Excellent customer service. I needed a new ring created and the finished product is more amazing than I thought possible. They held my hand through the entire process and called with updates along the way. I am a super satisfied customer and highly recommend!
Great, they are open on Sunday’s. Horrible customer service. 3 associates, one of those in training, Cool, they were helping 2 separate customers. I didn’t mind waiting. Unfortunately, I waited 15 minutes, no acknowledgement, no “we will be with you next”, nothing. I was ready buy a new wedding band. But after them not acknowledging me or a little old lady that came in. She left, then I left.
Excellent customer service every time going into this store. Everyone is very friendly. Staff is very friendly and always patient. Have never had a bad experience at this store. I would not go anywhere else.

Yesterday I was shopping at Kay Jeweler’s for my sister’s birthday. I was in the middle of selecting the gift when a young girl that works at Crumbl Cookies came in claiming that one of the men that works at Kay Jewelers had given their number to an underage girl who also works at Crumbl. These men made excuses that they were told the girl was 18 but the worker from Crumbl cookies explicitly said that she was 16 years old and they proceeded to pursue her. The men were 28+. This is highly unacceptable. I will not be shopping at this location again until these men are held accountable and adequately punished for their actions.

Kelly the manager over this store has been very helpful with anything I have brought to her. The staff has made mistakes a few times but she has always made it right for my wife and me. She also is very personable and knows my son by his name. She is a good leader I would recommend her to anyone looking for jewelry.
Ive been taking my wifes rings here for about 2 years now to get the inspections and some work done. Up untill now Ive had good experiences with them. After being closed for almost 2 months I took her rings in only to be told they are not doing inspections because of covid, yet they had 3 people in there sitting down looking at jewelry. One person was even being sized for rings. I even recieved an email today about scheduling an appointment to come in and look at new jewelry. So why is it someone can come in and try on different jewelry, but others cant have their jewelry cleaned and inspected???
So, I have to give credit to the associates who helped me through a COVID riddled 3 month delay on my engagement ring and wedding bands all the way until today for the final product. Thank you dearly, Kelley, Amna and Josh! You were lovely and compassionate through the entire process. 11/10, would recommend your shop to everyone and tell them to ask for yall specifically!In late March, my husband and I finally had the funds to go and finance rkngs comfortably. We found 2 bands on sale with discounts at the time. He chose a black tungsten carbide ring that would need to be made to size and shipped. 2 sizing mishaps and an extra 2 week wait after waiting until mid-June and he was finally set. My wedding band (white gold,, small diamonds, in a wide v-shaped thing ring) was resized and ready in early June. My custom? It took from March until today, in mid-July to be ready for pick up and finalization.The final product? A beautiful ring utilizing mostly family stones, with a couple add-ins totaling under $2k. It fits correctly, it is EXACTLY my vision and pays wonderful homage to my husbands familys original rings. 13/10 overall with service, attitude, customer care (in store only) and timeliness, despite the global pandemic.If you are looking at Kay, or for a jeweler in general, go to the Lexington Pavillion Kay Jewlers by Target on Sunset Blvd. Ask for Josh or Anna. I would include Kelley, but she has been relocated to a bigger store. She was fantastic when she first helped me, but the team she left behind is just as awesome! They will help you through the process and keep you updated.

I went in looking for new wedding bands for me and my husband after 16 years of marriage had in mind kind of what I wanted and thanks to Kelly we found a perfect ring I am so ecstatic great service great quality I recommend to anyone
I had a wonderful experience at the store, my fiance bought a ring from there I was trying to clean my ring and my three quarter carat diamond fell out the mounting of the Ring down the Drain and of course I was freaking out but as soon as I called Kays @ the Sunset Boulevard location they reassured me they replaced my diamond and my ring at no charge and it came very quickly within a couple of days, everyone that I encountered at the store was very nice the manager was excellent, they also gave me all the paperwork with new Rewards it was very professional I would recommend it to anybody getting ready to tie the knot or any othet event they have a beautiful jewelry selection I will definitely be keeping my business there :]
I went in to return two items yesterday 2/14/17. The young man behind the counter more than once expressed his distain that I was returning these items telling me how bad this was going to hurt him ( I assume his commissions). He also voiced that I had just ruined his Valentines!There were several other employees and customers in the store so his comments made me look terrible that I was taking money from his pocket. Very rude if you ask me!After making me feel like a heel in front of everyone he could not process the return without his manager. She had apparently went next door to do some personal shopping. They phoned her while I waited. Once she came back to the store, the return process finally was started. During the next few minutes both the manager and the clerk basically shunned me.We have made several thousands of dollars worth of purchases at this store but never again.Very poor customer service in my opinion !
Wont be coming back to Kays again. Lady tried to give me a credit card and thought I was stupid and wouldnt notice because I am young. She tried to give me a in store bonus card, is what she sneakily called it. And asked for my ID and began to fill out the paper without letting me even look at it. Asked her to let me do it and she said no I can do it for you (which I dont need help to fill out my own information to begin with). Then when she asked me to finally give some info that wasnt on my ID like my SSN and signature. She got all nervous when I began to look at the paper fully which she didnt let me do to begin with. Then finally I said I dont want this or any kind of credit card which she failed to mention that it was. The whole thing was shady. Not pleased with that kind of work ethic. She said she was shredding it which i wish I would have taken it from her and shredded it myself. You just lost a customer.

After waiting 45 minutes and having someone who walked in 30 minutes after us helped. The manager handed us a form to fill out and walked away didnt bother asking if it was just the chain or something else. Another associate finally comes to assist and says the warranty wont cover it, after the associate it was purchased with specifically said it would. Rude staff, cigar trash on the chairs, leaking ceilings....do yourself a favor and purchase from anywhere other than Kay Jewelers.
Tried calling numerous times I didnt even get transferred to voice mail.
To date Ive had nothing but excellent service from the employees at this location.
