exception of the guy that advised me today) did not make me feel comfortable leaving my vehicle in their care. TODAY the guy was nice and informative and explained everything they did. And gave me some knowledge. His name is Kevin Taylor. Thanks Kev

Very efficient service and friendly staff especially Larry my service advisor. He kept informed of the progress of the service. The waiting room is large, roomy, clean and comfortable.
Benni is the best salesmen. He listen to what we wanted and didn’t push us to anything. He didnt b.s with us is straight up with everything. And the whole time there he made sure that we was good and taken care of.
My sales rep James was outstanding.... courteous, professional and had a great demeanor. The amount of time it took to test drive the vehicle, run some #s, sign the paperwork and drive off the lot was less than 90 minutes. Truly a buying pleasure. I had a very bad experience with the first dealership that I got my car from. a friend of mine and recommend me to Rupert Palmer. I so I traded in my 2019 Camry and got a 2021 Camry the process was very easy and they did everything to make sure that I am fully satisfied with what I am receiving. Went in for an oil change and was upsold on Fuel Induction flush and cleaning. Got home and researched this and it turns out this is no longer a recommended service... not even by Toyota.Unless you have a specific performance problem, your car or truck almost certainly does not need any of these services before 60,000 miles, if ever. I am at 45,000.Not pleased.

The new location of Stone Mountain Toyota service department is a vast improvement over the previous location. The staff was friendly and responsive and the waiting area is large and quite comfortable. The service was done in the amount of time quoted.
Came to get my regular maintenance, oil change with filter change, tire rotation, also asked to get the cabin air filter changed and Alexander Robey gladly check to see if I actually needed it changed (by looking at the last time it was changed), and told me it is way overdue for that, hence why I was having issues with the smell of the AC when I turn it on. He told me how long it will all take and even helped my apply the coupon I received in my email for a oil change discount. Received my car and it drove just as good as it did when I drove it off the lot. I always felt welcomed and they have awesome staff. Highly recommend!

My experience from start to finish was Amazing because of the sales and finance team. I have to mention my sales representative Greg Sims for his exceptional Hospitality. Greg didn’t pressure me nor did he try to convince me to buy anything other than what I was looking for. I flew in from Texas to purchase my new 2022 Corolla and then was driving back. I was a little nervous about the process because it seemed to easy and too good to be true. My experience was the best I’ve ever had. Just got back from Toyota.They said they did the brakes (pads and resurfaced rotors) on my Lexus last year (less that 5000 miles ago) I felt juddering coming from the same area on a recent roadtrip and went in to enquire.First they said they couldnt do it under warranty because it has been >1 year - even though it was less that 10,000 miles ago. Then they said it was something else that only Lexus could fix (brake booster or master cylinder). I called Lexus and they said it was the rotors. The Lexus guy says hes never seen boosters($1,500 job) or master cylinders ($3,600 job) go bad on a Toyota product, and I baby my car. Long story short, Toyota either did a bad job or no job at all the last time.Just be honest guys! 4 years Ive been taking my car there. Is it worth not getting another cent out of me?

Randy provide great customer service! My only complaint was the car wash service, I think they just wet my car and only vacuumed the driver’s floor. Overall, I was pleased with getting me in and out and I was greeted as soon as I drove in.

Had a good experience. Ansley was very professional with us. Everything was done in a timely manner and the pricing was reasonable. I appreciated not getting gigged for a bunch of extra services I didnt need, like happens so often when you go to get your car fixed. The overall inspection is really helpful too, so I know what I need to maybe plan on having done in future visits.

The new building is nice, spacious and vibrant!..My service advisor Marquise Johnson, the Service Manager is truly a blessing. His customer service skills are on point! He listened and was very helpful and considered regarding me the customer..I had several issues going on with my car not to go into full details (electrical and starting issues). Marquise, was able to get me a complete detailed description and diagnostic codes for what my vehicle needed to have to my car fixed. Marquise, keep his word and kept me informed regarding how long and much the service would cost me to have my vehicle repaired. This was the BEST service Ive had in a very long time as a Toyota owner! Keep up the great work 👍

Love the new facility, found out that having made an appointment secures you a place in line that day for maintenance not a time they will start to work on your car! They told me it would be a 3 hr wait and it was exactly the amount of time it took A+ for being truthful- just wish they would have explained that to me in the phone. All all it was a great experience MJ was very polite and explained everything to me - he even corrected a over charge they added to my bill.

Preston, our salesman, was awesome! He knew his products and I felt like he worked with us on our options and gave us the best deal. He was not pushy which really went a long way. They got us the car we wanted quickly. The finance department worked quickly. Overall great experience.
The service itself was fine, and the staff was pleasant. But what is the point of quoting An hour and a half to complete the service, then taking over FOUR HOURS, and not even bothering to provide updates? Honesty would be much more appreciated. I cant say I would recommend getting service here.
We made a stop here along with several other Toyota dealerships around Atlanta and this one was by far the worst experience we had out of all of them. Spoke to a salesman and when we asked if we could get help in Spanish, he proceeded to say “why? English is better” not completely offensive but just very unnecessary to say. And when he proceeded to show us the inventory online he refused to acknowledge when I told him about the options I had seen online and started speaking to me as if I dumb and he needed to repeat his answers when he wasn’t even hearing out what I was trying to say. Needless to say we walked out and went back to World Toyota (on Peachtree Blvd) just like 17 mins away where we got exceptional service and there are bilingual salespeople. Would recommend to go there instead of this location.

If I could give zero stars I would. They don’t listen fro anything you want they just try to sell you cars they don’t want anymore. Jason was rude and mansplained the cars to me. They even priced a used car as more expensive than a brand new one??!! Absolutely absurd, you’re better off going to Atlanta Toyota more inventory and better customer service.
I was disappointed with the service today at Toyota.My service advisor apparently did not even review my service record because he was unaware that I bought my tires from Toyota therefore I’m supposed to get free rotation at every service visit however I was charged for the rotation. Also when I went to check out my service advisor did not give me an invoice to review before I paid I was just told a price and when it didn’t sound correct to me I asked to see the invoice and he said there was no invoice. My visit today was a big disappointment because I’ve really enjoyed doing business with Toyota in the past but it was not a very friendly helpful atmosphere.
I stopped by this dealership to check out a particular car and after something happened they completely went out their way to make it a overall wonderful experience. Between my salesman Vernon Davis(I definitely recommend) and the manager Glynn they went above and beyond to make sure I ultimately walk away with an amazing car. I 110% highly recommend coming to the dealership and requesting Glynn.

The new facility looks great, but thats about The only positive thing I can say about this location. I called about an hour before arriving to see if they had any appointments for an oil change for the afternoon, when the lady on the phone told me that I couldnt make an appointment for an oil change but walk-ins are welcome okay. At the Duluth location where I usually go they never have had a problem giving me an appointment slot, which I prefer because being a wheelchair user my ramp van is the only type of vehicle I can ride in. So we arrived around 1:00 p.m. and asked how long the oil change would take and if they were busy, in which she replied it would be about 50 minutes. A little bit longer than we would have liked but we decided to sacrifice that time to get it done. Like I said my van is a ramp van which is the only type of vehicle that my power chair can be transported in, and they do not have any accessible shuttle vehicles which would have been great because were only a mile away from the Toyota location. After waiting for 2 HOURS without being able to leave and go get anything to eat or continue with our day, we thought we would be finished when they called but they actually just wanted to ask us if we wanted to have THREE more of their maintenance suggestions done today. Of course we dont, after 2 HOURS for an oil change why would that even be a question? After letting them know that its been too long already and we would not like to have those services done, we waited another 30 MINUTES for them to have our car ready for us to check out, and once we got to the checkout counter there was only ONE person working so the wait continued. Finally finished and happily walking out the door we get to our car to find it locked, the keys are not inside and theyve not been given to us. So my fiance have to go back in ask the lady for the keys, which for some reason she didnt think were ours but he could clearly see the matching service number, before we could leave. I have always used Toyota for oil changes since I got this braunability sienna so I know what to expect and a 45 minute to 50 minute wait would be long but acceptable but TWO and a HALF HOURS for an oil change is absolutely ridiculous. Not to add after waiting 2 hours they really had the audacity to ask if we wanted to wait for more work to be done today! I dont know if they hired all new staff for the new location but some serious training needs to be done so that people can get proper time estimates, and have a quick and easy checkout process once the waiting is over. And to the salesman that told me I needed to smile, just dont.
My experience at Stone Mountain Toyota was awesome, all due to Rupert my sales guy. He was very attentive, he listen to me about what I was looking for and deliver just that. Very professional. I would highly recommend. If you are looking for a car go visit him he will take great care of you. You wont be disappointed.

Worst management and they don’t care about customers here. I called them at 4:30 today and asked for Toyota Sienna availability to see and purchase it and they have mentioned to visit their store to see their 4 available siennas and confirmed colors too. I am at store at 6:00 pm which is 1 hour drive from my home to hear they don’t have any cars left and the person who lift phone don’t know about the inventory. I don’t know how she confirmed on availability and scheduled appointment. I came all the way to hear sorry she don’t know. Beware of this one!
The new location is very impressive, the spacing allows for the comfort of social distancing as you wait. This service took longer than I anticipated so I brought it to the attention of the service manager who immediately addressed my service specialist and resolved the problem.He in addition went above and beyond to rectify the issue to my satisfaction. Mistakes are often made but what you do next is what leaves a lasting impression. The service manager definitely left a good impression.

I recently finances an automobile. I noticed upon signing the RETAIL INSTALLMENT SALE CONTRACT. The monthly payment werent what Id originally agreed. BUYERS BEWARE dont trust your sales persons word. Once youre seated nothing isnt explained in detail. My mistake.....
Do your homework before going here. They have to pay for that new building somehow and it is not by making deals. Not going to say what I really think. Tried to low ball me on my trade, cant blame them, thats what dealerships do. This one is no different than your typical new car dealer.

She was honest about what I truly needed to get repaired in my car rather than giving the book answer. The technicians did a great job as well. This was my first time using Stone Mountain Toyota. I came in for a basic oil change and tire pressure check because my light was on. When they were done and I got back in my car the music was so loud that it scared me to death. Then I noticed the tire pressure light was still on so the tires had not been checked. Marcus was kind enough to take the car back and do it himself. Then when I got the car back again I noticed the fluids had not been topped off. Wiper fluid was completely dry. Marcus again had to take the car back and do it himself. I am very dissatisfied with this service department.
I was hoping that you would honor a recall on my truck. It was just over the wire. It was a defect in engineering. Now I have to pay three grand to get it fixed. The sales guy tried. Im very disappointed.

Ive purchased many vehicles in the past and always had a pre-approved offer from a bank with the the exact APR and monthly payments. Lets just say based upon what the vehicle was advertised, the dealership was trying to add all these additional fees which included these $1500 protection plan (total scam). Anyway going back and forth with them, we were able to come to an agreement. After we signed the paperwork we noticed the vehicle did not have floor mats, we asked about it and the sales person stated that it was included in the $1500 protection plan, which I did not purchased. So I was not getting the floor mats, but the next day the sales person contacted me stating that they were able to get it to me at no additional charge. After a few days I reach out to the dealership on an update, they stated they needed more information. I sent them the information and the next day they again stated sorry we cant give you the floor mats because you didnt purchase the protection plan.Honestly at the end of the day I was left with a sour taste in my mouth with the knowledge and customer service this dealership provided. Look if you werent going to give me the floor mats just tell me and dont give the customer the run around. And please be careful with all the hidden fees this dealership tries to charge you, ask for an itemized paper and look thoroughly.I had a much better experience when I bought my Kia. At least I got free floor mats

FINANCE DEPARTMENT = COMPLETE SCAM ARTISTS. ID GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Avoid this location at all costs! I should have read their reviews prior to coming here. I went with my brother this past weekend to purchase a car for him. Do not fall for any of their additional warranty tactics because they push hard to sell it. The guy who did our paperwork (I cannot remember his name) was NOT thorough and didnt even give us the vehicle purchase paperwork. MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE THE VEHICLE PURCHASE PAPERWORK AND REVIEW THIS PRIOR TO SIGNING ANYTHING. THEY ADDED OVER $4K OF UNNECESSARY CHARGES! I asked him several times for the vehicle purchase paperwork, however, he told me the bank institution would send this to me (which I have never heard of!!). After we left, I spoke with several people who said they are required to always give you this document prior to leaving and go over it with you. We came back the following day and demanded this document. We spoke with a manager, and we showed him the paperwork that was given to us initially and he said we should have gotten the vehicle purchase paperwork as well. Well upon review, there were all kinds of additional fees that we did not consent to! Roadside assistance, warranty (that was not the price he mentioned), $1500 for some bogus fees that they call a protection package for new vehicles. No one needs floor mats, window tints, etc for this much! And to make matters even worse, they didnt even provide us with floor mats or tell us to come back to get the floor mats if this protection package was tagged onto the vehicle without our knowledge. Its a brand new car, you would think that it would come with the standard mats instead of being charged extra for it. Instead of blaming the sales guy about this matter, why not just own up to it? The manager was a complete idiot who was insinuating I was incompetent. The manager said the automotive parts where they kept the mats due to people taking them was closed on the weekends. I told him, I am not paying $1500 for something that was not explained to us nor did we received the floor mats. He had the audacity to say you are paying $36k for a car and you are worried about mats. I said, Yeah I am worried about mats since you want to charge me $1,500 for it! He was so unprofessional Im not even sure how hes a manager over here. We had no issue with the salesman, its the finance department you need to be wary of! I wonder how many others they were able to scam before getting called out. SMH. If you plan on purchasing a vehicle, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere and do not come here!!!
The parts department is awesome! NJ Westerbrook always goes above and beyond each time to make sure I am taken care of. They have one of the best parts departments around!
The staff is great, professional, personal, and extremely knowledgeable about every vehicle on their lot. They helped me find the perfect car and also helped me with understanding all the great perks that come with it.I’ll be getting my next Toyota from Southlake for sure.
Usually, I never complain about this place. However, today wasnt the best experience for me. I had an appointment for a 5 point inspection and tire rotation on my car and it took almost two hours to complete. Usually, I am in and out under 1 hour for that kind of service (including an oil change). :(
