The new owners are terrific! They have done a great job stocking up to date, seasonal, and local theme related items. The store continues to improve each time I go. The service is prompt and friendly, and they can make a fantastic array of the most AMAZING balloon decor. Their event entertainment like balloons and face painting is great as well!

Amazing party supply shop! They furnished our church with balloons for our annual Christmas social and they were filled with gold confetti and made the fellowship hall “pop.” If you need party supplies, please give them your business. The delivery driver was really nice and very attentive, I highly recommend this business.

I was looking for curling ribbon in a variety of colors. Was so glad to find PARTY AND BALLOONS in Lexington and didnt have to go across the dam. They have all the colors I needed, plus lots of other things for later parties. Lady at the counter was very helpful and nice.

These ladies have great customer service I placed a large order for balloons and within hours my balloons were ready to go

I called at 10:30 am to ask for store hours. I was told 10 am - 6 pm once I arrived at 1:30 they were closed. I waited 25 mins while calling the store back to back to finally get an answer 30 mins later then was told they are closed for the day. I will never use this company again!
