Jack. Provided the annual maintenance on our heating system this morning. Jack was very customer friendly. I informed Jack he was the first heating maintenance person that actually disassembled and vacuumed out the chambers.Over the years this unit has been serviced by all the large companies in the area.Im very happy with the service from JC..and the team members that handled our acct.

We’ve been using JC for a couple years now and I can not say enough nice things about them! Lynda and AnnMarie in the office are always pleasant and you can hear their smiles on the phone. We’ve had years of tune-ups, repair calls, and have even financed a new AC from here. Never once have we been disappointed. Ben and Jack are ABOVE PAR technicians!! Your team dug up a 500 gallon oil tank on one of the hottest days a few weeks ago. They replaced it with a smaller tank outside of the house and did a very clean job. They worked all day in extreme conditions. I am very pleased - thanks for a great job!

Joe M arrived between 8 and 9 on Saturday before Easter. He was pleasant, professional and very good at explaining the issues with my 36 year old heating system. He replaced about three parts and each added to the bill and he explained to me the reasons and showed me the broken parts he was replacing.Joe M gave me candid and valuable advice as far as moving forward. Since I plan on replacing the system within six months, he explained that it wouldnt be prudent to put a lot of money into the central air conditioning in June.Joe is an excellent representative for JC Heating and I would recommend him enthusiastically.

Recently new to area and have no experience or knowledge of oil heat. Called back in November and Annamarie was so helpful, had someone right out. Thank you to JC Heating for saving the day and fixing our heater!! We have a home warranty plan but after waiting two days for the contracted company to come out they threw their hands up and said they didn’t have the technology to fix it!!??!! Another contractor wouldn’t come out for another 6 days!! JC came out in one hour!! ONE HOUR!! Joe M was very knowledgeable, confident and even let me ask him a million questions. He was extremely thorough and was able to diagnose the problem and even though a part needed to be ordered they jumped on it and promised to have it by the next afternoon. Joe returned before 11am that next day and heat / hot water was restored shortly after.!! We are truly grateful for the sense of urgency, outstanding customer service and considerable caring this team of people exhibited!! I highly recommend JC Heating and will use them in the future!!

They install pressure gauge on oil line and some new fittings and a valve, and it starts leaking in 4 month after install, after filling tank in full with fuel.All this install costs me around 700$ for 2 men crew 2 hours. And 50-100 for parts.When i called them and ask to fix it, they want to charge me hundred and something dollars for dispatch, for their bad job to redo.Will not come back to them anymore and will find somebody else for fuel delivery

Unfortunately my AC unit was installed 13 months ago so I wasnt able to take advantage of the one year warranty on service, but the part that was replaced on the air handler has a 10 year warranty so that didnt cost a thing. Ben was courteous, professional and punctual. No fuss, no muss. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and fixed the following day. Highly recommend.
Few weeks back we had our water heater replaced by JC Heating & Cooling. They came out on a Friday to evaluate, came back again on Saturday to install. The tech, Jack was very efficient and friendly. He cleaned up after completion, you could not tell he was even there.Also, the next day we received a delivered package from Piazzas bakery!! I recently had JC heating come to my home for a preseason heater tune up. Ben arrived on time and explained what would be addressed during his visit. After cleaning and tuning my oil burner he took the time to point out some minor issues and made helpful recommendations regarding system performance. I have been a customer of JC since purchasing my house in early 2018. JC has since replaced my oil furnace and fuel oil storage tank, and I purchase home heating oil on their autofill program. JC is easily one of the best contractors/service providers I have ever dealt with. The professionalism starts from the top down. Joe always takes the time to educate customers about how their systems work, and what options exist for home projects at varying price points. JCs customer service is superb. Linda and Ann Marie in the office are personable and efficient, and can be relied upon to take care of all of their customers needs. The technicians too are professional, friendly, competent, and respectful of their customers and their homes. We had not planned to replace our tank this year, but a costly repair was needed to our 52 year old tank, and it made sense to replace it. JC made the process as stress free as possible. Joe took the time to explain our options at three price points, all competitive. The office staff facilitated the permit process. The techs who completed the work, Jack and Al, were wonderful. They expertly navigated a tricky installation, left my basement spotless, and took obvious pride in their work, taking the time to finish the project neatly and sparing no attention to detail. JC Heating warned me that I could get sued for lies online... Good thing I dont have to lie... JC told me I needed to spend $7K+ to get my 3 chimneys to pass a level 2 cert. This requires a special cam so they can make up results as they see fit. Anyway, an honest company came out and did the work for around $500 (all 3 chimneys).. JC ropes you in by trying to tell you that if you go with someone else theyll keep your $. In this case they are still holding $575 of my money and theyll likely keep it. DO NOT TRUST THEM. GET OTHER ESTIMATES. Staff was overall pleasant during their scamming process :)

One night we found ourselves without hot water. JC Heating responded to my call for service immediately. I cancelled the service call but had to call them again because the hot water seemed to return but then went off again. The answering service was kind and sent out a technician asap. The mystery of the hot water was a challenge to figure out at first but Kevin and Joe were determined to figure out why the pipes were hot but no hot water was coming to the sinks. Since I know nothing about hot water heaters and such, I was so thankful that these guys were kind, patient and willing to investigate until the puzzle was solved. From the boss to the kind women answering the phones to the techs that know their stuff, I couldnt be happier that JC Heating & Cooling is my service company. Thank you Kevin and Joe!!
We have been working with JC Heating for over 30 years for our HVAC at 2 different residences.JC has provided HVAC maintenace and repair, installed a replacement oil tank, including removal of an inground tank, installed a replacement central air conditioner (AC) with a heat pump, installed a central AC system including all duct work in our first home that originally did not have AC.The installation teams were always very professional and took the proper precautions to protect our property. In addition, the end result of their installation work demonstrated their commitment to do the right thing for the customer.Recently, the JC team installed a replacement boiler and all of the pertinent components. The piping and components were thoughtfully placed with future servicing in mind. The equipment and pipes look like a work of art!!As with all of the work that JC has provided we were extremely happy with the boiler installation.Their installation pricing of the oil boiler was within the range of the 3 other companies from whom we received quotes. This was with the JC boiler actually being a better product than the other companies quoted.The JC team has always informed us of the pros and cons of the choices of the different systems, components and options. This allowed us to make smart decisions.Bottom line they know HVAC equipment listen to their customers and provide excellent service and support.We have been very happy for over 30 years with service and support that JC Heating has provided.JC Heating will be the first company we call when we need future HVAC support.

Our experience began the Tuesday morning before Thanksgiving. We were expecting a houseful of company on Thanksgiving day. Fortunately, the weather was relatively warm. Michael came to the house on Tuesday, assessed the situation and told us what was wrong with the existing system. He discussed the cost/benefit of repair vs. replacement and we chose the replace option due to the age of the system. Due to the holiday, they couldnt begin work to replace the system until that Saturday, but they delivered three area heaters to get us through the three days til Saturday install. Linda in the office called us to walk through the financials and discuss options. She is a great front line representative and made our experience even that much better. Jim started the install bright and early Saturday morning at 8:00 AM. Michael and another member of the team came by to assist during the day. We had a nice, warm and toasty home by the afternoon. We are grateful for the fast and friendly service, and the price quoted for the entire job was much less than we expected. All in all, our experience with J C was very positive and we would recommend them to our friends and neighbors for their needs as well.
I dont normally do these but in this case I feel have to. I had a problem with my A/C not working. I call JC and within an hr Joe M. and Al K. was in my home and trying figured out the issue. I wont disclose the price as everyone situation is different, I will tell you that I had two other companies tell me that I would need a new unit for $4000 to $6000. JC sent techs that know there trade, fixed the problem for a fraction of the price. There now my new Heating and Cooling company for anything in the future. Thanks to the techs and the JC..

I recently had JC heating install new Baseboard and boiler in my house. Before we even agreed to having the work performed, Rich came to our house on several occasion to address all of our questions and concerns. Being new home owners, money was tight, he gave us our options and never once pressured us into moving forward with the work. During the installation process Joe and Jack took their time and made sure everything was done the right way, they answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns i had. I am extremely please with the work they performed and how professional they were from start to finish, i definitely highly recommend them!

The folks in the shop were so understanding of my situation - just bought my house in April and the boiler should not have passed U&O. Linda helped me with financing and scheduling and was so sweet. The crew that came out was respectful and nice, they had a hard time due to my old house, and had to return in the morning but they took care of everything and it works great! I am very pleased with all aspects of their work.

I have pretty mixed feelings regarding this company. The previous owner of the house recommended them and I bought oil from them once before, so figured Id give them a shot.I started smelling oil burning from the furnace and black smoke was coming from the chimney. I called them out to take a look. They charge $129 simply to come to your house (which seems INSANE to me). Ive never been charged such a high diagnostic fee from any other company. And absolutely none of it goes towards the cost of fixing your problem if you decide to go with them. That already kind of had me feeling pretty negative about what the outcome of the visit was going to be.The technician showed up and was very friendly/knowledgeable. He made sure to be as clean as possible and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. He looked at the furnace, did a few cursory tests, and determined it was likely due to soot build up over time blocking the flame.It was probably about two years since my last cleaning and I didnt think it would be THAT bad, but upon further inspection, it was pretty clogged up and was likely the problem. He explained to me typically the cost would be $289, but a cleaning like this would run around $700. This also seemed completely insane to me. Im no technician, but I do have experience working on furnaces and I know what goes into cleaning one. With the right tools, at most, it should only take a couple hours. The price jump was a complete deal breaker for me, especially knowing the $129 pretty much just vanished.I ended up cleaning and taking the furnace apart myself. I was completely covered in soot, but 3-4 hours later it was running 100%. No more black smoke, no more oil smell, and seems to be working better all-around. Just a couple brushes, a vacuum, compressed air, and a wire for the crevices did the trick.I will say this. The technician was absolutely phenomenal, courteous, and professional the entire time. He did properly diagnose the problem and I dont think he was exaggerating with the claim that it would be beyond a normal cleaning. Had it been just the normal cleaning cost, I likely would have paid and been satisfied with the work.So in summary. They do seem incredibly overpriced (Im sorry, but $129 for a diagnostic and $700 for a cleaning, even a severe one, are both kind of ridiculous), but clearly they have decent technicians to back up the cost. If I ever needed something done that was a bit more complicated, like a full install, Id probably get in touch with them.*Reply*The average figure you provided in inaccurate. Youd be hard pressed to find many companies that charge over $100 to send someone out to do a diagnostic. The average national diagnostic cost for anything HVAC related is $89. Id be willing to accept the $129 if even a fraction of that amount went towards other costs, but it doesnt.Im not saying it doesnt cost money to send someone out, have them trained, bring the equipment, etc..Im simply stating it is over priced.The heater hadnt been cleaned in a couple of years and is an older model. I dont think it was cleaned adequately the last time a technician came out to do it either.Im well aware there is more to a tune up than what I mentioned. My main complaint was the cost of cleaning, not the cost of a tune up (which we never discussed, as I wasnt going to pay that amount for a cleaning). The oil filter and nozzle would have been additional costs on top of the $700. I did replace both the nozzle and the filter for around $20 after cleaning it out though. The vast majority of the time, cleaning a furnace, is incredibly simple and straightforward. Especially if you have the proper tools available.Also, an oil furnace is incredibly unlikely to produce any dangerous level of carbon monoxide without it being pretty obvious. A combustion test kit is really not necessary unless youre seeing signs of an inefficient burn. To recap, I have no personal issues with your company and think your techs are fantastic. You just charge too much in my opinion.
Lets start off with the front office. I called them yesterday morning for an issue we had with our ac unit..they were more than accommodating...sent someone out within a few hours of my call.. Ben our tech arrived...with the office giving me a call telling me he was on his way...loved that perk!! When Ben arrived he assessed our issues...tried to get us up and running...but was very honest after he tried to fix the issue...he was very professional and clear in explaining why the ac was not worth fixing...called someone right away and we had a salesman over shortly after..Rich was very professional and his knowledge of ac was amazing...we were able to get things started and this Monday we will have a new unit on Monday...words cannot Express my gratitude on their prompt service from my initial call...to our tech Ben...and lastly Rich our salesman...Thank you all !! Would highly recommend...
Where do I start? From the inception until the finish this was more than a 5 star job. Everyone went above and beyond to get this job done. We had an older furnace in the crawlspace with maybe a good 4 feet in places and below that in others. Our old oil tank was down there and deteriorating badly. I wont go into detail but suffice to say, Joe and his crew did this job including the new furnace, new tank on the outside of the house and new chimney liner in three days. We discovered a major problem with the electrical service to the house which Joe pin pointed to a Peco problem. We had an electrician come out who confirmed Joes suspicion. Long story short, Peco fixed the problem and now everything is working perfectly. Great job and great clean up!! Thank you guys. Joe, sorry about you battery charger :)
I recently used JC Heating a Cooling for an AC service and was thoroughly pleased with the entire experience. The ladies in the office were very informative and pleasant. The technician, Jim, was on-time, professional, thorough and very knowledgeable! He answered all of my questions, was very good with all my pets, including birds trying to dive-bomb him in the family room! He completed the inspection and service in a timely manner and the price was very fair!!! I will be using JC Heating and Cooling from now on!!!!!

My AC unit was not running . I called J.C Heating & Cooling at 4:30 PM on a Tuesday. and they sent Matt & Mike out the next day at 8:30 am. Matt was very friendly and assured me he would find out what the issue was and get me up and running. He did a lot of troubleshooting and informed me of what and why he was performing certain tests. Mike showed up to help diagnose the issue and check out some other causes. They suggested a reasonable price quote to stop the issue from happening again and make the unit more efficient. They worked clean and were a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely call them again and would recommend them to anyone. I called J.C Heating & Cooling. because when I had a Heater problem in the winter. I called Horizon & instead of fixing the issue they tried to sell my wife a completely new unit for $8,000. I did not want to make the same mistake again since another company cam out and replaced a defective part for $300. These guys are local and really know their job.
I paid JC Heat $290 for a annual maintenance agreement for my oil furnace. JC Heat cleaned my oil furnace then told me the furnace must be replaced. I thought the logical process would have been to inspect the furnace before cleaning it to determine if it made sense to clean it. The defect would have been visible without having to clean the furnace. I now have a clean furnace that is headed for the scrap heap, replaced with a new furnace provided by a vendor other than JC Heat. I asked for a refund of some part of my $290 annual maintenance agreement payment since the furnace I contracted to maintain is now dead will need no further maintenance. JC Heat refused to refund any of my annual maintenance agreement payment.
Yesterday, I had received an oil delivery, from ordering to delivery everything was smooth. I’m especially grateful to Kevin the delivery person, he was very professional. He remembered to keep an eye out for our dogs, he was patient with us and our property. Thank you JC Heating &Cooling
JC has been supplying us with heating oil for many years (10+). It was time to replace both our oil tank (in the basement) and our electric hot water heater. Brad worked with us to develop a quote that worked for us. Part of this quote was to install a special hybrid (heat pump) electric hot water heater. They successfully and professionally installed both units on the same day (the hot water heater was in the way of the oil tank). The new heat pump works great and will save us a lot on our electric bill (about 2/3 less energy). The new oil tank gives us piece of mind.

Very pleased with JC Heating. Ran out of heating fuel overnight; new company (not JC) that took accounts from old company (not JC) didnt uphold the auto fill agreement. Called them (not JC) about getting fuel, but the $/gallon was about a full dollar more than most. Found and called JC that morning. They confirmed the very competitive price I found online, and delivered fuel in a matter of hours.Had trouble getting my furnace to run again. Tried bleeding line and such. Called JC to request a service call. Having described the issue, JC gave me tips over the phone and got me running again. JC really helped me out and earned my business. Thank you!
U&O InspectionIm a little behind on this review. Jim B and Ben were our technicians for our U&O inspection. Both men were extremely nice and welcoming. Before we started Jim gave me a rundown on what he is going to be looking for/at. He explained the whole process from the inspection to receiving the certificate. He was very knowledgeable on his process and patient under the circumstances (current owner still lives there). Both men were fast and didnt mind me standing with them while they inspected our unit. Even when Jim was explaining his process to Ben, he made sure to be clear so even I could hear and understand him. Amazing techs, Id recommend asking for them, if possible. Receiving my certificate was painless and fast. I received it early the next morning. Due to the township being specific on what they were looking for, I had to have the verbiage on my cert adjusted. Lynda was more than accommodating and fast. All three people I interacted with understood my position and wanted to make sure that I have what I needed to continue with my house buying process, in a timely fashion. Ben was awesome! I think his name is Ben. Im bad with names. He made sure he told me about the issues with my heater. Even though I had no idea what he was talking about. Totally my husbands department. I relayed the information to my husband. We would have given 5 stars, but the one issue with my heater wasnt fixed. Not the technicians fault. It wasnt in the work order, which was the main reason they were supposed to come out. All in all we are very pleased with JC heating and cooling.
JC Heating came out when I had no heat. They did a great job cleaning my boiler and had me with heat again quickly. The cleaned up everything very nicely. The technician was very professional, polite, and efficient. Im glad I bought the service contract.
We just joined JC in the late spring of 2019. Our first experience was when our air conditioner broke. They were out here in 15 minutes and fixed it. Of course we took out the best warranty but it paid for itself with that one repair. When we scheduled the cleaning for our furnace/boiler they only needed a few days and they let us know it would be a two-hour job. The oil company we left was in and out of here in 20 minutes and did nothing.... just to add to this review cleaning the clening on our furnace was excellent and they gave us a thorough explanation of what they did and why they did it. I believe this company has some of the best customer service Ive ever dealt with
First time having oil heat and so far the budget plan has been great and the service has been excellent. Had a technician out for a maintenance call and they were professional and honest. So far, all is well and I would recommend JC Heating to anyone.
We had our oil furnace installed by JC Heating and Cooling last year and just had Ben come out to service it. He was professional and friendly. He ensured that all of my questions were answered. One huge thing that always leaves me happy with this company is that their male employees never treat me with disrespect simply because I am a female. We are happy to continue going to this company for our heating needs.
JC heating and cooling replaced my leaking boiler and leaking underground tank.This is knowledgeable, fair and professional company. They prepared all documents and papers required. They replaced heating boiler for one day, it was cold weather. They worked up to 9 pm until they finished the installation and they tried to start the boiler and the boiler didnt start because the underground tank had water. They install 5 gallons canister with oil and replaced it every day until they where able to install above ground tank. The technicians are polite and knowledgeable.I recommend this company and rate it 5.
I had a problem with my AC unit. They sent a technician the same day to diagnose but they needed to return the following day. The technicians were on time and were absolutely outstanding. They were courteous and took time to answer every question I had. Excellent company and would recommend to anyone
Great customer service and professional work. We starting planning to replace our boiler in January. Out of sight out of mind, it was not a priority until it died and we were without hot water. JC Heating and cooling honored the old quote and were out in 2 days to get us back up and running. The customer service here is top notch. There was one minor setback after the install, the door would not close to the boiler room in our garage. I have made similar mistakes in construction as this is a very easy oversight. JC was out immediately and corrected the problem. I would recommend them without hesitation.
I found JC Heating today by accident as my house ran out of oil when we woke up. They came in such a fast and prompt manner, I was floored by their great service. My family and I thank you very much for getting the oil to us so quickly today. The kids are very heated and toasty right now. Happy New Year!
This company is great! The people, the service, the pricing. I cant rave enough. How did I come to know this?While contracted with my previous big name oil company, I paid some high prices for oil on a ceiling rate plan. It seemed like a good idea at the time to prevent my price from escalating during the season. The problem was, the price never fell much below the ceiling rate as it was supposed to do, when the market price drops. The variable rate plan would also have given me some high prices too. A fixed rate plan was not offered. Even worse, they insisted on renewing my contract in the height of the winter...when high oil prices are to their advantage, not mine! Oh, and did I tell you?They tried to fix my 3 day lack of hot water by suggesting that I 1) look for a squirrel up the chimney that was causing an obstruction 2) buy an induced draft fan to solve my summer versus winter seasonal draft problems and 3) Buy a new heat exchanger! They showed up unscheduled carrying a heat exchanger to announce they were installing it that day! I told them, No Were Not! I have no problem with heat transfer. Lets go measure the draft!. (Showering at the athletic club was becoming old.) Finally, I asked if they could check to see if the boiler needed to be cleaned out....even though the tag was laying there saying it had been done 3 months ago. They opened it up and voila! Lots of ash and soot. No chance of an up-sell here. I may be a woman, but Im a Chemical Engineer.Thanks J.C. Heating for the honest pricing, the great staff inside and outside the office, nice owner....who answered my questions when the staff was out servicing customers...cant compliment all of you more. My new hot water tank and thermal wall kit was installed by professional people with years of experience.
Once again Ann Marie and the wonderful people of JC Heating & Cooling have come to my familys rescue. This time, due to poor estimating and extra cold days, we ran out of oil. Again after hours, and again there you all were assisting us. Thank you for always being there for the community!!!
From my first contact with JC Heating, I have been extremely impressed. After buying a house in the area and discovering that the heater wasnt working properly, we called JC Heating and had a technician out the same day. He was courteous and fully explained everything that he was doing and why. Following that call, we decided it was in our best interest to replace the heating system. We received quotes from JC Heating and another local company. We chose JC Heating due to their price and because they did not contract out any of the work. The other company was not able to give us a price quote on the contracted work (oil tank removal) and I even found out later from the township, they were giving false information citing township regulations that are not correct.I did not feel any pressure from JC Heating to choose a certain system or do anything I did not feel comfortable with. Everyone I have had contact with has been extremely courteous and answered all of my questions, no matter how many I asked. This includes the initial technician, the sales/installation manager, the crew that installed the new system, and the receptionist. I was kept informed of the status of the installation throughout the four day process. They were even kind enough to install a new valve that I had purchased from Home Depot.I cannot say enough good things about this company. It has been a very reassuring process to move to a new place (for me a new state) and find a local company that truly cares about their customers. I even called them two weeks after the work was complete and asked if they could recommend any plumbers. Rather than just giving me a name and number, they called him themselves. JC Heating will definitely be my go-to company for years to come.

My gosh! Talk about quick service! I am a first time customer and am impressed. I ordered oil at 11am and had the oil in my tank by 3:15pm same day. We will definitely be using JC again!
The tech who serviced our heating system was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. Prior to this appointment, I had no idea just how big of a difference a properly cleaned chimney and gas furnace would make to the overall air quality of our home, not to mention overall efficiency. I am extremely glad that I called JC Heating & Cooling.

I woke up to what I thought was a sunny Saturday morning with sounds from my laundry room like raining for no reason. My water heater System 2000 has been spraying water from what I could tell all night. I called JC Heat and Linda was great to calm me down and to call back and reassure the time of the tech arriving. They sent Joe over to resolve the issue. Joe was GREAT at explaining what he would do, and fixed my issue in no time even having to wait for a main part to be delivered. Joe spent time even after resolving the issue to ensure the hot water came back on and the unit stopped running after draining the entire tank.Thank you to Joe, Linda and JC Heat for resolving my issue!

I had been a customer since early 2016. I purchased a boiler at that time and since have purchased my fuel from JC and have had a yearly maintenance contract with them. My experiences were very good. However, today, i decided to look around to see if my cost of $3.399 was competitive. I was disappointed to see that i was paying more than $0.50 more per gallon than if i had never done business with JC and called them up for a delivery. I am not sure if this is my fault for assuming they would offer me a fair price each year when my contract renewed or if it is their fault for trying to suck as much money out of me as possible. Either way, i am no longer a customer of JC Heating. Great service, friendly people, but kinda crooks.
Flawless delivery. If they have any questions they always call. When the order was placed it said two days but it came next day .Very pleased .
Theyre prices look awesome, and customer service is ok. Ive had better experience with my money and timing of delivery with other companies, though. So, I would rather pay a little more money for the extra conveniences I like.
J.C. Heating was very good. They came out to look at what we would need to have done and gave a decent price on the oil tank and installation. They gave me a copy of everything, and they let me contact them when I was ready to make an appointment. They set up a timely appointment to get the install. They also cleaned our heating system as well for a good rate. The install and cleaning did not take long at all. It took about 5 hours. We received copies of everything.

Called for electric heat pump service on a house I have been renting out, they arrived on 11-25 and could not get to the air handler to diagnose it, understandable. They charged me $89 to come to the house, say the couldnt do anything and leave, also slightly understandable. They did not call me and tell me that they couldnt fix the problem so my tenants have been without heat for a week thinking Ive been neglecting them.. not acceptable at all. It is very important to keep your customers informed and treat them like an important part of your business.
Straight shooting, no nonsense professionals that I highly recommend. theyve been in business around the corner from me for a long time for a reason... I needed some boiler service. JC was out the same day and got me back on track for a fair, reasonable price. I cant say enough about Matt, The tech. He was, prompt, knowledgeable and simply got the job done. To top it off, He even came back a second time at midnight to resolve an issue. You just dont get this type of service anymore. Once again, I highly recommend jc heating and cooling
It’s always disheartening when bubble is popped and your met with the exact opposite of your expectations. As a new customer and a lost customer I have to say that our experience was less then pleasant. Although our oil drops were mostly seamless, our service call was not.We found out about the service fee at the appointment, they couldn’t give an estimate that day and we had to schedule another day to talk to a “sales person” and had no follow up unless we called. When I called to schedule the sales rep I mentioned to the manager our experience with not being told there was a diagnostic for our service call and that we weren’t quoted it when we made the appointment. I wasn’t asking for a refund, I wasn’t nasty and I was met total disregard for my concern. Being called a Lier is never a good experience and having someone not even pretend to care that your trying to help their customers experience by just letting them know of yours was just upsetting.I am all about companies that are upfront and honest and I am sad to say that was not my experience with this company. Still, I was about to spend 1300 on a coil until i called back to ask a question and schedule our work. I called to ask why since they came and changed our boiler settings I hear a noise in my wall which sounds like water, the explanation in a nut shell was that it could be because of what they did but maybe not, but it wasn’t normal. I was told for another service fee of 130 they could tel me what the cause, even though i just spent 130 days prior and their adjustment could have been a reason that something went bad sooner then it would have. Mind you, the possible outcome was not something they explained when they changed our settings and were unwilling to come back out to look at it without another 130. I am still waiting for the proposal from the first 130I spent.When we tried taking to them about these concerns and scheduling them to come out we were met with terrible service, no help and wasted time and money and a potential bigger issue.We were even told they don’t want our business and never call again, it’s sad that such a well known and liked company doesn’t stand by their word and service.
