During a routine oil change, I found bits of metal filings in the drained oil. After looking around for an Indy shop in various online forums as well as asking local riders, one name came up far more than others, Chuck at Throttle City. I brought my Road King to Chuck and he was very upfront on what needed to be done and made a bunch of recommendations and gave me a few options. Chuck did a phenomenal job of taking my 107 to a 124 with a nice cam upgrade. The tune is awesome and the bike is so much more fun to ride now.Chuck stands behind his work. We ran into some parts issues due to the pandemic and after a gasket broke and I had an oil leak, Chuck immediately had me bring it back and made it right. So, my M8 just turned 2. Since my warranty was over, I wanted a real tune. I was forced to buy a Screamin eagle tuner for warranty reasons. I had cams and air cleaner installed. Ran OK I guess. SE tuners are epa compliant. Not getting much there. Still ran lean.So I bought the power vision tuner. Had a few issues. The major one being pinging. I even worked with dynojet to fix. They just could not and would not really help. Luckily, I came across Chuck. Ive heard nothing but great things about him and his work. Let me just tell you. He lives and breathes motorcycles. I actually think hes a genius. Answered all my questions. So very helpful. I could not be happier. That hour ride back home was amazing. Felt like a new bike. I just put cams and 2:1 exhaust on my 2016 Roadglide. Had a power vision with a canned map from dynojet. My bike tan terrible. I asked around and got a lot of recommendations for Throttle City for a dyno tune. I called them and had a appointment in 2 days. The shop is professional and very clean and neat. I felt good about them tuning my bike. I had a long ride home and it felt like a different bike. I never imagined it could run as good as it did. Idles great. No stumbling. Pulls hard. Spins up fast. And no decel pop. It’s not often you feel you got what you payed for, but I feel I got much much more.

Had a new exhaust, fuel management system and dyno tune. What a difference, bike runs and sounds like new.

Mounted and balanced my tire in 30 mins. Seemed like a really nice shop with lots of up to date diagnostics and equipment.

Found Throttle City on google searching for a reputable Dyno tuning in my area. I spoke to Chuck Saturday afternoon and he offered to come to the shop the next day (Sunday) on his day off to get me dialed in. Just by him offering that kind of customer service I knew I had to give him a shot and boy am I glad I did. I Had just installed a 475 cam on my 19 street glide special the night before and it was running horribly before his tune. The knowledge and experience Chuck has in this industry is unmatched. I had read really good things about Throttle city on Harley forums and decided to speak to him about an upgrade on my TC88. Right away you could tell that Chuck had an innate understanding of V Twin engines. He cuts through the incorrect claims made by aftermarket parts companies and relies on facts and experience to give you what you need in terms of increased performance. Even though Im 70 miles away and have a bunch a good guys to do the upgrade, I chose Chuck because hes one of the best. I had him upgrade my engine to a 98. The price was very reasonable and the work was impeccable. The sound and torque is more than I could have expected. In my book, hes my guy for engine work from now on.
