I was disappointed with this visit. I have never gone to this store unless it was my only option with this visit being no different. One of my kids was fighting a horrendous headache and it was after 10pm. While I understand that stores need time to restock overnight or during the pandemic, I find it slightly ridiculous that the only options for a childs OTC medication are overpriced infant medications when clearly you have dedicated shelving for a large number of varying forms of medications. The staff just did their job (rang up items and collected money) and were not interested with asking about or hearing of my concerns on this visit. While I am sure this very well is an isolated incident, I wont make it a point to stop in anytime soon.

We Love Lowes! The Boxcar Coffee makes Starbucks grade drinks, and the Cafe and beer garden are fabulous. Come to get provisions, and spend some time getting refreshed.

First time in this store. Wow what an amazing place. So much to explore. They offer a fresh flowers,fresh juice barfresh herbs Cheeses, they sell some bulk grains and nuts, homemade sausage,cured meats,on the opposite side of the store they have an entire Avenue of baked goods, Fresh Foods dinner and sandwiches, Pizza and then they have an amazing salad bar after that you see the coffee bar. Be aroma in the store overwhelming what good smells. I ate way too much LOL.

I enjoy the variety of foods and stations offered at this store. So much yummy food to select from. There Boxcar Cafe has delicious beverages similar to Starb**** but cheaper. Or, have a glass of wine while you shop.

Great place to shop, if you need help finding something theres always people there to help. Check out is very quick. They take everything out of your cart and bag it and I have never waited over 5 minutes to check out!

Love this store but its a 45 minute drive for me. But they also have the special items Im looking for. Seafood dips! Plus their ribs are awesome. Hopefully they put a store in the Redbank or West Columbia area one day.

Dont go here if you dont have a lowes card. Period. In fact, you can save money by never going here.I didnt know the massive price gouging of people who come in unaware of this feature of lowes foods. I purchased only 6 or so items for the week. $10lb for commercial processed meat. Yikes!Unfortunately, the price of my receipt was over TWELVE DOLLARS higher than the store advertised prices for the items I purchased. I should have paid right under 45 and it turned into nearly 60. At the register the cashier didnt ask if I wanted to get a lowes card. The manager who was creeping around the young cashier girl didnt ask if I wanted a lowes card and approved the transaction without one, again not mentioning or asking about a card, to take a free lunch off of me. Thanks big guy.Not again for me. Good luck to everyone else who will use this predatory type of store. Ill go somewhere SERVICE oriented and not a gross money grab.Wasnt going to post a review, but then again I know I might help a few people save a ton of money.The same products at wal mart today, comparatively cost under 38$ combined right now. Thats a $20 loss on 6-7 items for the convenience of driving 6 miles less. Ouch.

Their selection of cheese and wine makes any date night that much better. I can always find fresh fruit and a warm meal.

Definitely make sure you stop by for some boxcar coffee.

They didnt have what I needed on the shelf and when you ask an associate about it, they wont check the back they just know they dont have anymore. And the young cashiers are not friendly, kind of rude. At Publix, they will gladly check the back or at least look on their phones to see if they show any stock. Lowes employees act like they dont want to be bothered.

Very rude! Kept waiting for someone to make a sandwich and he made it know it was such an inconvenience. Then when paying the cashier was slower than molasses and we had to bag our own groceries. If we wanted to bag our own groceries we would have shopped at the gosh awful Wal-Mart a place I absolutely loath going. We will not shop at Lowes Food again. Going back to Publix.

I really did like this place but it was a little bit out of my price range not too much but I couldnt shop there on a regular basis. Not because the staff or the condition of the store in fact I would love to shop there all the time! Its just a little out of my price range and its not in my budget. I went there to check it out because it was about to be Passover and I needed some lamb and theyre the only place in the area that I know of that has lamb. And all of the staff and even the customers were very friendly and the place was clean and well-organized! As soon as I get a raise thats going to be my grocery store!

In and out in 5 minutes, and thats including signing up for a membership. Fast friendly service, definitely will recommend to anyone!

I was given a “recommendation” to this supermarket/ location by my neighbor. I decided to give it a try to see if I can finally say that I replaced my favorite store from my years of residency in the State of Florida - Publix. This location is clean, organized and has a variety of fresh fruits and produce. Hence the 3-star rating.The customer service at this location is terrible 😞. I have visited this store on 6 occasions within the last month. 4 out of 6 of my visits were not very pleasant. (1st incident:) I was checking out at the “Self- Check Out” lane and inquired to the young lady standing there monitoring the lane: “Where would the receipt print?” She was “cold as ice”, never spoke a word and just pointed to the top of the machine. WOW!!! 😕😕Talk about poor customer service.There was nothing warm, friendly or customer service oriented about her. It’s as if she didn’t want to be there to do her job. (2nd incident:) I went back to this location to look for a particular item. I searched a few “aisles” and could not find the item. I saw an employee, a young lady passing by and asked if she could assist me in locating the item. Her reply: We don’t have that item. Than, walks off 🥶. She didn’t even offer to check with customer service so they could possibly check on or search their “inventory database” to see if the item was in stock or available.. (Just laziness)(3rd incident:) I wanted to buy dinner for my family from the “Hot Food /Deli”area. There was a young man cleaning up the area and all of the trays were “empty”. I was quite confused and I asked him: Is there any baked “chicken” left. He replied : “no” and continued “cleaning the area”. (4th incident:) I went back to this same location encountered the same young man. This time it was 6:45 pm🧐🧐🧐. Again. The hot food area was closed down completely, lights off, no hot food in sight, food tray empty and clean.This same young man was talking with some of his co-workers and I patiently waited for him to complete his conversation in which he barely acknowledged me before I asked him: “Hey. What time do you close” the “hot food” area. He replied: we normally close the area at 8pm. I replied to him: it’s 6:45pm. He said nothing but resumed cleaning 🧼 the area. I walked away thinking to myself: “😯 WOW!!!. More poor customer service.At this point, I had seriously had enough so the next Day, (5th incident)/ I called and requested to speak to the store manger so I could tell him or her about my “store experience at Lowe’s” After about 15 minutes on hold, I was told the store manger was not in the store. The following day (6thincident), I called back again to speak to the store manger and was placed on another hold for about 10 minutes and was advised that again...the manager was not available and that he or she was gone for the day🧐🧐🧐🧐. I mean seriously, customer service starts at the top.There is “NO WAY” that this Supermarket is a contender with Publix. Why? Because the store is clean and organized. It takes more than a clean and organized store to be the best of the best. The warm customer service, smiles and their willingness to “serve” and assist “customers even to the point of helping customers locate items in Publix stores is nothing but excellence and stands Publix apart from the rest. At my Publix stores, no matter where I am whether in FL, NC or SC, their stellar motto echoes from the top all the way to the bottom.I can’t even get a STORE MANAGER to answer the phone at this location, the HOT FOOD area is always CLOSED and the Customer Service is Cold 🥶 as ice. The employees here won’t help you locate anything either. It’s as if, you are bothering some of the employees here. Regardless, I definitely won’t be returning to this store nor any other locations of this Supermarket brand for that matter. I will stay “true” to being a dedicated shopper at Publix...”where shopping is a “pleasure”...and if For any reason, my shopping experience was not a pleasant experience at Publix, I can locate and talk to that store manager.

I cant say enough good things about their bakery! Weve had several specialty cakes made there, the buttercream is perfection and the decor is always just right.Great place for a quick lunch, their sandwiches are inexpensive and very filling.Good for specialty items and higher quality (less demand) products.The only issue weve had has been that their produce turns pretty quickly, and for the price point (Lowes is more expensive than other local grocers) Id expect a little better quality.

Lowes opening this location has made my life a whole lot easier when visiting SC family.I love the beverage sales they have especially on coffee (like prepackaged Starbucks Iced Lattes). Their customer service has been pretty fantastic and considering their night staff is mostly around highschool age, thats saying something. Theyre friendly, knowledgeable & help to create a nice atmosphere.Quick Stop:I appreciate how on top of things their management seems to be. They know when to open another check out lane so they dont have too many people waiting for one register. And they dont hesitate to do so (Walmart could take a cue from them). They usually have both self check-out & cashier assisted lanes open, even at night (7-8pm), at least 1 of each. I can usually get in & out in less than 10 minutes.Available Selection:They keep their supplies well stocked. Ive never come to buy an item I know they carry only to find its place empty on the shelf. I always see a few people neatly stocking yet not in the way of customers.Recommendation:Overall, I highly recommend this Lowes Foods location & wish they had one just like it (as convenient as this one) where I live in Western NC. Definitely stop by & make sure you use your (free) Lowes card when you do. This is one store where those discounts add up, even in one trip.

As a surprise for my son’s family I ordered dinner to be delivered to their home. I thought they would enjoy the warm fried chicken as an entree. How disappointing! $14 for chicken that was dry as a stick! Sides and dessert was their dinner. I thought Lowes was supposed to be an upscale store. I guess I should have ordered from a competitor.

Awesome store. Beer on tap, cup holders on carts, 50 different types of sausage, great deli, bakery, meat and seafood, dry aged steaks, gourmet cheese, etc. etc.

Clean, workers are nice. There is a wide variety of items. Prices are mostly somewhere between Wal-Mart and Publix prices, but some are higher than Publix. I will definitely go back.

Little pricey but a great selection of wine, cheese, and meats. What I like most: my wife is a label reader so it takes forever to grocery shop. They have a bar and you can pick individual beers from the cooler. How cool is that.

We will no longer order groceries to go from this Lowes store branch (& in fact done shopping here). Here is why?We have received older produce and expiring products a few times ( so this is not a new or isolated problem). But this week, we were given expired meat products. My point to the manager was 2 epic fails here by your team. #1 your meat department had expired meat products out on the floor and then #2 your shopping team failed to check the expiration date. So, 2 pretty significant fails here. I asked management: What is the system here, how does this happen and moving forward can you make changes? I was was basically told we make mistakes, which I get. However, very apparent zero effort will be made to make lasting changes.

Lowes is a nice store and I always enjoy shopping there. Their prices are somewhat higher than other places but the variety and quality is good. There is something for everyone! Today I went to shop a meat special.... steak for my freezer!!

They ran out of the fixings for the rotisserie chicken meal before 6 on a Tuesday I found some apple fixings in the cold frigerator near the rotisserie counter but was never informed of that after purchasing all of the products I found that the bag boy turn the Apple fixings upside down leaking out the edges now and in the bag, not acceptable.Lowes Foods had so much potential but I think they hired too many and experienced people...I get better service at Bi-Lo and Im not a regular Bi-Lo shopper so that tells you something.

Love this place for sausages, local items & produce. I do think they are more expensive than any other grocery store. I also dont like their meat selection except for the sausages. Great cheese selections and extensive wine selection. I do love that I get 5 cents off of gas for every 100 dollars spent.

My favorite grocery store.

Don’t order grocery’s for pickup. They will charge your card before even pulling your groceries. Also you sign up for a time and drive to the grocery store to pickup and it’s not ready. No call nothing. Went home called back an hour later and still not ready and had not even been started. Cancelled my order and now have to wait for my money to be refunded. Poor customer service.Update: It’s funny that you put something online saying you are sorry but it’s crickets when I file the complaint with your corporate office at the email you provided. It just goes to show that you really don’t care and also why your store I never busy.

I am thoroughly impressed with this store! Not only do they have amazing varieties of great products, but I am very happy that at least 50% of shoppers were masked up...I enjoyed my shopping experience and felt a little safer and more relaxed while doing so!

My first visit to Lowes in Lexington was great! Love the barbecue, fresh fruit, vegetables and the creative water! Saved $38 using my Lowes card too. We usually go to Lowes on Forest Drive and love it too.

Nice grocery store great selection. They have their own brand of ice cream. One of the flavors is coconut bark I believe its the best ice cream ever. A little to good unfortunately && fortunately we live right next to the store so were there everyday buying it
