I really hate leaving bad reviews, but here it is. I create and sell my artwork as stickers. I decided to use Pine Press when I came to Columbia. I was quoted a price and I asked if it included lamination and I was told yes. I arrive to pick them up and they weren’t laminated. They agreed to reprint them laminated, but it was going to be an extra $120. I agreed and decided I’m just never going to come back here. I went to pick these up and I noticed that they were all very blurry. The artwork looked like an out of focus camera! As much as I paid for them, let’s just say I lost a lot of money on this deal because there’s no way I’m selling low quality images to my customers. Very very disappointed!

Update: I just received a friendly and sincere personal call from the owner to apologize for the service I received. She stated that she would like for me to give them another chance to make things right, and that she would be fully refunding me for the product. She also mentioned that she would be meeting with staff to ensure nothing like this happens in the future. I was pleasantly surprised and humbled that the owner took her time to reach out to me directly. Because she did, I am changing my 1-star rating to a 4-star for the authenticity and extra effort she exuded to earn back a customer.Previously: I had ordered a canvas print of a pen and ink, and requested a canvas print of it as a gift for my sister who had lost her dog. When the print came back, it wasnt the same crispness of the original, much lighter (though dark pen and ink oroginal). Additionally, the print was handed to me with no cover and I had to request my original drawing. Ive patronized this company a number of times, but I will need to find a new printer based on this last finished product and the lack of level of care when I came to pick it up. Not worth the value.

I rarely take the time to review a business. But the folks at Pine Press Printing here in Lexington really won me over.They were very helpful in suggesting how best to make my brochure look beautiful. They made a couple of different designs, then were able to combine what I liked most about each.Amanda at the front counter was sweet and stayed in touch with me every step of the way. I have been using their services for almost 20 years. Lori and all the staff are helpful, suggest the right things if I cant decide on color paper, creative designs, fast turnaround, super friendly. I love that I can email about something they have printed before, they pull it and print it. If I tell them I need to edit part of it, they send proofs and get it done. I wouldnt go anywhere but there for printing and promotional products.

I give a great big shout out to Pine Press Printing. We had programs made for my daughters wedding in 2014. They were done on fans and the quality and professionalism was a job well done. I have another daughter getting married in June and of course they will be the ones I will trust the job to.
