This place is going down hill. Nobody there knows how to run a drive thru and the food is mediocre at beat. We lived it last year

Some days the food is good and somedays the food is terrible. The service has really went down hill these past few years. The prices are expensive too. You might ask for one thing and get something else handed to you.

A local favorite in Lexington! and I can see why, good way to start your day for breakfast or enjoy a good relaxing lunch, to bad they are not open for supper, but you cant be good all the time 😉

The hype isn’t real.... The egg is rubbery and dry. Tenderloin is flavorless. You’re better off going to a BBQ joint for a truly “Ginormous” biscuit. The king should lose its crown.

Their breakfast is outstanding. This is the only place that has gotten my bacon crispy like i like it. The staff is likable and quick. Even when they are busy the line moves right on through.

Biscuits here are great. We always get them when we visit Lexington, NC.

Use to get a large sweet tea almost every day from either this biscuit king or cotton grove since opened.....favorite tea in the world...was eating there all the time...not very often... Not much appreciation for their MANY customers, to raise the prices such as they have...the more you eat here, the more they want...I do not buy into what they have to pay in electric for an ice machine...and cost of tea....thats paid for in 1 day...at almost $2 a cup!! If we eat there from now on, we will not purchase our favorite beverage...Check out what they charge for toast!! How crazy!! Their Biscuits, when order is correct, are mostly great...love the size and flavor...

I do want to share this tidbit. If youre looking for the fast food experience of a Biscuitville or Bojangles, this isnt your place. They are a SUPERIOR product, and that takes time, sometimes, but always worth the wait, and TASTY! Patience is a virtue!

I just moved here recently and I went through there about a week ago and got a biscuit and gravy. They pulled me and then came out to my car to tell me it’ll be 20 minutes before I can get any gravy, because it’s watery or I can get a refund. I opted for the refund because I was on my way to work. I then went back through there yesterday to finally try their biscuit and gravy again and when I got home the gravy was so watery I didn’t even eat it. I called and they said to come back through some other time and they’ll make it right. Cool. No biggie, things happen. Today I go back through to get it made right and when I got home, instead of gravy, I got 2 cups of grits. Honestly, it’s just the worst service for a restaurant. Definitely won’t be going back there. Hell, at least McDonald’s can get my order right some of the time.

Biscuit King is a wonderful cheap place to enjoy some delicious food. Me and my family go a couple times a week. Great place and friendly staff.

Their BCJ burger is wonderful! The service is usually a little bit slow, but well worth the wait for this sandwich.

Hash browns were all but dripping grease. My husband had to ask twice where our food was. No ice in my tea. Waitress was absolutely clueless. There are two other Biscuit Kings in town. Food is always good. Service is always good. But this Biscuit King was sure a disappointment today.

The staff is very helpful, and friendly. This was my first visit. I ordered a traditional breakfast. Eggs were ordered over medium, they were not, white and yolk runny, the tenderloin was beat flat, and very dry. The toast, grits and coffee was good.

This is my 3rd and final time spending almost $15.00 for sour sweet tea and a plain burger when I asked specifically add extra mayo not a plain burger. How is the tea sour and they just opened not to long ago. They want good reviews but dont listen to peoples orders nor do they care for fresh food. This is by far the worst biscuit king in lexington NC. Talbert will get my business from now on.

When I go to Biscuit King, my order is 99% the same. When they serve fresh HOT 🔥 crispy 😋 fries, you cant beat them. My order consists of a Bar-B-Q chicken sandwich with extra red slaw and fresh hot 🔥 fries and when the order is right ✅, you cant beat it. The majority, 99% of the time the order is right. I recommend 👌 5 🌟.

They rushed out soggy wet dripping frys that was barely warm. I called and the manager said come back, give them my name, and they will replace it. When I get to the restuarant they argue and fight with me at the window over frys. The blue haired girl at the window tryd to get a smart mouth also.

I dont know what happened to the service or food.. here lately the last few times I have been there it has taken the longest time to get my food where Im all times past it only took less than 10 minutes.

Breakfast was quick and made fresh! The biscuit I ordered had a lot in it, and didnt really need anything else to eat. Ordered seasoned fries as well, very lightly seasoned but decent.

I ordered for bacon egg and cheese biscuits two hashbrowns and two drinks. We asked for two of the biscuits To have a bun instead of biscuits because they were for our smaller children. All four were on biscuits. And all of the biscuits were extremely dry. We ate none of them. This is a place that we come to at least once a week sometimes twice a week and when we called in to let them know that our food was bad The manager “Valerie” Said that she’s sorry and hopefully it won’t be like that next time but there’s nothing that she can do. You would think that they would have the dignity to replace them and make a customer happy. Especially when my car has GPS tracking and we have a Life360 and can show that we was there and they could pull the order up and see that we ordered the food. If you want good customer service and you want them to stand behind their product, do not go to this place!

Made a call in order to be picked up in store paid Thur the phone cause someone else was picking it up for me. My friend got there told them she was there for me they gave her the bag she gets out the door before she realized they gave her someone else’s food. Walks back in tell them they give her the right food. She gets here to me and I see I do not have my tea. I call up there the lady tells me to come back up there to get my tea so I myself at this time go up there taking time out of my work day! And another lady tells me she can not give me my tea. She can see my order on the screen in front of her and still tells me she can not give it to me with out my ticket mind you I paid over the phone there for I have no Receipt.
