I bought my 2021 Yamaha MT-07 from Justin Gambino and all I can say was it’s was a great buying experience! It was simple with zero pressure. Price out the door was on the bike. Sales and finance staff very friendly and fast. Parts and service guys was a great pleasure to talk to and answered all my questions before and after I signed papers. I can’t thank the whole staff enough for such an awesome experience! I totally will be back for some accessories, parts, and who knows maybe another bike soon!

No high pressure or any of the other sales tactics one might expect.12/30/19 Addendum:Unfortunately I have found rust on some nuts/bolts/components near the front(right and left) A-Arms(see photos). Im not sure how this is possible on a brand new quad and I guess the pre-delivery inspection missed this?Im taking the machine up to LCC this Thursday to resolve this issue and honestly I would prefer the machine be totally re-inspected. Once I receive the machine back I will add another update to this review. I did take 1 star away from this review as up to this point everything was fantastic with LCC - Im just a little bummed out as this is brand new.01-21-2020 Addendum:LCC did take care of the rust issue with no charge to me. Fantastic experience! I live about 1.5 hrs from this dealership and passed several along the way to purchase from here. I reached out via email and was responded to quickly with my questions answered regarding an out the door price for a 2020 650. Not only did Dave provide the information I needed but, went above and beyond to provide other bikes in same class. The price was to good to be true! However, the price was legit and after sitting on the bike 20 sec, (after watching them finish assembling) I told Dave, This is the one. The transaction went fast and smoothly! Additionally, although we are in a crisis and the sales floor was basically closed (one customer per associate) they were extremely nice and apologetic. Furthermore, Dave loaded up my bike into my truck with no hesitation and when my straps werent the right ones (I didnt have soft straps) he provided me with his own from his car! I am from Calgary, Canada and was searching for a place in KC to drop off my 2005 KTM LC8 before heading out on a 4 month Central American adventure. I was directed towards Andrew in service and he was only to happy to help. The plan was to return a week later and head south, darn it can get cold in KC! Two days later I received a call letting me know that there was an oil leak. They completed the repair ($94- parts & labor) and I took the opportunity of ordering a KTM tank bag from Jeff in accessories which he had installed by the time I came to start my adventure. As an old adventure guy i really appreciated LLCs staff for their willingness & help to get me going on my 2018 walkabout. To bad they couldnt have improved the temperature. Thanks guys

Let me start by saying that if I could give this rating more than 5 stars I would. I searched all over the internet trying to find parts for a bike that I’m restoring for my father, that he rode when he was teaching me how to ride. Caleb and LLC Powersports had exactly what I needed when nobody else did, and made it super simple getting it up north to me. I can’t thank Caleb and LLC Powersports enough for what they did. I will be doing WAY more business with them in the near future.
In June of 2020 I purchased a 2020 YZ250X after 1 ride the spark plug died. I called the shop and was told that it was normal for a 2 stroke and that I needed to just get on the pipe. Well after a few months, 10 spark plugs I had installed a smart carb which solved all my problems and the bike runs perfectly now.The staff is always friendly and professional so I figured I wouldnt let one experience turn me away as a customer because the issue could have been from the factory.In fact I put money down on another bike for my son and the staff has been very helpful in helping me find him a new bike.Additionally we just took our bikes in for service. I had a vforce 3 reed valve installed along with basic maintenance [air filter, spark plug, oil] on my YZ250x and when I got it home it wouldnt start. I should have checked it at the shop so thats my fault.I called the shop and they offered to look at it again. So we will see how it goes. Hopefully its something simple.
So, I called another shop that said they could get me in after I get off work at 1pm for new tires. I called at 1 to let them know I was about to head that way.... (sigh) Today isnt going to work, we can get you in Tuesday at 9am... I then called LCC. Ive worked with them in the past and only chose to go to the other shop because they had the specific tires I wanted. LCC said come on in we will get you taken care of. I had to sacrifice the specific model of tires but am happy with the end result. Duncan and his team are extremely professional and helpful. Thank you Liberty Cycle Center, for taking care of me when the other guy couldnt make time for me. I hate getting the run around. And LCC was direct and didnt play games!
Took care of me at a moments notice when I was in need. I will return with more projects in the future.

Purchased a 2019 KTM SuperAdventure from LCC back in February. Great buying experience and great no pressure sales staff. Purchased the Pit Pass along with the motorcycle and definitely recommend it after having my break-in service completed in 1 day due to getting preference. Service department is knowledgeable and easy going. Very happy to be a customer, got lucky that they are local for me and will continue to support them with other purchases.

Called needing a tool to pull my flywheel, the parts guy did everything he could to find me one so I can ride the next day. He never found one but they had me bring the bike up to the shop close to closing time and and even though I didn’t have the correct parts they needed to remove the flywheel they pushed through and figured out a way to make it work, I was in there at about closing time and they never acted annoyed by me. Incredible service from all of the staff from sales to service

I was completely embarrassed yesterday by the LLC Powersports sales manager. Aftering calling ahead and asking about a test drive, I drove an hour to check out the 2017 SCR950. I was so embarrassed while the sales manager openly discussed in front of the sales person and others that I would have to have my credit checked before I could test drive this bike. I wasnt consider a serious buyer unless I had my credit checked. He did not bother to ask if I had already been preapproved but kept preaching that all riders have to be preapproved and serious buyers prior to a test drive. After listening to his rant about not having enough time to setup the bike for a test drive, I just decided to leave, and checkout another dealership. While leaving the sales manager continued to use my situation to validate his poor service and customer skills by telling the young salesperson See there, only serious buyers will let us run their credit Military veteran for 21 years and I am so glad he treated me like this because the folks at Outlaw Harley Davidson had no problem in making me feel like family. This was a very poor decision by the sales manager and I was honestly their to purchase both SCR950s that day. I do love my new bike and will probably log several thousand miles enjoying the open road. I doubt I will give LLC Powersports a favorable rating anytime soon.

Alright guys and girls. If youre looking into purchasing a new, or (new to you) two or four wheeled machine. LOOK NO FURTHER. This is the place you need to shop. The ENTIRE staff is easygoing, from the sales guys to the parts counter and everywhere in between. I came to them with money and a trade, told them what I was interested in and how much money I could spend. They worked with me with the numbers, gave me more for my trade and discounted the bike a comfortable amount to meet my needs!! Throughout the entire process from start to finish they asked the right questions and gave me friendly advice along the way to make sure that the bike I wanted was the best bike for me. Even if they dont have the bike you are looking for, let them order it for you, seriously. You would much rather wait a few days with them than go to another store. They are the best in town. 100% satisfied. Oh, and I love my new z650 😎
I stopped in memorial day weekend on a whim to do a little shopping. I had done plenty of prior research and knew exactly what bike I was going to purchase if I decided to get back in the saddle. Duncan quickly welcomed me to the store and was very friendly in showing me around the bike I was looking at. Unfortunately they did not have the particular model in the color options I thought I wanted so I left to go check out another dealer further south who claimed to have the exact bike I wanted in stock (Reno).Instantly upon arrival I felt very awkward from the salesman and their pushy approach to get me on a bike that day, even after finding out that they did not in fact have the bike that was advertised on their website as in stock. I got out of there as quickly as possible and was glad I did. The atmosphere there almost turned me off of getting a bike completely.Fast forward a couple weeks and I returned to LCC and was once again quickly greeted by Duncan who instantly remembered me and the bike I was interested in. Long story short, I purchased from them and couldnt be happier that I did. The deliver process was flawless. I genuinely left the dealer feeling confident and comfortable with my purchase after Duncan went through all the maintenance intervals and Josh walked me through the entire ins and outs of the bike, answering any questions I had at the time.If you are shopping for a bike and are in the area, I strongly urge you to give this place a chance. Not once did I feel pressured or like they were after my wallet at any time. Thanks guys for making the buying process incredibly easy.

Worked mainly with Duncan and Courtney, but the entire staff seems very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. They did me right and Im extremely happy with my motorcycle buying experience there. They will answer any questions, but are not pushy in the least - not at all like some car salesmen: So - what would it take to get you in this car tonight? or So - how much per month can you afford? They were extremely respectful and responsive to my needs, as well as flexible. I will recommend them any chance I get, and will definitely go back for other needs (service, parts, accessories).
Bought a new Yamaha Stryker here and, like everyone else, had a great experience. I come back here for literally all my parts and maintenance even though it is on the exact opposite end of KC from me because they are just that good to their customers. Their biggest weakness is that they are a very small shop. It also happens to be their biggest strength.- They price match, and special order, stuff from the web (hello amazon) but offer you the backing of a real store if it doesnt fit or breaks on the first use or whatever.- They probably wont have every single make/model/color in stock. But they can get it for you if they dont have it on the floor.- They remember people easily and have a very family friendly atmosphere (my wife was comfortable there on the first trip).- The big one for me (and almost the deal killer) is there was no test ride for a brand new bike until financing was completely lined up and all I had left was to start signing (this may be different for different bikes - esp. used ones - you should probably call to verify).Dont mistake me though. If you dont mind the limitations of a small shop, you will have a really good experience. Everyone there seems to have great tips for riding and gear selection, if youre looking for a suggestion or two (thanks for the heated gloves tip guys!).
Excellent and honest staff. Service diagnosed the issue with my ATV 4 wheel drive and found it to only be a detached wire. Nice to know there is an honest ATV dealership and staff available. Service was the best in scheduling. Dont go anywhere else for your ATV motorcycle needs but LCC located in Liberty, MO.
This place has a friendly staff and great products. Make sure you see Ashley in the sales department and I promise you wont leave there without getting to meet their awesome guy in finance Dave the social butterfly, Theres also Andrew in service and hes your guy if you need to schedule something with two of the top mechanics in not only Missouri but the surrounding states as well and customers travel here for the great service work youll get at Lcc powersports, and lastly Jeff the owner has continued this life long family business he took over from his Grandfather. Have dealt with this outfit for both a new bike purchase and service on a completely different bike purchased elsewhere that needed extensive warranty work. They are friendly and professional which seem scarce these days. What they lack in the showroom and on the walls is made up for by the we will get you anything you require for the best price attitude. Every time I have gone in I am greeted with a smile and great service. Their service group proved their worth when I took my bike in for a complete engine rebuild under warranty. I didnt have to lift a finger to interact with my warranty company even though they never worked with that particular company before. I was in the loop the entire time and was aware of all the work that would be performed. I got my bike back after said work and there were some very minor things I noticed. No questions asked they had my bike back and addressed my concerns and told me to let them know if I come across anything else. Their sales team is extremely low pressure. If you want to come to just look and sit on a bike its no problem. No one is pushing you to get on a bike youre not interested in or one that may not suit your needs. They are honest and go to the extent to simply say they dont know if you ask a question that are not sure of, but will research it for you to figure out the answer. All of these things is why this is the only shop I go to for work in the KC area. I would highly recommend both new and current riders to this dealership any day. They are actually a dealership and not a stealership.

I have visited a lot of motorcycle dealerships in Kansas City over the years I’ve have been riding. It’s one thing to let another dealer beat your price, that’s just normal every day business I think. It is totally uncalled for to be completely rude and inconsiderate to any customer. These dealerships are a place of business and they are there to make money. But, out of all of the bike dealers in Kansas City, this is the most unprofessional place of business ever. They would not honor the price they told me/texted me over the phone. I even have it in a text thread but apparently that does not matter. After leaving I wanted to make sure the manager (Dave) knew the reason I wasn’t going to be a customer. He got argumentative and even got into a threatening manner telling me to come back and he will (handle me personally) in a very rude and threatening manner. And to top it all off I was sent there by one of their longtime customers and friend of mine for over 20 years. People that come in to your place of business to spend money should be treated as if that business cares and appreciates their customers,this dealership is definitely not one of those places.
I had a great experience with the guys at LCC powersports. Very easy to work with and not pushy at all like some dealers can be. I’ll definitely be getting my next toy from them again. Worth the drive and would recommend to anyone.

I purchased my first cruiser (2013 Kawasaki 1700 Nomad) at LCC. The shopping and buying experience was great. Duncan was very patient with me and handled the financing and paperwork. He is an avid rider and was glad to share his knowledge. Kenny is a great salesperson. I like his laid back approach. He answered all of my questions. He knows bikes. He also volunteered to ride the bike to my house after I purchased it. I was glad he did. The whole crew is awesome. The team at LCC Powersports is awesome!! My friends and I were on a bike trip from PA to CO on my KTM Super Adventure when I hit a piece of metal on the road outside of Kansas and bent my wheel, shifter, and broke off the oil filter cover which let all the oil out onto the road! I thought my trip was over and was going to have to rent a truck to get home, but I saw these guys and their awesome reviews and figured Id give them a shot. Josh in service called me back first thing in the AM and told me to come down. Not only did these guys drop what they were doing to help a fellow biker in need, but the owner let us steal parts from a new KTM to get me back on the road! I really do not know where to begin. This place is amazing. The guys here love what they do. From Lucas in servicing, to Jacob at Parts, Jeff the moto technician, Chad who sold me a bike, to Duncan, whom as far as I can tell, runs around trying desperately to do everything, yet still has time to crack a joke. :PEveryone, as far as I have met and had the pleasure of dealing with, loves bikes and in reflection of that, loves their jobs. I am a young cat, but I believe an an old school style of customer service. This is the place. I gladly drive from Parkville past other Powersports service locations, just to come here.These guys will literally call across town looking for parts, pieces, paints, and products for you. Hell, they would probably order me a pizza and beer if I asked them to. These are the guys that go home on the weekend and take your motorcycle information home and do research on how they can better help you with your trek across the country.I hope I havent undersold how much I enjoy LCC Powersports. They have their negatives. If you are in a hurry or short on patience, or manners, it might not work out very well for you. LCC is a victim of its own successes and good business. You will be waiting to speak to someone. They will take phone calls while you speak to them. Would you rather have that? People clamoring for their business? Or would you rather go to the place that is always empty and leaves you and your confidence in the job they did, empty?I bought my first new bike from LCC, they service my bike. LCC is beyond the top! I will ALWAYS go to Liberty Cycle Center for any bike I wish to purchase or even service. Duncan has been the go to guy for years. Larry makes sure we are taken care of when we need parts (or even a new plow for a 4 wheeler in a snow storm) putting it partly together in the store and Duncan driving it to my house so I didnt have to get out in the snow! I am so thrilled we found this place!! My fiance and I are new to motorcycle riding, so we needed a lot of help picking us each out a bike. The customer service was great, and the staff here really work together as a team to help you get everything you need. Were very thankful for all of the help we recieved. The genuine concern for customer satisfaction is second to none not even close. LCC Power Sports rebuilt my bike after bad accident. Dave in the service department worked closely with the insurance company and kept me continually apprised of the progress. Duncan the manager was always available with advice and support. Carter the mechanic in the shop took my motorcycle from a crippled mess to a finished product that rides and handles better than it did when it was brand new. I will never take my bike anywhere else and encourage others to do the same.

I find it an amazing coincidence, but like Blakes review a couple of months ago, I was doing the same route in reverse! On my way from CO to PA, my Suzuki V-Strom was making a terrible noise and using way too much oil. I had to spend an extra day in Liberty since I pulled in on Sunday; but as soon as the shop opened Tuesday morning, Josh put me at the front of the line to get me running again. Turns out the noise was a failed front sprocket, and they had a front/rear combo that was a close fit in stock. But since the bike wasnt running well, I decided to fly to Pittsburgh to complete my trip to give the guys time to order parts and investigate further...Well, my second problem was due to a bad throttle position sensor; and when I got back to Liberty, my bike was waiting for me with a new front/rear sprocket set and chain, and was running near perfectly...all for a very reasonable price (and no storage fees while I was gone for nearly three weeks!). It was a bummer I couldnt do my whole trip. But it would have been a far greater inconvenience were it not for the expert service from LCCP! These folks are totally upfront and on the ball - exactly how a bike shop should be!! Many thanks guys for getting me back on the road safe and sound!
To start with I brought it in to have the shift linkage changed on April 11th and just got it back May 24th so I think a 6 week turn around was a bit ridiculous. NOT ONCE during this time did I receive a call telling me what the status was of the repairs, I had to call every time to find out what was being done. The reason I brought the bike in to begin with was because neutral was almost impossible to find on it and my thought was it was because the shift lever linkage was sloppy due to parts being worn out. So, the linkage was replaced and when I picked it up I immediately could tell there was no improvement. When I discussed this with your mechanic he told me that its hard to find neutral because it’s something in the transmission, and not the linkage, but insisted it shifted better after the linkage change. Ive been riding motorcycles for 37 years so if I cant find neutral on it after the repair its NOT better. If it was something in the transmission this would have been nice to know in advance but instead the shifter linkage got changed, a clutch seal replaced and my oil changed (which I didnt ask for) and I was charged $218!!! I would have hoped your mechanic or service manager would have told me that this was likely a transmission issue (before and not after) and a linkage change wouldnt make a difference. Shady business practice for sure. Do note, this is a well-used bike that I bought my son to get into riding. I am aware there were some issues but this is to be expected with a used bike and a new youth rider. What I didnt expect was my LOCAL dealer to charge me for $180 worth of parts and labor that wasnt going to correct the problem. What I expected was a professional response to the repair being requested and an honest explanation of why the request wouldnt correct anything.
