My car needed a lot of work and there were a few hurdles that the mechanics needed to clear in order to start the work on my car. They were very patient and understanding and communicated well with me which I greatly appreciated. The car runs great.

Zach was very helpful in describing and locating my vehicles issues. He answered my questions and provided responses that made sense, not like the responses the dealership provided to get extra money. I would recommend Auto Science and definitely return for other vehicle needs. They also provided pictures of what they found so you could see before proceeding with the service.

I had the guys press out some bushings for the control arms and trailing arms on my RS3. It was great to have a place to come to that could do the work properly since I dont have a hydraulic press. Very professional and the work was absolutely top notch!

Absolutely loved my experience with this auto shop! Feels really mainstream as well. Not only getting a text message about my vehicle being ready but it also had pictures of what was replaced and videos about what it does for my car! Very informative and even fun experience. They performed a prepurchase inspection. They got me in last minute (I was from put of town). Professional, prompt, and polite.

Initially I was apprehensive about the prospect of having anyone other than myself work on my car, but after talking to the very courteous and professional Zach at the front desk after being initially attracted to this businesss name, I decided to have my car towed over. The mechanic who looked over my vehicle confirmed what I thought the problem was on the same day I brought my car in. Then day after that it was finished and ready to be picked up. Dont try to cheap out and buy an important sensor (maf) online like I did! The installation pricing was pretty fair (64$). Zach has fantastic customer service and I will be recommending Auto Science to everyone that I can.

These guys basically bent over backwards to get my head gaskets repaired in a single day. I was passing through town and was stuck in a hotel while I needed the repairs, they worked extra hard and extra fast to accommodate that for me, and they were able to finish the job and get me out of my hotel right away. The repair was partially covered under a warranty; I paid for parts and no labor. I appreciate Auto Science doing their best to honor the warranty and giving me a fair price on the parts. If you need complicated repairs, especially to your engine, Auto Science will take good care of you and will do a solid job.My only complaint is that I wish they had better COVID protocols; their employees dont wear masks at all, so it felt a little unsafe to be in their lobby. Still a five-star, job-well-done, though!!

Auto Science is amazing!I am attempting repairs on my newly purchased Odyssey and I ran into something that left me stumped and unsure. I was referred to Auto Science as a trustworthy shop so I called them. I described it over the phone and Ryan knew exactly what I was talking about and was able to fit me in the next morning since I had the parts already! I got there first thing when they opened and not even an hour later he said my car was done, and let me know about my motor mounts and what to expect on a crankshaft pulley replacement, which I will be taking to them instead of attempting it myself as it’s beyond my abilities being new to vehicles. He was very kind and honest and the labor pricing is extremely competitive! Got a quote on my radiator and air conditioning from Ricks, they quoted me a crazy price saying that everything needed to be replaced. Ryan was super helpful, and saved me around 1100$ making sure that they used all the parts that were still functional. Good service, transparent pricing.

I searched a few different places and inquired about the job I needed done and no one knew or heard of what I was asking about. I found Auto Science online and decided to stop by. I walked in and asked Izzy about the job and he knew exactly what I was talking about. I knew this was the place for me. I called and talked to Ryan about a crack in the radiator on my ‘04 GX470. He got me in there right away and had it replaced in just a couple hours for a fair price... I called Auto Science because they specialize in Toyota/Lexus, (among others) and I’ll continue bringing them my business as I own two high mileage Lexus vehicles.

I had loud knocking sound on my Lexus ES 350 recently when I accelerate over 50 Mph. I took to to the Lexus dealer like I always had for service and told them about the noise. They said they checked and it is normal and charged me for the diagnostics. However, the noise was very loud over 50 Mph and I was not comfortable driving the car. After reading some reviews online, I took my car to Auto Science to have it checked and also for oil change. They completed the oil change and checked the noise. Provided me details and pictures of what is causing the noise and provided the estimate to fix these issues. They ONLY charged me for the oil change. I am glad I took my car to Auto science and would recommend them for any of auto service needs !

So far so good. I just had my transmission done here. They walked me through the process for my understanding. I like to know what I am paying for. Cost was reasonable and I hope I dont have to go back for transmission problems, but I will go back for other issues.

We were from out of state when our truck broke down. They had a tow truck to us within 10 minutes. This being Saturday evening we did not expect much for days but Monday morning they contacted us with details of the problem and fixes. They had it fixed in a day and the owner was gracious enough to pick us up to bring us to the shop. We were highly impressed with the out of the way served and fast quality repairs. I’m not sure how they have 5 stars, we took my husbands truck there they kept it almost 2 months they said the engine was blown, we towed it some place else and they said it was the alarm on the truck that disabled the truck from starting the place that fixed it simply disabled the alarm & the truck has been running sound ever since. In good faith we tried them again, took my daughters car there. They have it for 2 days said they weren’t able to start it, but said it would be $6,500 to repair the motor because the motor was, guess what ??? Locked !! We took it there knowing all along it was the alternator, so we had it towed elsewhere, and guess what ??! The motor WAS NOT LOCKED, it was the alternator.

So far so good. Had radiator replaced. There was a mixup on the initial quote. They handled it with professionalism.Work appears to be of high quality. Shop and facilities are nice.Will be back. (Soon, unfortunately!)

Guys at auto science are great. Ryan -the owner- worked until 10 pm. on a Friday night so I could go on my trip to Colorado . Even though he had the flu, he came in when he found out that my car wasn’t going to be ready next morning. I’ve been using this shop for a while and always pleased with the results and attention to detail.

Needed a head lamp replaced in my Cadillac SRX and much like anyone else, wanted to find a reputable auto repair shop to provide me with a fair assessment, cost, and estimate of time.The service advisor Izzie is straight forward and informative. They later informed me that the replacement I needed was less expensive and offered me a fair price on the service.Won me over!

I took my car to get an oil change, passenger and driver side oil separator install, intake install, and an alignment. Izzy was my advisor and took great care of me. I don’t remember his name but the mechanic who installed the catch cans showed them to me in detail and how to easily remove them to drain them. Waiting area was nice with refreshments and comfortable seating. The wait was about two hours which I thought was very reasonable considering the amount of work. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this shop to anyone.

If your like me finding a good, honest mechanic is not easy.. when we found Auto Science back in 2015 we thought we had found our go to Mechanic and would go to them for anything and everything when it come to our vehicles.. they were good at first but as of 2018 we have decided to discontinue giving them our business. The last time we took one of our vehicles in to be worked on not only were we over charged but our alignment and the plastic cover for the under carriage of our car was not put back on properly we ended up getting damage to the whole under carriage of our car and had to take it somewhere else to have it repaired.. not only did we fork out $1200 for Auto Science to fix the original problem and then damage the undercarriage of our car but we had to pay someone else another $2400 to fix the damages Auto Science did to our car.

They quoted me 2 hrs. Brought my own part. I was in and out in less than an hr. Great pricing as well. And snacks and sodas were free.😊 Thanks.

We were getting my daughter settled into an apartment for another semester at UNT, and my son’s truck broke down when we were leaving to head home to Houston. We called around and found Auto Science. Our experience with them was top notch from beginning to end. I can’t recommend them enough, and I wish there was one in Houston!

Went here to get my brakes looked at after moving to the area. Izzy and the team were really friendly and went out of there way to find the parts I needed for the install. They had free soft drinks and have a Roku that customers can stream videos and shows while passing the time. All in all a great experience. Will be returning for sure.

Took my wrx for ac repair, best price from other shops i went to and good professional work.

I have an 02 GS300 that was making some bad suspension sounds and some steering wheel shake around 60mph. I had wheel alignments & wheel balancing done at other shops (Firestone & Discount Tire) but the shake was still there. Neither of those other shops told me I had suspension issues, they said the car was in good shape and didnt need anything. So I brought it to Auto Science since I heard they specialized in Lexus vehicles. They went through the car and gave me a small list of suspension parts that needed to be replaced and they were very easy to talk to. They gave me all the information I wanted to know and were able to accommodate my very specific suspension requirements. I ended up replacing all my shocks/struts with coilovers (they provided them at a reasonable cost), did a front suspension refresh with parts I brought them, and a few other specific things here and there. They did an excellent job and the cars suspension feels better than new! I would definitely recommend this place. The only downside is theyre really busy so you have to keep calling them to check on the status and ask specific questions if you want to know exactly whats going on with the car.
