As much as I love their donuts Im surprised I havent left a review yet! Always excellent donuts and my absolute favorite! No other donut can compare. There are other good small donut shops but not commercial operations like Krispy creme with the same good quality every time at every location. 👌

Had a pitiful drive thru experience here on a Friday night. Ordered a dozen glazed doughnuts and a pumpkin spice latte; that should have been a simple order. We were told that the latte machine was down, so after having to repeat myself multiple times I ordered a vanilla iced coffee. We had to remind them that we ordered a dozen doughnuts. I ended up getting a sweet tea, after I had ordered a vanilla iced coffee. Why offer seasonal drinks if they cannot be served?

I almost always miss this place when Im in the area. They always have what I want. This location is out the way, but I go to it but they have what I like and the people are nice.

I fell in love with their raspberry and cream filled donuts....then without warning, they stopped delivering them to grocery stores, where they were on boxes of 6, now if I drive 30 miles to a factory I have to buy 12. Bad business !

It’s my first time going to Krispy Kreme and I closed the my store for 10 minutes to go and get my coffee while I was ordering the coffee I was being rushed and I got the wrong order and the coffee is not even filled up all the way smh

Dont order online. You pay and they run out without telling you and dont refund you in store. When told that they were wrong for not telling us, they hung up on us. Cant do the job, dont work there

The hot and fresh sign was on, I keep forgetting to remind them to make sure my doughnuts were hot. They were not and I was hurt

The worst Krispy Kreme I have been too. Donuts were stale and ordered hot coffee and it was cold. Whoever the owner is they are doing a poor job overseeing their company.

The hot light is always on for this location but Ive only been there once when the doughnuts were actually coming off the line. The 2 other times Ive been there the hot, fresh doughnuts where handed to me out of a case that just had the boxes pre-prepared and waiting. I agree with other commenters that the doughnuts are very small. Theyre often not even touching each other in the box where the location on Woodruff rd in Greenville often has them overlapping theyre so large. I do also agree that the staff is nice, but thats the only thing this location has going for them. In my opinion, this location doesnt represent the brand very well and I will drive out of my way to find another location.

Cute Halloween versions and $1 a glazed dozen Saturdays, so 2 dozen for under $15! Clean and friendly staff.

Been going here for several years and today I got the worst donuts I have ever received from any Krispy Kreme. They looked and tasted as if they were made 3 days ago. I could of got fresher dounts from a gas station. Lets tighten your shot group there KK

I visited the Krispy Kreme in Lexington last week. The attendant could not have been nicer or more caring at the window. A week later I visited both Krispy Kreme locations, in Lexington and in Cayce. Both window girls were silent when they passed me by order. Is this normal? Managers, I suggest you manage your employees better. Im 100% sure that if I had placed an order at Chick-fil-A, the staff member would have said My pleasure! That type of attention compared to the above two examples is why millions of people patronize Chick-fil-A. Maybe there is a message here. Please reread the above. If placing my order at your restaurant results in silence to the customer at the window, maybe I need to visit Dunkin Donuts where I can also buy a breskfast bagel.

During my visit I was waited on by Thomas. He was very nice and makes a great frozen Caramel Mocha!

Very disappointed in the size of the doughnuts lately. As an avid krispy kreme customer with a big family, ive never seen the doughnuts this small before. 2 dozen and these 4 special reeses today and not exactly what I expected.

After ordering online, I tried calling to ask if I could replace a donut in my Custom Assortment order. The phone number led to a bunch of different numbers needing to be pushed. I went up to the store instead. The manager was extremely helpful and very kind. Dont call... just talk to a human face-to-face. We are FOREVER loyal to Krispy Kreme!

Ive visited this location many times and even though they have the hot and fresh light on their donuts are never hot as expected.

Staff is friendly, the place looked so unsanitary, there was a roach on the floor and a lot flies around the doughnuts.

My dad and I were immediately ignored, when we got to the counter we tried to make small talk with the lady working and tell her what we wanted, she continued to ignore us...the restaurant was completely empty, so I was very confused why it seemed like a problem that we were in there! I won’t be coming back to this location, very disappointed in the poor customer service.

Best fresh donuts in town.

Arrived about 15 mins after opening. Drive thru wasnt being answered. Had to park and go in. Donut sign was on. Donuts were slightly warm. Ordered a caramel iced latte and got a black iced coffee. Not to mention the donuts are super small.

My donuts weren’t good. I asked for one with sprinkles and I didn’t get any. And the ones with chocolate icing barely had any icing. So they couldn’t even get the most basic donuts right. They were out of all the donuts I actually wanted too which was a bummer. I can tell the people who work here are nice though so maybe that’s why this place has such a good rating, but that’s it.

My last two visits to this location haven’t been the best. I order lemon filled and my donut has no filling this has happened twice now very disappointed. The taste itself is always great just fix this issue please.

So the donuts where absolute perfection.The location was a bit sketchy. The drive thru is a dark back ally and gives me the heeby jeebys.Im almost positive the cashier was in training (no problem with that everyone has to learn somewhere.) When asked if they had Gluten Free donuts. She said, Oh yeah theyre kosher, like Jewish people are allowed to eat themOk, thats wonderful. Not helpful with a 10 year old niece with a severe allergy to gluten (we had already planned another stop to get her something within her diet requirements).Its ok to say, Im not sure, let me ask. If we had taken her word for it, we could have had a very sick child on our hands. Just needed more training on the product she was selling. It was a great midnight run and we made it home safely with all our sweet treats. Not a bad way to end the night.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The special was lemon glazed donuts for $5 after purchasing one dozen any type of donuts.The box of lemon donuts was not as fresh but the assorted donuts were good. This store was limited with the variety for our assorted box.

The kindest people work there. July 3rd is my moms birthday, so we went to get her the special Independence Day doughnuts. It was very busy, and by 1pm they were out of them. They gave us a free assorted dozen because of it! Thank you, Krispy Kreme! I cried in the car because of the kind gesture.

Arrived at 9:40am and the door was still locked. (Store opens at 6:00am according to the business hours sign). Had to wait for another customer to let me in. The special Holiday Donuts were all gone also. The young man who served me was polite and friendly and the donuts I got were still good.

Terrible customer service. Not even a hello upon entry. Not trying to sound like a Karen but we were literally the only people in there at 9am, one dude doing all the work and the girl just stood there watching us wait to cash out. I had to ask her to cash us because that dude was cranking on the drive through. Also the coffee was gross

The doughnuts have shrunken in size. Unfortunately, order accuracy is also pretty inconsistent.If you can get past those things, its pretty delicious.

Good donuts

This was during the social distancing period. I ordered 3 dozen doughnuts to make a birthday cake for my daughter. I ordered two days in advance. They only gave us 2 dozen and when we called to ask about it, we were sent to the corporate office. They never returned our calls. We never received reimbursement. Not to mention, the doughnuts were dry. Not a good experience, but giving some leeway due to the virus.

They were under staffed. But the BIG ISSUE was them letting the FRESH donuts on the belt fall to the floor. I could see a BIG pile of the donuts on the floor. And we had to wait for fresh ones. They gave us fresh ones and let the rest fall on the floor again.

Did my order online. It was supposed to be ready at 415 pm it was not ready until 430pm .I ordered 3 dozen . 2 custom and 1 graduation.I was told at the window as she was giving them to me “ The Cayce location did not deliver them today so she just gave me a dozen glazed but charged me for the graduation ones “ As the employees made fun of my name ! This was a horrible place I will never go back .

There are two great locations here in my area one is right across the street from where I work the other one is on my way to church so I have two great reasons to visit Krispy Kremes almost daily

Food is always great. But I don’t understand why I had the time at the pick up window of the drive through to write this review.. we ordered six donuts and a coffee and it took about 15 minutes for us to get our order. Also after putting in my order at the machine I had to give my order a second time at the window.

5 stars for being Krispy Kreme and 3 stars for being sooooo slow. The Knox Abbot drive location is typically always faster but sometimes you just gotta have some Krispy Kreme donuts so you resign yourself to wait for them when you are right beside them in Lexington

We were there 2 weeks ago. Ordered 4 donuts. White cream with chocolate on top. They were stale! Do I have to ask for a fresh donut or one that isnt stale?The service was fast and friendly.

Wow staff was impeccable! This is the location that others should model. They are attentive and greet you. They have other assorted donuts that I have not seen in other Krispy Kreme locations. The staff was patient as we looked over to choose from their assorted donuts. Of course, when visiting another I asked about one specifically that this location had...bomber they didnt have it. Confirmed they have assortments that are not at all locations.

Better customer service is needed. The lady working drive thru knew absolutely nothing. Oh, & they no longer can give out cups of ice ?!

We love Krispy Kreme but this location was definitely not the best. They did not have hardly any variety of doughnuts and we were very disappointed.

Is there anything better than a hot fresh Krispy Cream doughnut? I swear, these doughnuts are the route to Nirvana.! And the shop is always clean and the employees friendly. One of the best parts of living in the South., theyre a tradition and rightfully so! 🍩

The donuts are good. The service not so much. Always slow, and the scanner to take mobile payment via the app is always MIA. They have to type in the number which requires you handing over your phone, making things less efficient instead of more so.

Noelle was fantastic. She was working alone this evening and had a line in the store and a line in the driveway, but she never faltered and served every guest with a smile. She even made sure to give everyone the fresh, hot glazed donuts (which were delicious as usual). But I really wanted to express how great the associate Noelle is at this store.

Bad experience. They told me I had to order with the app instead of just getting take out. I wait by the door when the pickup order is due and none comes out. I had to go into the drive thru and tell them I ordered on the app to get my order finally. I ordered 2 glazed original with the hot n ready sign on, and they hand me 2 ice cold donuts. How does it take 20 mins to get 2 donuts?

This is one of my favorite go to places for a fast and delicious sugar fix!! The donuts are always fresh as is the coffee, only wish they were a bit closer to my neighborhood. The staff is always really friendly and professional

7am and i get a dozen cold doughnuts that was in the fridge overnight. 4 different kinds. Why not just go to the gas station or grocery store. No point in driving 20 minutes for cold doughnuts. Never again

Its Krispy Kreme. Good tasting, but oh so bad for you donuts. It was clean. The wait time was no problem. The staff is friendly, but not best friend ever friendly, so that is a good thing. I only gave 4 stars because after eating here I get to endure guilt and regret. Is it their fault? Only a little.I also think the price increases over the past few years has been a bit drastic. I think that they are pricey compared to other places.Anyway, 4 stars.
