Honestly the customer service I received from whoever answers your phone (woman) was tremendous. i did not feel like a burden and she answered all my questions cheerfully. literally called for stone because another company cancelled and they delivered it in ONE HOUR on a SATURDAY. seriously amazing will def use again !!!!

Bought some sand for delivery for a pool base. Ordered over the phone and they were at my house (4 miles away) within 30 minutes. Dropped it off in my backyard through the double gate. Much easier and cheaper than buying bags from the hardware store.

Dont buy anything here. Terrible customer service. Bought load of topsoil there last year. Had thousands of rocks in it. Big rocks. Took pics. I called & she said no one else complained? Maybe they were using for fill. I was using for seeding. I said to come & look at it. Wouldnt do it. Basically calling me a liar. Half the pile still sits on side of my house. Anyone want some rocks with a little dirt mixed in? Things happen but her response to it is unacceptable. Dont buy here.

Ordered topsoil in the morning for a project at my customer house.Ive been doing landscaping for the past 25 years and have to say the topsoil they brought was the best that I ever had. Although they made us wait longer than they said for delivery theyre a great place to deal with good service friendly people I would definitely recommend them

Chris Orser Landscaping, I rate 5 stars! He and his team have always gone the extra steps in making sure my property looks fantastic. His team of workers are exceptionally courteous and have gone out of their way to help. For example, Chris saw I had unplanted perennials that I never got around to planting last year. He and his team planted them throughout my front gardens and they look great! Chris also told me what to expect as they grow. He is the expert as I had no idea what they were other than a gift from someone. Chris asks what help I need and loaned me one of his workers when I was cleaning out my basement. He always knows when I call as I have his cell phone and is extremely quick to get back to me. He and I make the plans together on what best needs to be done. He has never tried to over sell or suggest things I do not need.I use Chris and his team during the winter months also for snow removal, and they do an excellent job. His team also, shovels areas that other companies would not when I originally contacted some for estimates.I am so comfortable with the personal service, the value, and price that I sometimes dont even open the invoice right away. I trust him that much and his company. I know The Best of Bucks rates businesses, but keep in mind it is a popularity contest. While I see some value in The Best In Bucks it does not mean the best service and value for your money. Chris does not worry about The Best In Bucks and has never asked for votes. What he cares about is superior service and providing great value for your money. Word of mouth and ratings like this is how you find the right company and man for the job. If youre looking for bulk stone or mulch, this is a good place to get it. The staff is friendly. The prices are fair. They dont have a huge selection, but they have the common stones and pavers you need.

My go to spot in the Levittown, Bristol, Morrisville, Fairless Hills, Yardley etc area. Good prices on every kind of mulch, Stone, sand, topsoil and the best delivery price. When Marrazzos tells ya a price for delivery multiple times leading up to a job and then the day of the delivery tells ya because you need it at a certain time in the morning its going to be an extra $50 for the delivery and an extra $35 because you need it at a certain time on top of the set price they gave you multiple times call Outdoor landscape because theyll come with no notice at all at that time do you need them no questions and no extra charges its there. That won my business!

Expensive delivery charges. Slightly over 5 miles = $40.00. Called Eddington Stone in Bensalem which is much farther away = $45.00. I will give my business to them since I don’t reward greediness. Plus, they will deliver two different loose products at same time with no additional charges.
