Clark was phenomenal and very knowledgeable in the issues I was having with my phone/billing. Was on the phone nearly an hour with customer support, just to be referred to the store where Clark fixed the issues in a matter of minutes. I will definitely recommend family and friends to come to this store to deal with Clark as they will be in great hand.

Clark has no customer service skills, and he totally dismissed us without solving the problem. He made no effort to try to find a solution to the problem except to charge me extra for a brand new phone screen. He made it clear that he was done trying to help us. His tone was somewhat caustic, and I will never step foot in that store again. We went to the store in Salisbury, and we were greeted with smiles, and they were more than willing to work with us. I highly recommend the ATT store in Salisbury.

I went in today to get a new line on my account and Clark was very knowledgeable on helping me with my concerns and pricing. I recently just added my dad to my plan and my bill sky rocketed and Clark explained everything to me about proration charges, and cleared it up he says my bill will go down, so I’m looking forward to that!!! I like clark he seems like a very great guy! And he knows what he’s talking about, I will only come here to do business with Clark from here on out.

I hate to give this store only three stars. I usually have a great experience when upgrading lines for my family while Im in town. The ladies that work in this store, I cant remember them by name, but theyre so helpful! Unfortunately, the last time I was at this store in July I had a very poor experience with Richard Hyatt.He was deceptive, didnt really know the background on what he was speaking of, and locked me into a plan I didnt agree to. I was supposed to receive half price on an upgrade for my dads old phone to an iPhone XS. He fumbled around on the computer and after initially saying he couldnt find the promo I was offered, he pretended like he had found it. Then he rushed through the upgrade, didnt offer to help set up the new device, and sent me away without a receipt after blaming COVID. I actually watched him hand the previous customer a receipt. When I brought up the fact that the e-bill showed a full price charge, he said I should wait 3 months and come back if it doesnt credit me or change so he can vouch for me. Im going in today, and I highly doubt hell even remember.I called AT&T customer service immediately that day and the rep told me to wait because, oh it takes 2-3 business cycles, but today Im being told no promo was ever applied. So now I lose $450 on that phone. Luckily Ive been with AT&T for over 10 years so their customer loyalty rep gave me a discount to help me out so thanks AT&T but wow.. poor customer service on Richards part.

I took my phone in to have a new screen protector put all. I hadnt purchased the screen protector there. I was in and out in ten minutes. The staff were very friendly.

The sales rep. Was very knowledgeable and polite! He had my numbers up and phones swapped over backed up and loaded, while helping three other customers, also with the same manor. This was one of the easiest and best experiences I’ve had at any att location!

I dont know what the problem is with this store in Lexington. Ive never received good service every time Ive ever went in there. Today, I think the problem was more under staffing than anything. The 1 Customer Service person was helping one person when me and 2 others walked in. I waited 30 minutes and the CS person still helping the same person Finally the 2 people I came in with left. Then the phone rang and the CS person would answer he phone and say THANK YOU FOR CALLING ATT LEXINGTON, PLEASE HOLD. and pushes the hold button goes sits back down, I guess the people would get tired of holding and call back and hed do the same thing. Id went WOW..really?.. and I left. Wont be going back to this location.

Tech was unable to do a simple upgrade for my sons account. Manager blamed the manufacturer, but it was obvious the tech bumble and didnt know what they were doing. Manager was unapologetic but full of excuses. Avoid this location!

Tina is such an amazing person, truly! Not only did she help me out so much but she genuinely cares about the customers, she’s very patient and understanding and always has the customer leaving content and satisfied. From the times I’ve gone I have witnessed such a positive and caring atmosphere at this store! I don’t even mind waiting to be honest with you. If I could give 20 stars I would cause this has been the greatest service I’ve received. Tina deserves a good bonus in my opinion.!

We came in about 6, Trevor spent nearly 2 hours helping us with our switch to AT&T. Very knowledgeable of the promotions. Just walked out the door at 7:59, a minute before closing-never felt rushed to go. Will definitely refer more people to this location!

Switched over from Verizon after numerous issues with billing and local coverage that seemed to get worse over time. Tina R worked with us on the switch and walked us through the entire process . She is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. All carriers have service where others dont but you get what works for you in the area where you live and where you work. We will definitely (and have already) recommended AT&T service in Lexington to others.

Been a long time Verizon costomer. Started shopping around for new phones with all the different carriers. This store by far had the best customer service. I think DirecTV is excellent but when I joined with AT&T because they merged it was supposed to save me money and it aint done nothing but cost me money I had to give a phone back to him I said they didnt get it for 4 months in a row they charge me for that phone put delinquent payments on my credit wont do nothing about it dont give me nothing or anything its been a year and theyre still messing up my bill I paid $533 last month and I was wanting a hundred 297 this month I think they owe me something to make it right with me I pay my bill on time my cable has been cut off four times because of that delinquent phone they had back the whole time I think theyre pretty shity

If i could give zero stars i would. Do not pay your bills here, i recommend sending a check. We payed our phone bill and the girl just took the money and probably stuffed her pockets with. Even with the receit that we had they said there is nothing they can do. Called customer service and they were just as useless, there was nothing they could do either. They sent the bill in collection. These people are terrible and the new manager Tina does not know what she is doing. She made changes to our account we did not need and if that wasnt enough she steals money too. I will so be looking for another provider.

Lady by the name of (Tina) refused to help my husband syncing numbers to our tablet saying you cant do that unless its an iPad....Lol she clearly has no clue what she is talking about or has any knowledge of cellular or mobile devices, it can be done & I was able to get it done. Then the following day (Today) I go in to get a simcard for my own devices that I own & the same lady refused to help me as well. First off I was told the simcard was free, then she tells me it would be $5.35 I said thats fine Ill pay it,then tells me I cant guarantee it will work, (she is completely clueless) then she tells me I cant help you cause your not authorized on the account which is completely false. I hope your supervisor reads these reviews & sees how you treat loyal customers. I also made a complaint to the corporate office as well. Next time I will travel to a corporate store to do our business never again at this location!!! This store location is better off not existing at all. Rude ppl who run the store & has no knowledge at all!!!!

Some associates arent up with the program. Many many mistakes. My boyfriend, daughter and myself was up there for over 5 hours getting things sorted out because 2 associates working there messed up our account that it took them calling several people to have it fixed. We were there a hour past closing and it still wasnt situated, had to go back the next day. Thankfully, we arent with them anymore!
