Impressive selection visible from the outdoor portion of the store. Not a customer, but friendly staff as I stroll on the Minuteman Commuter Bikeway. Interesting location near the revolutionary battlefield in Lexington. Also nicely preserved ponds and wetlands.

Well tended show gardens with a large variety of plants and garden statues. Peaceful setting. A grove of saplings. Outdoor/indoor large furniture showrooms. Reasonable prices and knowledgeable, friendly staff.

Have been a customer for over thirty years having bought at least three outdoor patio sets including one very expensive teak Kingsley Bate full set. Also made Christmas Store an annual event with my grandkids. I’ve been trying unsuccessfully to secure a small piece of specialty hardware ( nut and bolt) for a broken Kingsley Bate chair for over three months from store which is an authorized dealer. No help. Finally tracked down Kingsley Bate in Virginia, which was horrified and sent me the hardware with apologies. Very disappointed to say the least because I had liked the store.

Good at sales. Poor at service. This past spring, we had a nice shopping experience and bought furniture to fill our entire screened porch. We knew it would take a few months to get the furniture but that was OK with us. We were delighted when a few of the pieces arrived a month early! Weve always wanted teak furniture and loved the idea the furniture should age well on our porch. When we got our new table, we couldnt wait to use it! HOWEVER, we noticed after a couple meals that the normal spills (drips of salad dressing, pizza sauce, etc.) wouldnt wipe up and remained on the table. We called Seasons Four. The person who answered didnt seem to care about the problem but told us we were supposed to not use it for four to six weeks, then we were supposed to seal it. Four to six weeks?!!! She offered no other help so my wife reached out to the sales person we worked with (who is also the owner, we believe). She told us that we didnt need to take four to six weeks (sounds like somebody needs some training) but said that she certainly told us we should treat the furniture before using. Nope, Laura, you didnt. We absolutely would have remembered that. She told us we could sand out the stains and they could sell us the material to seal the furniture. She offered the name of a guy who could do this for us (it turns out he doesnt come to our town). We reached out to the manufacturer directly. They said all their teak furniture comes with use instructions that should have been provided to us with the furniture. Why werent these instructions given to us? Somebody at Seasons Four consciously decided to discard those instead of giving them to us. Even a $9 t-shirt comes with cleaning instructions! Youd think $10,000 worth of furniture made of a (as we now know) stainable wood would, too, right? The furniture is brand new and we already have to sand out stains. Had we known this we would have either not bought teak or would have taken care to use the teak seal first. Laura offered no real help and seemed more concerned about insisting she must have told us months earlier that wed need to treat the furniture because she always tells people. Its clear theirs is not a culture of caring about customer satisfaction. Its about getting the sale. Not the type of business we like to support. And certainly wont again.

Seasons Four has a great selection of beautiful outdoor furniture and very friendly helpful staff! Due to pandemic related supply chain issues some items have an extended lead time, so shop soon

The staff there probably have the personality of a door knob. Andrea has such a Debby downer personality. If you had a question to whar the cost was it was like well I would have to look that up. Well no kidding, look up the price if I want to know. If you’re going to be selling expensive furniture have staff that are more personable

I ordered a teak sofa and it was delivered in less than 2 weeks. There was some discolouration on a couple of the cushions on delivery. I sent Seasons Four a couple of photos and asked if they would recommend any particular way of washing the cushions. Somebody came to my house within a couple of days with replacement cushions!!Everyone in the store was incredibly helpful, and the range of comfortable attractive furniture was better than anywhere I have found. Fantastic service as well!

Great outdoor furniture. A bit pricey but high quality stuff. Needed replacement lounge chair cushions and they let us take a cushion home for exact fit--didnt expect that. Service was exceptional.

I just fell in love with this place and the staff are so friendly and helpful and kind and considerate, they even allow bikers to stop and bike on the path and park there. I really truly had to have this blue and white mat for my boat like a doormat but I could not afford it though it was very dear, even with 10% off $44 is a little steep for a mat, but boy it would’ve lasted a lifetime and it was so awesome as well as all of the furnishings in that store in the plants and they just Take such good care of everything and everything.

They broke the ADA and HIPPA laws with me. I thought it looked awesome inside but the staff likes to violate your rights.

They had a great selection of live trees for Christmas and a lot of holiday decorations at a great price! They also had a great program on weekends so families could enjoy. Free photos with Santa (donations for the instant photo ornament they give you with your photo with Santa and you can take as many pictures with your own camera), Face Painting, Balloon Expressionist, Silhouettes, Live Singing by a Choir, Elmo Visit and a petting zoo!

Not very happy with the Christmas decor this year, we went weekend before Christmas and the place was a ghost town, greenhouse sparsely decorated, no goats to feed and the model train set was moved to the front room and seemed out of place for sure.

In late November and early December, they do a lot of events for the kids. Especially of note, is the balloon twisting and the face painting. It is a good place to take kids, and pick out a tree.

A really nice shop for ideas. The prices for furniture and accessories are steep. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We were prepared to spend $3000 on patio table on display on the spot. This was our second visit in two days days shopping, and decided on the Malibu Outdoor Napa plus bench plus 9 umbrella. They were out of stock and would not get more until September. The manager would not sell us the floor model and made ZERO attempt at sweetening our predicament. We are planning to buy same either from elsewhere or the manufacturers for cheaper.

The trees were nice, despite the drought this year, though the holly was beginning to rot. The service was nice, and the store of decorations and such made up for the rotting holly.

I went for a plant, an employee pointed to where I could find the plant. I bought the plant. I did have to ask an employee who was sitting just feet away to check me out but that was just a silly mistake.
