Great shopping place. The staff is very friendly and professional. I have seen the same people for many years working here. The baggers are friendly and helpful. Great deli and bakery. The store is also clean and well stocked. The store is busy because of its convenient location, however the staff will get you through checkout quickly.

Publix has always been a wonderful place to shop. A lot of grocery stores lately have been out of a lot of items and Publix always delivers. While going through checkout I had an item that I was not aware had a coupon for it in their flyer. The cashier pulled one out of her coupon folder and scanned the coupon for me. Not many places will do that for you just because they genuinely want to.

Love Publix but this place is ALWAYS really crowded. Ive noticed I really have to check expiration dates here though, its not uncommon to find expired items on shelves. Lexington has 2 Publix, I think 3 could easily be supported.

This is the grocery of choice for myself and my wife. We think its really great that they also have a pharmacy inside the grocery. One stop shopping if you will. But not at some giant mega store

This store is always stocked well and clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Good deals throughout the store. The subs are the best! Delicious has delicious choices. You never have a long wait to check out. The bathroom is clean and stocked too. Great job folks.

Bright, clean, well stocked, and bustling with customers. Stopped by on our way home and picked up a couple of items. One of a few places I can find coffee ice cream (not my MOST favorite, but their store brand of coffee ice cream is good).

The cashier was very rude to me. I got in line behind a lady and most of her groceries were taking up the conveyer belt. I started putting my things on the conveyer belt and then turned around to help a disabled lady with her groceries. Didnt realize he started bagging my groceries. He never greeted me or spoke to me. I turned around and told him my order was with shipt. He then said next time you need to tell me before I start ringing the groceries up! He basically scolded me I was humiliated. He had only rang like 5 items, and I tried to catch him in time. He then made a scene. I could tell he either had a rough day or was just not a good employee, and taking it out on me. I left the store embarrassed. I do not like this particular store because people here tend to be rude. Talking to you harshly and the traffic of people that go into this store reminds me of the holidays. Something that man didnt know was Im a full time cake decorator at a near by publix and I know that is not how you talk to customers.

I would like to recognize Vanessa one of the managers at this establishment. Her care for customers, patience, and attitude made my mishap with instacart seem like nothing! She also showed the same level of care to two senior citizens when they showed up at a closed lane. Thanks for being so kind and professional while fixing my issue that was not even related to your store. We need more ppl like you! I will definitely shop this Publix again.

We have an abundance of grocery stores in Lexington. I visit most, if not all of them, but Publix definitely stands its own in produce and meats. Prices are average, but the quality is pretty good. A good grocery store.

Great Publix. Most people are friendly. This is not the best Publix that I have been too. Many more go out of there way to be friendly to all their customers. They still do always ask if they can help take your groceries to the car. Also, youd be hard pressed to find a better bakery than at Publix.

Hello. I was in there shopping over the weekend. I grabbed several things. Everything was good until I got over to the deli. I got a deli sandwich and some pre-cooked chicken tenders from the cooler. The sandwich was fine. When I started to eat the chicken tenders they appeared to be cooked on the outside. However When you bit into them you could taste the Ice. They were still frozen inside. I was in a hurry or I would have gone back inside to try to get a refund. Im not sure if they were frozen before being put on the floor or just not thoroughly cooked. They are usually good. This is the first time at this store I remember having this issue. Just wanted to let someone know about this. Not sure if it was just a isolated incident. I ate them. They were still Icy inside.

An excellent place to shop if youre looking for a better class of meats and cold cuts. Everyone is very polite and theyll help you when you are looking for something you cant find.Shelf items a tiny bit more expensive than Walmart but they have stuff most other stores dont have.I highly recommend Publix in general its the only place I go for meat. I have tried Walmarts meats like hamburgers and such and I must say its in a class of its own meaning its bad.

The shelves are stocked and cleanliness is obviously a priority. And the staff is Amazing.

I love publix but one problem here. I would go and get my lunch from publix everyday but nobody works the hot food bar....why have it. I believe its a managment issue. I would figure from 12 to 2 someone would be there to assist customers and get them food. There is always somebody working the sub line. I like the hot food bar because its faster and when u have a 30min lunch u want to get in and out but I have to wait 20min for someone to decide to come and take 60sec to fix a plate so I wont be going back for lunch there until someone works the hot bar

This store customer service lacks among any Publix store I have ever entered. For example: Standing in line at the deli as staff talks to their long time friend about where they have been what they have been doing etc., then standing in line at customer service desk to get a lotto ticket and finally after 5 minutes gentleman there says can i help you. You say yes please and start to say what you need, but the phone rings and he stops listening to you, answers the phone and begins to help the person on the phone!!! As I am standing there astonished someone comes out of the back and helps me. This was UNACCEPTABLE!! This is only one day and is not unusual as it is worse when they are busy. I usually go to the one on Harbison because their customer service is so much better. Today is just a reminder of why I do that. PLEASE get someone to manage this store service!!!

I like shopping at publix store some times the fish is fresh, but everything is so expensive especially the fish. I found out that some of the franchise owners are in with the trump organization. So some of stores I will stop going to and start giving my money to other stores like black owners.

Has plenty of health conscious options and quality foods (paleo and vegetarian etc.) Well stocked, lit up, and staffed well. Large selection of wines, particularly reds. Get an ultimate Publix sub with submarine dressing from the deli- its fantastic.

Deli was vert friendly and helpful.Store was neat and clean.Only thing wrong there were to many stockers on the sales floor at this time of the day.Some items were had to get because you had to maneuver the stock carts and/or stockers.

I used to love this Publix. Not any more. Always low or out of stock on things. I go to the one in Harbison and they are always well stocked. It seems like the people at this store are slacking off as far as making sure people are happy. There are many small things that have happened here that make me think this.
