We took in a picture of a cake my grandson wanted for his birthday. The resulting cake was amazing. It included the volcanoes, stream, rocks, grass, and trees. We added the dinosaurs and couldn’t have been more pleased. It was perfect and delicious!

I went to go get ice cream and when I walked in the store the owner had no mask whatsoever and was extremely rude when I was about to pay for the ice cream. He pointed at the money I had and one of the workers had already said they were going to be right with me so I could pay. I told the owner one of the workers already said they would be with me and he just kept pointing at the money I had in my hand and seemed as if he was bothered by me. I gave him the money when the other worker gave me the ice cream and the owner basically shoved my change in my hand when I was clearly struggling a bit to gather everything I had. He was extremely rude off the bat but when a white couple came into the store he was extremely nice with a smile on his face. Not only is he rude to customers but he’s extremely rude to his staff. His workers look like they don’t even want to work there and look completely miserable working alongside the owner. Definitely do not recommend going there.

They were able to fix my wifes Samsung S8 cell phone after she dropped it and broke the screen. It took only 2-3 hours so she had it back the same day!

I ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday and it was perfect. The cake and ice cream were fresh and delicious, and the decorating and birthday message were exactly as I had requested. I will definitely be back for my next ice cream cake order.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I went in to use the restroom I was in there 5 min. The Iranian man beat on the door. I responded. Then two minutes later to him beating on the door again, asking if I was ok and I reply yes. Moments later coming out to buy my daughter ice cream for her birthday, first thing the man says the restroom is for customers only, as I am looking at the menu to order. Now, might I remind you that there is no sign thats says this. Thinking this man is profiling me. This Iranian man was very rude. I still bought the ice cream thinking Im not gonna let my daughter down.I made sure to tell this man he outta not be so rude to his customers, not to mention no type of covid protection at all it was very disturbing. I would not recommend to others. Definitely gonna push this till some changes happen!

We just tried to come and get ice cream, and it says you close at 9(it is 7:33), yet you have customers sitting inside with the door locked. The employees completely ignored that we were at the door, along with other customers wanting to know what is going on. We were told by a dominos employee, that you close anytime to want and dont care about about the time. What great customer service.

Man that served us had no type of covid protection whatsoever or food handling etiquette he served us with no gloves at all and he touched the end of the ice cream scoop with his bare hands..

Is this location under new ownership? My family and I have been to this BR several times prior to today and have had great experiences, but today that wasn’t the case. The customer service wasn’t good; and the prices were higher than before.

Very bad customer service by owners you dont receive what you order, even though they mess up the order they dont offer any kind of customer service like in terms of refund or any discount. I ordered the cake twice on two different occasions but they upset my kids both times because they dont have good cake decorate.Overall owners are very rude i dont recommend this place unless you want to spoil your event.

Called a day ahead for a birthday cake to be reserved and ready for pickup at a specific time with specific message. When I arrived, the cake was there, but the writing had not been completed. Took a few extra minutes that I didnt have to spare. Otherwise, a friendly staff.

The ice cream cones were actually fresh, with a real crunch not Stale as normal. The only draw back for me is that we found HAIR in the mixture of the ice cream scoops. (Yuk) can we say hair nets .

Not recommended for anybody who cares about their/others health during the COVID-19 pandemic. Covidiots were exposing everything with masks below their noses if not their chins. Per the CDC and Clay County Public Health Center guidance, Customers should wear face masks/coverings [and] Maintain six-foot distance between customer groups. Staff must wear protective gear such as masks and gloves. Not here though!

Their new ice cream pizza is my families new go to for special occassions. We get the fudge brownie crust with world class chocolate ice cream and drizzle fudge and caramel on top. Fantastic!

Pretty satisfactory but I definitely avoid going to BR. Im more of a creamy, frozen custard/yogurt person. BR always had a lot of crunchy ice bits in the ice cream - really unpleasant. Not the worst place you could end up though.

I take my grandson here at least once a week. He loves trying new flavors. The staff is always friendly. Today the owner came to my home with my drivers license, I had dropped it on my last visit. This will always be my favorite ice cream shop. Great staff and owners😊🍨🍦

Good ice cream, but lacking in the friendly service area. Im sorry if this is not your dream job. Not my fault. A smile or simple greeting, other than what do you want would have been nice. Oh, and maybe clean a table or two. Dirty floor, dirty tables.

It was the first time taking my four-year-old to an ice cream store and the girl behind the counter was so sweet and let him try different flavors and every employee behind the counter matched his excitement. There was a lot of jumping and smiles

Ice Cream is fantastic! Service was quick as there were no others. But the two young men working had no personality or customer service skills. Not even a bloody smile between the two of them.

The food is always yummy. The service when we went in was not there greatest. There was a long line, but only one person helping at the time. The other employee was restocking. She did eventually come and help us out. Not very friendly though.

Its always delicious and I appreciate the opportunity to sample new flavors. The only drawback from my perspective is cost, but that is not limited to this establishment. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

I went in with a coupon from T-Mobile and after I had gotten my ice cream and tried to check out and they said that it didnt work. I would have been fine with just that, but they gave me some long excuse about why it didnt work and how it was a $4 promo code and so I couldnt buy my 2.50 dollar ice cream (though that made no sense). I just said, okay well then I dont want it and they were rude and turned around and starting giving each other looks and just acted rudely. My friend said she couldnt believe it and didnt understand why they were rude when it wasnt my fault. I have school right next to this establishment and I dont think I will go again.

So, I have to start by saying that Baskin Robins Chocolate Fudge ice cream is one of my most favorite!!! I love it even better in a waffle cone!!! With that being said. Would it hurt yall to teach someone to make the waffle cones a tad bit thicker and make sure that there is NO hole in the bottom? I would do appreciate it!! Thank you!

Very poor customer service! Definitely not friendly at all! I went in and the slim lady with short hair was very rude! I didn’t appreciate that at all. She seemed to not enjoy her job. I sure hope the manager sees this.

Horrible service, just walked out all I wanted was a brownie Sunday,$4.99 since the one man with yellow shirt on working there told me they had no brownies I got two scoops in cup for$ 4.99 after a ten minute wait swear it, I asked bout price I was told I wasnt charged for choc syrup guy was a joke Im look for customer service yet I have a feeling the one old man there is the owner maybe thats why they got help wanted sign up, good luck there....

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! went into the place at 8pm there were a line of customers and no one was being helped we had to ask for help and then were handed our ice cream with no expression thanks or any type of customer service. We attempted to use a coupon and it took multiple attempts for them to submit it and the male blonde told us that it was expired when it wasn’t. The male choose to stock cones rather than help the line of people. Worst customer service experience ever.

This Baskin-Robbins has terrible customer service. They are intolerant of children... I was betrayed very loudly because my 3 yr old grandson opened the freezer door. I was told that thousands of dollars of ice cream would melt. Turned a fun day out into a bad one. She yelled at a 3 yr old who then ran and hid under a table! Don’t support this store!
