The service was quick, professional, they had me back up and running in 2 days time while recovering all the data from my dead drive. Due to COVID 19 I am working from home and my 2 year old dropped my laptop making most of the screen black out. I found them on google called 1:00 they closed 2 asked about service they told me to stop by to do a diagnostic of my screen left 30 minutes later with my screen fixed !!! Well all I needed was my laptop diagnosed. I left with an understanding of what I had and what I had to do with it. Honest people here. They actually told me there was not much they could do with what I had. Others would have taken my money and then said sorry.I was not charged an arm and a leg to be told either. Great Customer Service

Great service and ahead of time! Had defective power port on laptop. First sent an email through their website and Conrad promptly responded that he could repair my laptop and gave a fixed cost, with projected repair time. A few days later I took my laptop into their shop and they promptly checked it our and indicated that a part needed to be ordered but would have it in and laptop fixed the next day. I live about 40 minutes away and proceeded to run another errand in Salisbury. Just as I was about to leave Salisbury, I got a call from Amy stating that they found a part on site and my laptop was fixed. They were able to get the job done in less than 3 hours and saved me another trip to Lexington. Outstanding!!

Needed my laptop to be cleaned and a good virus and hacker/malware to be downloaded. I was very happy with the service. The service is friendly knowledgeable.

I was referred to Triad PC Repair for their expertise with Dell laptops. A part had to be ordered and was installed the same day received. Amy noticed I was using a post-it to cover webcam when not in use. She provided a part that was made for covering webcams when not in use as it had a sliding panel and included it as part of their service.They included the original part and showed where it had been repaired with crazy glue versus being replaced as it should have been as it lasted less than a year. I would highly recommended them for quality, speed, and expertise.

I am very happy with my repair! My hard drive crashed. They installed a new hard drive and additional ram next day. Mine is an older lap top that is now working like a top. Much cheaper than new. I was very pleased to do business with this well ran, local, family business.

As usual very professional. Have had a few emergency situations and they were always able to take my computer in and fix within a short period of time (usually over night). Prices are very good and they follow-up letting you know when it is ready. Moved down here three years ago and only place I will take my machine in. Just wish they were open on Saturday mornings!

The charging port on my sons Dell laptop was broken. My husband brought it in to Triad PC Repair. He received great customer service from very friendly and knowledgeable people. Unfortunately...the charging port has broken again 2 more times...in which they fixed under warranty even though I feel like it is a faulty Dell product. Would not recommend another Dell...but would highly recommend Triad PC Repair to everyone!!! They are great!!

Triad PC has handled all computer repairs for our hotel for several years. They offer great pricing, wonderful service and quick turn around times for repairs. They are our go to people for computer repair.

Well it starts with getting a good deal on a computer with a 6-month service warranty. To be fair the computer was used, and after a few days I notice I was having problems with the sound and headsets. I took it back to their shop and it was decided they would buy some new headsets, great problem solved. A week or so later I found I could not insert disks. Again, the computer was examined and I was told to make all the problems go away I would need a new mother board. Having had mother broad problems in the past with another computer (from another business) I had some idea what was going on; I never thought the problem would be that serious, and had second thoughts about the 6-month warranty and if it would be fulfilled or would there be some reason to add on some other cost. But it happens, I feel great about everything and would like to add that I did not just start dealing with Triad; Ive been dealing with them for a number of years and I am committed to work with them and greatly appreciate they are committed to work with me and will be committed to working with you because thats the way they do business.

Good folks and good prices. Our hard drive was a goner. They diagnosed that for us and were honest enough to tell us that it wasnt worth replacing (on our old PC), even though replacing it would have made them more money!

I cant speak for Conrad but Amy is a mentally disturbed person. We came here looking to have our Sony vaio laptop repaired. My husband asked a question about paying for a system upgrade and Amy begin to yell at him about knowing how to do her job. This woman needs either a vacation or medication (or both). We didnt trust this company to fix our laptop so we took it to MyGeek Technologies instead. The customer service there was must better than Triad and the price was perfect too (no one yelling at us was a plus too). They even added a Norton virus protection to our laptop for free.Skip this place if you know whats good for you. If the woman who works at the front office acts like this, who knows what she is capable of doing to your computers or laptops.
