This was the main grocery store I shopped at. They hired a mean lady that must be a supervisor training cashiers and working customer service. She held her hand out for me to return my receipt while she read points to me that the new cashier didn’t do. I felt she was so rude the way she held her hand out instead of ask me for my receipt. Another customer pointed at her and told me that one is mean. During COVID this mean lady went to my cashier to ask if customers can buy several bleach cleaners. The cashier told her we could. This rude lady turned to me with her hand in a “halt“ position telling me “I’m just trying to catch up!” I never said anything to this lady fir her to talk to me. Because that lady works here I can not stand to shop there. This was my one stop grocery place. Now it’s Publix.

After searching for an adequate supermarket, I end up with BI LO. ITS not do bad after all.

Its a Bi Lo grocery store, some good prices, some not so much so. Pretty good selection and most things in stock

Very friendly staff, quality meats & wonderfully made bakery/deli products! Ive never had a bad experience in this store. Its always clean & if I need help, I get a smiling face to guide me. Love it!

Luke and Sherry (I hope this is the cashiers name, aisle 1 at 9am today) were professional, quick and very accommodating and helpful. Cant stand shopping but these two made it more enjoyable.

Love Bi-Lo. This location has a great variety of awesome workers! I hope this location doesnt close like the other ones.

Its a good grocery store. We shop here every 2 weeks. They have great prices with your bi-lo card. The meat is always very good. The reason I didnt give 5 stars is because they need to get better at restocking and taking the old dates on food out. There has been several times I have gone in and they still have not restocked something for a month. Also after a month I have noticed dates on stuff would say it expired in March and it is now July. And still have not restocked with new dates. These are items that should have a long shelf life. Other than that the staff is great. Always very polite and willing to help.

I LOVE this Bi-Lo store! The people are super helpful and always very nice!! The store is always clean and the shelves are always fully stocked!!

This is the only remaining Bi-Lo near me. I go to this store periodically as they can have good deals on a few items but rarely do they have low prices even if the items I need are on sale. I typically shop there for their fresh beef and chicken as well as produce. More often than not I can find better deals on items elsewhere. I shop here for the convenient location and rarely for the prices. I also keep up with fuel perks bc I spend so much in the store. The staff is kind, helpful, and extremely patient.

The staff is friendly and always helpful. My biggest complaint is that the store is very dark. I feel it needs a major renovation!

I just bought the best cookies EVER!!!! buy 1 get one 1. Gourmet almond Joy cookies. To die for. Ooey gooey center. Better go get some.

So tried to go in Bilo that is outside the city LIMITS of Lexington which is not 8n a mandatory mask ordinance and got stopped at the door for not wearing a mask. I then showed the guy my Dr note who then let me in,...only to get stopped 3 more times while trying to shop! At this point I am feeling harassed.....so. Left and went across to Publix and had no problem......This is absurd when you wont allow people to get food to feed their families if they dont obide by this ridiculous rule!! AGAIN....IT IS MY PLACE TO PROTECT MYSELF....IF I GET SCARED I WILL STAY HOME.....ITS YOUR SELF RESPONSIBILITY TO PROTECT YOURSELF..IF YOU ARE SCARED YOU STAY HOME.....YOU ARE NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY...WILL NEVER STEP FOOT AGAIN IN A BILO!!

Great meat prices...I stocked up. However, after driving 40 minutes round trip, out of 24 advertised specials, I only found 20. Could not locate where the other 4 were ever there...not sold out. I love Bilo but since they closed the Lexington store I might have to shop closer to home.

This store is so clean and most the workers are so friendly. One lady in particular was wonderful. She helped with what I needed with a smile. And went above and beyond. Her tag said Susan. I dont think she was a floor worker either, but she still helped me on the floor and opened a register happily.

A little pricey sometimes, if your trying to stock up for the month. But perfect for a quick stop on the way home from work. Decent produce selection, cheapest lobsters around, and the meat department really sets itself apart.

I found a store that sells Strawberry Soda Pop.

They dont realize that a add sale runs for a week Wed.thru Tues. They always seem to be out of sale items before the sale is over.

One of the last BiLo stores in the Midlands, smaller than the big box stores, but friendly and small town feel.

It was dirty and there was a dead fly in the dairy section and the products were dirty. Ew. Ill never go back!

The management is very friendly and love the wonderful associates. They are quick to help find things and timely check out.

Rude and non customer service oriented. There was a price tag issue and instead of apologizing for the issue with the ticket placement and confusion, the “supervisor” or “manager” treated me as if I were the stupid one for not knowing they didn’t match. Upon walking to the back to explain to her the confusion, the gentleman in the meat area stated “everything right there is fine” and when I pointed out to the manager why I was confused, her response again was condescending and stated she didnt know why it was like that but it wasn’t applied to the item directly below it.When two high customer service stores have moved in directly across the street, it doesn’t make any sense to continue to patron this location.NOTE: Went across the street to the “high end” store and actually paid less for the same exact list of items. More reason to patron a location that respects its customers.

Went in to ask for some empty boxes because my family is moving and we needed something to pack our clothes in. It was a shot in the dark on if the store could help me out, but I spoke to a Steve who is one of the managers there and he was EXTREMELY RUDE to me! He spoke to me as if I was a thorn in his side just for asking a simple question. I have heard about this guy from some other people who shop there who say that they also have been treated disrespectfully by him and have since stopped shopping this store because of his unprofessional character. I don’t know why BiLo keeps employees like this in there store! This particular BiLo will never see me shop this store again and I will definitely spread the word to my family and friends about my experience there! This man is cocky and arrogant!!! He needs to be FIRED!!!

Took a friend to Bi Lo and was surprised at how many buy one get one free items they had. My store does not have that many. I dont shop Bi Lo but think I will start.

Staff are super friendly but sometimes they are not that knowledgeable of the food items. (as in where things are or if items are in stock) I shop here frequently due to the proximity to my house and the lower prices compared to Publix and Lowes Food.

Bilo on this side of town is at a disadvantage. It has Lowes and Publix to compete with in this area. Unfortunately, every time I have come by for a meat on sale is not available. I feel as if this BiLo might survive. It is ashamed because they have great sales and prices, but are not up to par with the other two supermarkets. Please pick up the slack because I love shopping at BiLo.

While this is a smaller supermarket and a smaller BiLo than others, it makes up for it by carrying things that cant be found elsewhere...namely Wickles pickles (from Alabama) and Mikes Pies (from Florida). Its also smaller and easier to get in and out of than Publix across the street, making for a quicker shopping trip. Because of its size, it does suffer from a smaller selection of some products.

Small store but great for a quick trip if you just need a few essentials.

Walked around lost for 15 minutes. Seven employees passed me at various points, none of them said a word. This store is five minutes from my house so I was hoping I would like it. I dont. The prices didnt seem that good for what I was able to find.

I will avoid this bi-lo at any cost, the only decent people are the ones working in the meat area, cashiers are rude don’t greet you at register, even the assistant manager James is rude and produce is disgusting, prices are definitely not any lower than Publix or Lowe’s I’d give 0 stars if it was possible.

It still feels like the Piggly Wiggly, your bakery is a piss poor excuse for a bakery and theres no one ever working in that department. We seem to have a lot of flies & fruit flies back in the fruit section. At night time you can barely see you there sign when they switched over to Bi-Lo from Piggly Wiggly they replace the sign with a off colored sign which doesnt even really glow. If you look at any other Bi-Lo street signs they dont look like this one, at all. Also when youre leaving the parking lot theres this huge drain that dips down in the road they really need a raise it up. Im not joking at least five feet and level it out, its ridiculous.I will say the people that work there are extremely nice but thats all Bi-Lo has going for them. If it wasnt for the nice people that work there I would never even go in.With that new grocery store that supposed to be opening up next year 2017? LowesI dont know if this store will be able to make it. We will just have to wait and see.
