Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Double checked to make sure it really was battery and had it changed before we got done paying for the new one.We will be coming here from now on. The two competitors on both sides of them always have bad attitudes and are never helpful.

First let me tell everyone that my vehicle is terribly pain stacking hard to find parts for. Also, there are no videos to help with location or installation of parts. I have been a fan of a competitors for years but here recently I found out that Autozone actually goes the extra mile to find your part. I was needing a pulley/tensioner for my vehicle. I looked online at every store and could not find it anywhere upon, going to my vechiles manufacturers website I found out it was discontinued but they offered a part number. My mechanic told me to call autozone and give them the part number and they would cross reference it. Bingo not only did they find the part but they had one on there shelf. From now on Ill get the original part number and call Autozone.

Robert at Auto Zone is the best! I am a customer service trainer so it’s always my great pleasure to come across someone who knows what above and beyond is. My husband works out of town often and we had icy weather today. Well I had to get my son from school and my wipers were bad...so my husband called and arranged for me to go up and have Robert change the wipers. He was just fast and gentle with the car and a true gentleman. Thanks for saving me from hauling all the kids out in the icy cold and just being nice!

Cant wait for Oreillys to open. Standing in line with an arm full of stuff and asked if I could set it down to use the rest room and was told no it isnt for customers. Ill be shopping elsewhere.

Since I was in Lexington tonight,I decided to buy some car air freshers. I have never been to this location before, but I found a ton, a wide variety of car freshers. I liked the fact that their selection of car freshers were at the front of the store, as soon as I walked in the store. They also carry Yankee Candle brand car refreshers. They also had a deal on some car refreshers (buy 2 for $5), which I took advantage of. The customer service was also very good. They have kind staff that acknowledged me as soon as I walked in the doors. If Im back in Lexington anytime soon, then I will return to this place.

Store did not issue receipt for purchases made and informed me that if I needed to return anything that they could/would look up item(s) but after needing to return an item, I was informed that they can only issue store credit. To me thats theft to a degree because how can you not accept a return of an item that is clearly yours with a receipt that was never given. Im displeased with this location and AutoZone as a whole and I am a former employee of this company... Shameful at best.

I wanted to thank chris for taking the time and helping me find out what code I had and what it was and the price of it and giving me advice on what to do. I called another part store and I asked them to do the same thing and all I got was we cant look it up but you can Google it thats not what I needed. So thank you Chris for helping.me.

Reluctant to give two stars..When you order parts they never call you to let you know its in. We ordered a part and paid for it. They never let us know it was even there. When we went to pick it up. They said it was there for two days and manager was cleaning up and sent it back and we already paid for it and noone even called. We had to reorder. Still noone calls to let you know its in after they said they would

Ive came to Auto Zone for years because I always got great customer service. But today I was treated very rudely for questions I know someone should have been able to answer for me and if they didnt know the staff has looked it up on the computer. So I drove right next door to Advance and it wasnt a problem getting someone to come help me. Even walked outside to take a look for themselves. Dont know if Ill ever go in this Auto Zone again.

Excellent customer service that goes above and beyond expectations!!!! I was having a rough day working on my wifes car and had already been through half of Winston-Salem and Lexington trying to get my rotor turned or replaced. I needed a rotor to ensure the next day I could get to work and my wife could get the kids to school. It was 9 pm and everywhere was closing. I came up and they were locked up, so I walked back to my car. One of the employees walked out and asked me what I needed and I told him. Despite them being closed, he said he was still there and asked if I would like to come in. Naturally I went in and they found the rotor I needed and purchased it at a fair price. I used to go to Advanced Auto or OReilly Auto typically, but from now on Ill be going to AutoZone in Lexington every chance I get.

Auto zone in Lexington NC, has great customer service and they will be very helpful if you have a problem with your car, or truck Rick the manager of the store, will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy when you leave the store 😊.

I use to spend $800-$1500 a month in this autozone and will not go back. Dont ever expect to be in and out of this location you will be there a while they are always under staffed.. many times when you call they dont even answer the phone.I bought a $65 set of fog light bulbs and one of the busted after a little more then 3 months but since it was more then 90 days they wouldnt exchange it.

My husband and I stopped here to get a simple spark plug. He went in and stood at the country for several minutes while workers were shooting the breeze. No one acknowledged him not said Ill be with you shortly. Poor customer service skills. Thank God we are not from this area. Went next door instead.

My son and i have spent well over a thousand dollars in AutoZone stores. His $150 AutoZone battery went bad after 2 yrs. I took it back, apparently he bought it at a different AutoZone (he lives in another city), and they would not even give me a discount on a new one. I will NEVER step foot in another AutoZone again. Their rewards program is a joke, and ive never had an employee at a store tell me they dont need my business anymore. But it happened at AutoZone, so they dont have to worry about me or my son ever coming back.
