I have had 1 complete interior, 1 set of rims and tires and 2 full stereo systems installed with ultimate audio. If you want the best there is no other place to go!

Wanted to get some upgrades installed before an event so went in the store 4 weeks before it to set up an appointment, but they said they don’t set up appointments unless you have a tracking number on the deliveries and we should call later to make it. Now that we have the tracking numbers and called to set up the appointment, they have a two week wait which puts us past the event we’re trying to make. Never really felt like they cared about what we wanted.

Went to these guys after going to another local shop that installed my system poorly. They were able to fix every issue and make my system sound 10x better after tuning and correcting some wiring. They were reasonably priced and pretty efficient. Definitely recommend these guys 💯

Holy cow, these guys were quick and efficient with replacing and installing my radio/stereo system! I totally recommend them if you need your radio/stereo system replaced!And they are very personable, approachable, and among all very friendly! I cant not say anymore good things about them!

Two days later one of my door speakers stopped working- i called them about it was told to come back and they will check it out - they fixed the issue and I was in my way!I want to say thanks to josh and to the rest of the crew - I will be back for all of my car needs !!!!

Had a Kenwood DNX HD system with a 12 Sub and amp installed in my car here a few years ago. Head unit fried itself due to inadequate heat ventilation about 2 years later. Sub box seemed to not be secured at all and constantly having to readjust it every few days so it didnt disconnect from the amp. Also had aftermarket HIDs with ballasts installed by them before I had the aforementioned issues. I drove about a mile down the road until the right bulb stopped working. Upon inspecting, they left my ballasts completely unsecured leaving them free to move about and bounce off anything near them. I called, guy told me the install wasnt the problem and it was the kit I bought. Yeah, okay. I got the kit working an hour later with a much more secure and much more professional looking install at home, should have saved the $100~ I spent to do that. Not sure if I got the one careless employee there who did the work either one or both of the times. Considering how highly rated this place is, I expected much better at the time and I have personally seen much better work especially for the price. Hopefully things have changed here.

Took my Silverado in for a audio upgrade. Used what I had plus some extras made it sound so much better. Wow. They knew exactly what to add with my stuff to create a great sound. Ended up taking my 2 other cars to them.

Work is exceptional. Josh is amazing to work with. Ive had a few issues with my system and they squeeze me in even when they dont have time to and get my boat back on the water asap and it sounds great. They have my system pounding.

Customer service ok

I used Ultimate Audio to install a very complex audio system and a couple of speakers. The install was superb, the staff was exceptionally helpful, the price was very fair and the installation work was top notch. They did the work even though all of the instructions were in Chinese. This speaks volumes about their experience levels. I most strongly recommend this business - they also followed up the install a few days later to ask how thing were going with the install.

I got my subs installed, new door speakers, and LED strips under the foot wells and damn they did an amazing job. I would go back to them again if I ever needed anything audio related done.

First left me say Im a computer guy, but I know absolutely ZERO about cars.I dealt with Shawn at Ultimate Audio, whos patience, understanding, helpfulness, honesty, friendliness & professionalism knows no bounds! Shawn graciously corresponded with me via email up to & after the appointment. He answered every question and/or concern I had & never once made me feel as though I was a burden.My new car stereo is a touchscreen with a dashcam & backup cam that needed too be integrated. Shawn absolutely nailed the alignment on both cameras perfectly!The staff at Ultimate Audio are outstandingly friendly, honest & they are very reasonable on pricing. This is definitely one of the few businesses you can take comfort in knowing you are never going to be overcharged, nor be concerned about whether the job was done right.I will be a lifetime repeat customer!I had to have a Eonon head unit installed, this included a dashcam & backup cam, that both integrated into the head unit. I also needed steering wheel controls too be restored if possible. With Eonon being a brand based in Asia it was not a familiar system to, well anyone. Too make this even more enjoyable, the instructions & wiring diagrams left a great deal to be desired. Having had a VERY bad experience with a Squad of Geeks in the past, I was concerned of having a repeat nightmare.PLEASE do yourself, sanity, car & wallet a favor, just GO TO ULTIMATE AUDIO!!!  These guys are absolute high caliber Pros!Your only regret will be NOT going there! Trust me as someone who used a national chain stores installation service on a previous vehicle & regretted it everyday. You dont realize how depressing & frustrating having a botched installation is, until you are forced too see it every single time you get in your car! Second time using UA, and they were great to deal with both times. They installed a wiring harness in my 2004 truck so that I was fully iPhone/iPad compatible through my Bose system. It worked just as promised, done neatly, and on-time. Furthermore when I was going out to see them they kept the showroom open for me 15 minutes late as I was stuck in traffic in Lexington, on my way there from Columbia at rush hour. They took exceptional care of me, delivered on time and within budget. The very next day I had my truck wired and working. The installer showed me the install and instructed me on its use, and I was GREAT to go.I highly recommend Ultimate Audio. They did a stereo install in a previous truck as well and did it flawlessly. A++ for customer service and dependability.

These guys put a newbie on my lexus gs. I went to these guys because I seen their work on YouTube in which they get a lot of business from NFL players. I thought by placing a simple factory speaker in the driver door would be a breeze. Well a young kid brought my key from the back when the job was completed. Speaker played all is well right wrong when I put the window down there was a gap between the door panel and the window because the kid broke the tab off the panel in which the panel could not be align properly. Surely he knew about this but I was never notified. I ignored the problem took it to Jim Hudson lexus they took care of it. 3 months later the same speaker that was installed would periodically go in and out. If I hit a bump it would either play or not well I wasnt going to say anything about the broken tab but the second issue is unacceptable. I bet if I was a NFL player I wouldnt have that issue. I dont have a problem with someone learning but watch them to see what they are doing. Im just a little guy I dont make millions so Im not important. I will never go back to these guys

They werent able to help me with my issue but they were very knowledgeable, helpful and nice.

Asked to have just my head unit removed, a simple disconnect.. They removed the head unit and cut wires from the harness. Was charged a lot more to reinstall because of the cut wires and harness that I did not need removed. Friendly staff though. Be clear with what you are asking and expecting. My father insisted I remove this review after working with them, which says alot. Had they admitted their mistake and charged what they originally quoted to reinstall, they might have gotten 5 stars.

I just left Ultimate Audio and wanted to go ahead and post a review about my experience.I had some car audio work done a couple of years ago at Custom Car Stereo in Charleston, SC. Recently, I had this odd problem where my front door speakers went out, but the tweeters in the dash still worked. I knew it had to just be a short somewhere, but I didnt feel like looking for it myself. I took it back to Custom Car Stereo when I was in Charleston one day, and they said I could take it up to their Columbia location. They said that if it was a short, then it would cost about $80 for them to check it out, but they kept saying that the speakers were probably blown. That really bothered me, because I have some nice JL speakers hooked up to an Alpine digital amp. I have never had any friends blow their JL speakers out; I knew it couldnt be right, and I felt like they were trying to set me up in advance to be ripped off.Soooo, I called Ultimate Audio and they got me in a couple days later. I dropped off my car at 10AM and they finished my car by noon, and they ONLY charged me $20!!!!! It was fast, cheap, and honest!! They have earned my business for life, and I would recommend them to anyone!

Extremely rude, and very uninformed.I stopped by to see what it would cost to install my Beltronics STI-R+ radar detector, was met not only with a deer in the headlights stare because he didnt even know what it was, but also was told they only install K40 systems.When I informed him that K40 systems pall in comparison to the STI-R+s range and that their shifters are also far outdated, I was met with a Oh really? like Id insulted his mother. As a member of the East Cost Countermeasures Testing Group there are HARD FACTS behind this, and when told he couldnt do it, I said thanks, guess Ill have to find somewhere else, and was met with a Yeah, you do that buddy. in the most condescending tone Ive ever heard from someone who should be trying to earn my business. Ive never been to a custom shop that didnt instantly say Sure, let me take a look at it, we can install anything This shop is obviously for those with too much money and not enough brains to research what theyre buying, and theyre obviously raking it in enough they dont bother to do it for you. Avoid at all costs.

Nothing but amazing work out of that shop. Pay attention to details and everything I got done was with in the time frame they give. Go support your local business.
