Duck donuts puts a whole new spin on donuts. I mean, if you have ever had a Duck donut, no donut after that will taste like donut. This is donut heaven. I tried them a few years ago in Harrisburg and then moved to FL and was super sad that there was no Duck donut location. How fast they grew though! This new Levittown location does not disappoint! Clean! Delicious! Friendly! Did I say delicious? My favorite is...they are all my favorite! The maple glaze bacon is a MUST, the chocolate caramel crunch, the PB... Soft but crunchy on the outside and oh so fresh! Because they are made to order! No more frozen pieces of chewy dough...Duck donut is here!

We hired Mildred and her team to be a dessert vendor at our wedding reception. She was easily a dream vendor to work with. Her and her team made everything so simple for us and took a lot of the wedding stress off of our plate. From the very start of the process, she was a complete pleasure to work with. Our initial conversation made us feel so comfortable choosing Duck Donuts and I’m pretty sure she was even more excited than us to help with the event!Her team at the event made such an impression on our guests that they would not stop talking about them. Mildred even included to-go boxes for our guests to take donuts back to their rooms/homes! Her team was incredibly professional and ensured all our guests were taken care of, which is difficult when you have close to 300+ people. They made everything easy and we couldn’t of been more thrilled. The donut wall was such a great attention getter and they even put our wedding hashtag on it!We would recommend Duck Donuts Levittown for all your event needs. They go above and beyond to ensure you’re taken care of and we couldn’t of been happier with how things turned out. Love a good Donut! These are more like- circular iced cakes of delight though. Maybe you have a hole or maybe you just have a little extra icing- you dont know until you know! But truly, great service, awesome environment and its always super cool to be able to watch the full process of your donuts being hand crafted just for you based off of your choices! This was our first time walking in into Duck Donuts. 1st off the store is just adorable. Its so cool how they make the donuts as u order n u can watch it all. Then the presentation of the donut was literally the cutest thing!!!! I got the smores donut n my husband got a breakfast sandwich on a glazed donut. Absolutely delicious! N I think the perfect size. They r small but so rich n good that the size is perfect!! We will be back n we will tell everyone♡

The donuts are AMAZING! I stopped by and decided to get a few donuts as I was picking up something from a nearby store. I was not expecting to be so pleasantly surprised. The staff is extremely friendly and the donuts are made fresh and dipped in your choice of toppings right while you wait, they are warm and delicious! We love stopping by to pick up some delicious donuts or try their milkshakes. When I stopped in yesterday, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. They made my toddler daughter so excited and feel right at home and helped me to feel like I was getting an experience rather than just purchasing a product. I know we will be back many times to enjoy the treats!!

These donuts are so freaking good! A lot of ways to customize them which I loved they are low key expensive I think it was $19 for a dozen and the coffee was $4 but it was so good honestly and worth it if you want a fancy donut moment lol the s’more one was my favorite

I was in here today to pick up an order I placed online and first off, donuts are spectacular. I ordered a dozen to bring to coworkers and spent my drive to work contemplating keeping them all for myself over the next few days. But really, I’m here to say that when I came in the woman who was behind the counter putting orders together sounded like she was dealing with a difficult customer. I didn’t hear the whole exchange, but the customer was being rude and demanding and the employee took a deep breath in and out and very kindly explained what the customer needed to do to get her (what sounded like) big order fulfilled. You go girl because I know a lot of us can’t be patient with people like that.

These donuts are definitely a cut above. They sort of make them as you wait. They have plain donuts and then add whatever glazings or toppings you want on the spot. Good stuff! They also come in a nice box.The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because the price is high. Mine cost $2.05 vs $1.35 at Dunkin. But if you are in the mood for an extra treat, or want nice stuff for a party, this is a winner.

The cashier was very professional and very kind. It was our first time visiting duck donuts and she took the time to make us feel welcome and to explain all the different types of donuts to choose from. Also seeing our donuts being made fresh right in front of us was also an experience. That young ladies making the donuts did an excellent job. Will be visiting again very soon.

Duck Donuts was delicious! As I was passing by, I had to do a double take to see that there was actually a Duck Donuts this far from the Outer Banks! Once I went inside and enjoyed that delicious donut, it brought me back to summer in North Carolina!

Very friendly and they bring you your order to check before they close the box which is really nice as then if there is something incorrect it saves the customer time ! Amy at the register was helpful as I have never been here beforePS- having the code to scan to rate your business is very smart as I never do these and since it was so easy and took no time at all. Great donuts as always. Unfortunately no unsweet iced tea, so had the iced coffee instead. Fun to watch the machine make the donuts 1 by 1, thats why it may take a while, plus they have manually put on the toppings.

Wondered in off the street drawn by the word donuts. Staff was super nice very covid safe, so many choices of donuts! Ive never been to a place like this Im used to room temp donuts out of a case. I chose the lemon with raspberry drizzle it was incredible! Donut was actually warm! Incredibly fresh and amazing! Im in trouble now this place has ruined regular donuts for me! I may quickly become addicted!

I’ve tried giving this place so many chances. The donuts are awesome, but the service is terrible. Doesn’t matter if you go on a weekend morning or a random time in the middle of the week and you’re the only customer there, they are always slow and there is always a wait. The employees are slower than molasses and the manager/owner is consistently rude and unapologetic. The app is useless because the donuts are never ready at the stated time. I understand today is Mother’s Day and they were very busy, but when you get a confirmation that your donuts will be ready at 10:30 and you’re standing there waiting until 11:30 that’s a huge issue. The only thing the manager could say was if you don’t like it you can leave. Never again bothering with this place.

It will start with no federaltaxes beig taken out of the paycheck.( not illegal but not the best practice)To being micromanaged like you never seen . Constantly checking cameras live and sending poor text to the employees while on duty. In the end they will find way not to give the employees the money they earned. And if a employee trys to stand up. They just bury them in a slander campaign . They refuse to let in service dogs!!! These are all facts!! Will post documentation if needed.

I saw some screenshots of an interaction between a customer and the owner, I believe, Mildred. The customer said the store was empty and she waited for a few minutes while the employees talked amongst themselves and then got someone’s attention, who went ahead and told her to “breathe.” Turned out Mildred was the owner and the person who would eventually reply to the customer’s complaint in an lengthy email full of passive aggression and excuses, including that the employees were having a meeting at the time “ironically” on how to handle rude customers (how does that make sense? someone go help the waiting customer!)The customer is someone i know, who had recently recommended Duck Donuts on social media, as a matter of fact. What a shame. There’ll always be other places to get donuts where the owners know how to do their jobs
