The best cookie that I’ve ever had. I can’t say that I’ve ever been a huge cookie lover, but Crumbl Cookies are worth every calorie & every dollar. Seriously, they are phenomenal. The staff was friendly & kind, and was highly efficient with giving me my curbside pickup order!! 10/10 recommend for any sugar craving you have. You won’t regret it. (ps: if they have the “donut” cookie when you go, get that one!!)
Great customer service!I had an issue with the type of cookies I ordered... I wasnt aware that placing an order on Sunday for delivery on Tuesday that I wouldnt be getting the cookies I selected due to the weekly cookie menu starting on Monday. A simple phone call helped resolve my issue as well as helped me know not to place an order on a Sunday 😅Some cookies are absolutely delicious and others are alright... Not a fan of getting a rice crispy treat from a cookie shop, but id rate it a 5/10. Chocolate chip is very good 8/10, and the sugar cookies are good... You get a hint of almond extract which I liked, 7/10.The price of the cookies are really reasonable, especially for the size. You can easily split a cookie with another person and be comply satisfied. If you eat a whole cookie youll definitely need a glass of milk. 🍪🥛

Ive had cookies from this location and in Charlotte. I honestly LOVE their chocolate chip cookie! Its the best texture on the outside and the inside is so soft. Their other cookies are also very good! Do not hesitate to give them a try if you havent done so.
This restaurant is not the best if you order a party pack like I did they will make for over 45 minutes, also if you get here before people and order a small box they won’t give to until like four more people get there boxes, also they are always running out of things. 1 star do not recommend

My social butterfly of a teenager told me about your AMAZING COOKIES that were all over social media. We went on an appt to Duke University in Raleigh-Durham & found out that they had a Crumbl. Of course we had to go!!! We LOVED THEM!! They are so huge, soft & very delicious cookies!! We were only there for 1.5 days, but ate our share of cookies & brought 4 - 6 packs of cookies to share with our friends & families!! Thank you for this AWESOME store!! We now need 1 or 2 in Augusta, Ga “Home of The Masters” Golf Tournament!!

I just came for a door dash and waited 30 minutes. Then someone let the girl know that people were waiting outside and her response was “i don’t care they can wait outside if they want”… another girl tied her shoe then proceeded to touch the cookies. Glad I’m not eating here with these rude people.
These are the best cookies and they are so massive! The chocolate chip cookie is always a great back up that’s available weekly but there are tons of amazing options. The car side drive up delivery and late night home delivery make this the best easy option for a quick treat!
Crumbl Cookies are like what would happen if the greatest cookie you ever ate made sweet, sweet love to a cupcake and five minutes later they had a baby. Theyre basically a soft, gooey cookie base with cupcake toppings made fresh in front of you. Theyre AMAZING. I had no idea they were a national chain. I tried them first in Vegas, then in Lexington, SC. Simply fantastic every time Ive tried them. They have non-traditional cookie flavors that I like even better than their staple chocolate chip and sugar cookies. Try the Strawberry Shortcake, or Cinnamon Roll or Baked Apple Cookies. Or the Sweet Potato Pie cookie around Thanksgiving. Outstanding!

Crumbl cookies are always delicious, priced modestly for their size (get the 4 pack!), warm and fresh, and their customer service is right on. The menu changes weekly so you always have a reason to go back and try new flavors. They can pack a lot of flavor and ingredients into each cookie and they are rarely if ever too sweet. Some of the best out there for sure!

I had my first Crumbl experience today and I absolutely am in love with this unique bakery and it’s extremely positive environment!The staff were all happy. They were enjoying what they were doing and working well together. It’s nice during this pandemic to see happy people who want to be working. The young man who helped me, Philip, was just amazing! He knew his product, the menu, and was able to help me order the right things as we have food allergy considerations. With his help I put together the sample box I wanted for my family, got drinks to compliment the cookies and wrapped up the sell.The prices were extremely reasonable!The cookies were delectable and darn cute!The establishment clean!The staff happy and inviting, they literally invite you in!It was an amazing visit! I highly recommend this little Bakery in Lexington, SC. Y’all will love it!Thank you to Philip and his crew! We look forward to seeing all of you again!

The cookies were really great and they are a pretty good size The problem is you only get four for $10 where theres other cookie places where you could get more cookies for that price and the ice cream is a little small for the price as well. They do have a good selection of cookies though but it is a limited to what theyre making either that day or that week.
I ordered 6 cookies and when I got out to my car I realized two were not what I had ordered. When I went back inside the girl gave me the two I had ordered and let me keep the wrong ones. All the cookies were amazing. Great cookies and great customer service.

These cookies are amazing! I’ve been talking about them nonstop with friends, neighbors and coworkers. Every time I’ve gone into the store it’s clean and the employees are very friendly! I’ve also used curbside pickup which is super convenient through their app. I’m trying delivery through the app for the first time today and can already tell you the experience is so easy and user friendly. Great company all the way around from service, customer experience and quality!

Crumbl is sooo good! They use the best/real ingredients. You can see the oats in their oatmeal cookies, coconut in cookies with coconut, well you get the point. I am so addicted, that we go like once a week so that we can try the newest selection. Also, you dont get bored with their cookies because they have new ones every week, but you can always get chocolate chip or their chilled cookie. Oh, and let me not forget the size of their cookies. Worth every penny! Go taste the deliciousness for yourself 😍😍

Management is unprofessional. Family knows of a child who worked there from the time the place open and they management was so incredibly unprofessional that they fired an employee over text. Do better crumbl. We will not be supporting an unprofessional business like this ever again and neither should you.

This is the best gourmet cookie store in Lexington! Love how they change out 4 cookies every Monday! But will always have their classic chocolate chip and sugar cookie.I purchased a 6 pack of cookies for my co-workers to recognize them on Friday, School Lunch Hero Day! They are all SUPER HEROES in my book!I will defiantly be back on Monday to see what new cookies will arrive 🙂

I ordered the 4 cookie box on door dash and was only sent 1 cookie. I called cookie crumbl for help and they were NO HELP at all. Thankful doordash was more helpful.Giving an extra star because the one cookie was atleast decent.

Love the cookies, overall they have always been fantastic. Our experience with customer service and the people inside the store has been pleasant as well. The only recommendation I would have is for delivery. We have had delivery twice and both times the cookies moved around in the boxes a lot. The first time, most of the cookies were crushed. I would maybe recommend either a nonslip box bottom or even a divider for the cookies to prevent this from happening.
Cookies make great gifts, which is why I was there. No idea what the cookies taste like, but the employees were upbeat, friendly, and helpful. Are a bit on the pricy side, 4 cookies were over $11.

I experienced something I think your company should be aware of. Several days ago my family drove across town to the Lexington, SC store. We had placed an order on the app for four cookies, and we used the convenient curbside delivery option. The cookies came out to us with my name on the box, and we accepted the box with a thank you. However, upon opening the box there were only three cookies, two cookies had no toppings at all, and one of those has a large thumb shaped crater. When I took the box inside and explained the problem, there was a customer behind me that spoke up and said she had the same problem, minus the thumbprint. Our order was corrected, but it was a hassle that shouldn’t have happened. Please reinforce to your runners to double check each box before they are delivered. If they don’t do this when it’s busy it will just get busier with having to fix orders.

I waited 30 minutes for my curbside order, which never came out. I had to go into the store to get my CURBSIDE PICKUP order. When I went in they could not find my order. He looked for 10 minutes and still did not find it. It charged my card and my order was never found. He gave me one correct cookie and didn’t even have the other one which was a chocolate chip cookie. I think that it need better management and order accuracy.

The 1st time I came to crumbl cookies the cookies were good and hot. After trying it for the 1st time I said that I will definitely come back. As I said I did the cookies were not like it was when I 1st went. They werent hot. As it is on the telling which cookies are served warm and which ones are served chill it should stay that way. When people come an order warm cookies then it needs to be warm not cookies thats been sitting for hours. If you have to make fresh ones so customers could get the warm cookies that they payed for just kindly ask them if they can wait that the cookies are being cooked. Because I sure wouldnt mind, being that yall have so many selections and the menu changes every week I wanna keep coming back. Just do better plz. Think about the customers, think about the company so youll have good reviews and 5 stars every time.
They were super clean. I always love a clean sleek bakery. They were also super helpful as we had never been here before. We found it while out of town in Lexington and thought it was one location. We were thrilled when we found out they had one 23 minutes away from us ( we recently moved to where we are) we had no idea.We got the 4 pack and while some may think 11 dollars for 4 cookies is crazy. It’s not. They are huge thick perfectly cooked warm cookies. And it’s so fun to know they change them out and you can try new flavors all the time.

My daughter and I love to try the new flavors each week. We get a 4 pack and share throughout the week. They are amazing right out of the store but still yummy heated up. We have been 3 times and although they are busy the staff has been very friendly. Only complaint is they dont take cash.

I pretty much come in weekly to try the new cookies each week has to offer. Of course I have my favorites, but Ive never had a bad cookie from Crumbl. These are pretty large cookies so my family and I enjoy splitting them up and eating them that way. The staff have always been pleasant and Im out the door with delicious cookies in a couple minutes 🙂

It seems my account got hacked on my last post. The store was actually horrendously managed by someone named Phillip. I do indeed love cookies and mine are much better than these. It seemed like they were made with an Easy Bake Oven! When I tasted it my eyes started to burn and immediately had stomach pains. Staff did look new and overwhelmed and well, just sad. It seemed like they were working against their will. Someone needs to look into this.
