Worse place ever. I told her I wanted a dress with little to no beads, and they bring me a dress with beads everywhere. I said A-line or Empire because I dont like tight dresses, and they bring a tight dress. I said I want one that has a lot of lace and none of the dresses they brought had lace. I also told them not to go over my budget, and they brought dresses way over my budget. They had dresses on sale but they didnt let me see them because the style that Im looking for isnt on sale. What if I would have loved one of those? All they wanted was to sell me expensive dresses and not listen to a word I said. Dont waste your time coming here.

I really dont understand why we have to walk from room to room while the bride changed dresses. Nor that we expressed opinions on a dress to try and we werent heard or taken in account. Also be ready to not take photos.

I decided to go wedding dress shopping with my mother during my vacation in Puerto Rico, as I wanted to share such an important experience with her. (I currently reside out of the island). We arrived at Otilio almost at closing time and were told that we would need an appointment for the next day. However, I do not know what the staff was feeling that day, but they must have seen how important my passing through was because they decided to stay later and show me some dresses. That right there is excellent customer service. The stylist, Astrid Seda, was attentive to my preferences and brought me beautiful dresses. So much, that I ended up loving one of them and buying it on the spot. It was perfect and everything I had dreamed of! I will be back later this year to continue working with the staff at Otilio and can only hope that their excellent customer service remains the same. If you wish for professional and exceptional treatment during your wedding dress shopping adventures, I highly recommend visiting this place. Thank you once again!

They dont let mother o any family member be with you while trying the dresses, also no photos. But they are nice and have beautiful dresses.

Terrible service. They sold me a poor quality fabric suit at a high price and it was on the internet at a low cost.

Fatal service. We went in search of a wedding dress. An experience which one hopes is super dreamy. They didnt teach me anything at all what I was interested in and looking for. I wasnt really determined to buy. We went to look at variety because unfortunately when you have a tight budget, you have to look for cheap options. When we told the boy that he would have to return because he could not buy it immediately, it literally changed his face. They didnt speak to us anymore. Literally. We were already leaving and we were super uncomfortable because they didnt tell us anything at all. They stood apart talking about a suit. Neither ‘good afternoon’ nor ‘thank you for coming; we hope to see you soon. I really felt super uncomfortable. I felt so bad that I had to come and put a review here.

Excellent service from day one! Astrid gave me a mini interview and proceeded to look for alternatives but I fell in love with the first suit I am looking for! Although I wanted to see other options but none like that suit! All the staff is excellent! I am very grateful to each of them since they were a very important part so that on my wedding day it was everything I wanted starting with my suit.

I would not buy again at this establishment. Availability is extremely limited. To choose a ladys suit, we had to go several times. Also, when ordering, they took my socks and unpleasantly commented on my weight. At the time of the notch, they did not give you options, only that it was on a certain date, but you were left without fitting the suit. It is not enough to pay for the suit, but you also have to pay for the shipping that when you throw the numbers, it is cheaper to meditate in the store and buy it online.

She was aware of the specifications she wanted of the suit. Although I was short of time to order I never hurried or forced me to choose something I did not want but with a lot of patience helped me to measure several suits. The worst service we have received. It should be noted, we were not looking for a wedding dress, we were looking for ladies suits. On the first occasion, I told an employee if it was possible to see the colors of the ladies suits, because when I go to the designers page the photos have filters applied by the photographers and I could not discern the real color of the dresses. To which he answers look for them online, annoying I replied that if I could also buy them online. It was not up to that point that he realized the way he responded. When I went with 3 of the ladies, everything was in a hurry and attitude. Unfortunately, there were 7 suits of ladies bought. I say unfortunately not for the dress, but for the service. At the time of notching, each of the ladies reported they were called with attitude and they were spoken in a hurried way, saying that if they did not fit a specific day next week, they would not be fitted. The schedules are very uncomfortable for everyone who works. Anyway, we settled the total and none came into the store - not because it was uncomfortable, but because we wanted to close all contact with them. Totally repentant; Better take a look at the costumes and buy them in retailers that sell them online - because you still pay for the suit and shipping. The worst customer service I have received. I do not give 0 stars, it is not possible. It should be added that the store employees are aware of our feelings, they agreed that the owner would contact us, and I doubt they told him about the bad experience.* There will be some reason why they will not allow reviews on Facebook *

I do not recommend bad treatment to anyone they treat you according to your budget

Im looking for a wedding dress for my wedding and I decide to make an appointment with them to see their costumes. My appointment was at 2pm and since I had several appointments that day I was late and I called before 2 to notify that I would arrive 10 minutes later. He arrived at 2:10 pm and there was only one other bride trying on dresses. There were several employees, and the other girlfriend was gone and it wasnt until 3pm that they came to attend us. My friends had to wait in another area for me to change to go see me. After all, I had to leave at 3:45 and had another appointment. They only showed me 3 suits. Terrible customer service. The deal is not genuine and nothing special was felt.

My wedding dress is Otilios. They are the best. Excellent work team and the seamstress 10/10. I recommend it for any formal activity and more for a wedding.
