Purchased a car out of state, and was road tripping around before I drove back home. Blew two bad flats, damaged my suspension, and damaged my throttle body. I’m extremely picky who I allow work on my vehicles, especially my new ride, but took the gamble on this shop.All three experiences I had here were flawless. They are extremely honest (will show you what they’re taking about / they don’t BS), fair prices for labor / parts, and super cool staff / technicians. Everybody I spoke with was super respectful, and they managed to squeeze me in while they were busy THREE separate times on short notice / got me my car back in a quick manner each time.10/10 experience from me, give them a shot

It seems like they are overwhelmed and accept too many cars. I made an appointment for new tires and prepaid online. I got a call immediately that they didn’t have those tires in stock. I agreed to take a different set and pay the difference. Dropped my car off at the scheduled appointment time and was told 2 hours. Well, 3.5 hours later they haven’t touched my car. I complained and they started working on it. The manager told me they prioritize walk-in and waiting customers over appointments. Why bother accepting appointments if they don’t mean anything?

Excellent people that work there dropped a friends car off to get inspected today I will be going back when I need my inspection for now on. They also checked my battery because my car would not start the other night come to find out it was because my daughter was charging her phone with the car off but the ignition on. Shes a new driver one year under her belt so now she knows she has to run the car instead of just turn it on.. lol.. great these guys were so pleasant they checked my battery told me the health of the battery and what kind of charge it had told me I did not need a new battery but to explain to my daughter that yes she has to turn the car to running not just on. I would recommend these guys definitely!! Thank you so very much for putting my mind at ease. You guys are great there!!

Had a tire blow on the highway 100 miles from home stopped in to see if they will change out one tire and told me it would be a two day wait and didn’t even offer to allow my auto mechanic husband Who worked for fire stone for 16 years to put on the tire himself and just give them the wheel. Very poor customer service. They sent us away with zero help on a five minute job.

My. Mother was just charged 1k For 1 caliber 1 rotor new front brake oil change and inspection..... Manger said but we rotated the tires for freeShe has a Honda accord . I asked 2 see he rotor try scrapped it already . The manager Steve bogo hung up on me 25 times today they never sent me pics of the rotor oh caliber I replaced 6 months ago o called another Firestone manager was real nice said my mother was over charged for layering part she had lifetime brakes and double charge me labor. Absolutely awful experience. went with a corporate fleet vehicle to have state inspection and emission and oil change done. after taking the car and having it for half the day they called and told me they couldnt do the inspection and emission because they dont have a two stage dynometer to do the emission test on the truck. really! . you mean you dont know that when you check the transit 150 van in.. when I went to get my paper work back fleet card, registration and insurance card. the couldnt find the fleet card. manager called employee who did my truck. had already left for day. really it wasnt even 5 pm yet. found the card on the floor of the truck. really. no care at all. when I said to him. that they should be ashamed of themselves he laughed and laughed. That tells me the story of poor service isnt a one off but a low expected quality of service from themselves and their corporate management. I have taken the tru ck to the dealership and they will do the inspection and emission because they have the equipment needed to do their business. they will also have to recheck the work dont on the oil change. based on the laughter and general lack of care Im not so confident things were done right. maybe this location is o.k for simple things. tires and brakes on a passenger vehicle. but if spending my own money I would demand polite...!!

The manager there is Great. Rich is His name. Very helpful. I never seen a manager anywhere work in the shop. And the other Rich is the only mechanic that I really trust with my vehicles. He is very experienced and informative

Didn’t get the service I asked for. I wanted cabin filter, wiper blades, tire rotation, oil change, transmission fluid change. When they said it was done I came back and all they did was oil change and tire rotation and it took two days. Then they said they don’t do the other stuff. I don’t know why I wasn’t told this information when I asked for it to be done. They pick and choose what needs to be done.

Its my third time there for maintenance and repairs for two cars. So far so good. Theyve been honest with me and the work was done right. They couldnt get my car done when promised, through no fault of their own. It was a parts issue. So far, Im satisfied with them.

Avoid, went there to get a tire plugged. It was clearly in the tread. The guy tried selling me tires instead.

I have been using Firestone for years for my tire install and repairs. I have rarely ever had to wait or make an appointment for service. In this area buy the road hazard protection....it will pay for itself.

Friend got a flat on her way to pick me up. So awesome to have a Firestone nearby. We were going to be late to work. The gentleman at the service desk who helped us, understood our predicament and had 2 new tires put on quickly and at a reasonable price. I will definitely send anyone with car issues hear. Their store was extremely clean and inviting.

My car has been back to Kia countless times for 2 months and each time I got it back, Kia said it was fixed. It wasnt, same noise. I went to Firestone and spoke with the Manager Rich Bak. He had Charlie the Mechanic take the car for a ride and came back in 10 minutes. He put it on the lift and was able to fix the problem in 1 hour. I would highly recommend this Firestone location.

This place has gone down hill since some of the better employees left. I have a fleet account threw my work and the people in there dont know how it works or they choose not to help me. I tried for 4 weeks to gey mu truck fixed I finally gave up and took my truck to goodyear they had it fixed in a day.

Im a former mechanic so I tend to be distrustful and skeptical of other mechanics, but I absolutely trust these guys. The manager is super nice, very honest, and never tried to sell anything other than what the car really needs. Hell also tell you if your repairs are stuff that can wait or need immediate attention, even if that means not making a sale right away.I never worry about taking my cars there for inspection because I know theyll be honest and not try to rip me off.

Car goes in with a problem they fix that problem but while they have the car something happens to your breaks all of a sudden and they say it’s your fault poor service and they won’t fix the problem they caused

Booked an appt. with the Firestone app for 9am on a Sunday and was out by 10am. Tech even replaced spare to factory specs. Great price too. Tire was damaged on the sidewall. Replacement tire was in stock and installed correctly. Great experience all around and free coffee. Dont know why they got some not so great reviews, Ive been using them for a few years and never had a problem. Other reviewers need a height chair and a box of tissues

Prior to todays visit I had the car looked at by the same store on 2/04/2017 prepping for inspection. I took my vehicle to the store for an inspection schedule at 9:00. The car did not make it in until 10:00.I had the prior report siting in with car for the tech to review. On todays visit though multiple steering/ suspensions issues were noted, and not able to pass inspection. In 3 months my control arms and front struts did not go from good to failing condition. The steering/suspension section of the form is not complete from todays visit for my review, and prior to todays visit my light switch work fine but it is now a failure of inspection.Techs were unable to run an OBD emissions control test, however I was still charged for it. I was charged and paid for a sticker today, but did not receive the sticker.It great that the are open on a Sunday for oil changes, but even those take a firm hour.I will say however, that the staff is very friendly and the area is clean

THIS Firestone is great its the only Firestone I will deal with and the dude Patrick that works there is great.My car was at another location and I had serious problems so I took it to this location and the dude Patrick listened to what I was saying and got the problem fixed.Not only that he replaced my brake pads and my rotors for no cost after fixing my caliper at no cost,which was the problem. These guys are good and its where Ill always go.

Waited for a very long time for someone to assist me. If it wasnt a matter of warrantee, I would have gone somewhere else. The shop was very busy and I waited a long time for my car. But once they got to it it was fixed very quickly.

Omg...the TRUE DEFINITION of customer service! I was being quoted all types of prices for a simple FRONT LICENSE PLATE BRACKET installation on my 2020 elantra including one pep boys saying I need to go to a BODY SHOP. INSANE! Makayla the service advisor here said it was a simple job, stop by. I drove WITHIN THE HOUR from New Jersey, and she put on my license bracket at NO CHARGE, literally WITHIN MINUTES of my arrival,on a SUNDAY even! I WILL RETURN to her for my oil changes, definitely. Got a Lifetime alignment. I asked why the special when says $169.99 I was charged $11.90 for shop supply parts. I was told that is for Grease, lube and other things they need to use to get bolts loose. Never was told in the beginning and was not explained in the end. Total was $190 instead of $176. Just not good customer service to do that. Never got charged that by other shops.

This place in dire need of good technicians. I came here two months ago to get my vehicle’s alignment done and they couldn’t even fix my camber hight. They also told me it was to high. The technician brought the car around and said here you go sir you are done and gave me the keys. I then noticed it had a flat tire. I had to call him back and say I brought it with four tires fill with air. I will need it the same way if I am to leave with my vehicle. I brought it back to get it realign since I felt vibration on the steering wheel and I never touched the hight. Today a different technician tells me the car is to low to get aligned properly. This with a lifetime alignment I purchased. I have never seen such carelessness with the vehicles. The technicians do not provide the sense of security or comfort one should feel when you let someone work on your vehicle. I’m extremely disappointed with this location. I have been doing business with Firestone for more than 10 years and I had never experienced anything like this. Be careful this place doesn’t have good technicians to work on cars.

Called and made an appointment 4 days prior and waited 3 and a half hours for just a tire change. Would give them a zero if i could. Patiently waited 3 and a half hours while the workers decided to drink ginger ale and hangout for the evening. Last time ill be going there.

The tech working on my truck made me cringe. First of all he is extremely overweight, not sure if this is the right profession for him. Second watching him leaning on my vehicle every chance he had pissed me off. I am very particular about my car, I dont even lean on it. Third it was there for an inspection and there is nothing under my hood that needed banging on. Not once did he walk around under my truck to look at anything. Very disappointed with this experience.

I come here all the time because this is where my mom comes and they used to be great! Key word used to when i got my car back in a resonable time and didn’t have to worry about my car being ripped apart, and not being informed about future work that may have to be done.

Oil was overfilled by more than a quart. Checked it before I left, and it was overfilled for the 2nd time. All I got was a sorry .....but any mechanic knows overfilled oil is a disaster.

If I could give them a zero I would. I am completely disgusted with the level of service we have gotten. We dropped our car off Sunday 12/17/17 and was told the car would be ready by end of business. They call us at 5pm right before closing to tell us what’s wrong with the car. Monday 12/18/17 they call us right before closing to tell us the parts they ordered are after market parts and don’t work on the car so they would need to order from the dealership which will be 2 more days and 40 extra dollars. Here it is 2 days later and have yet to hear from anybody and it’s an hour before closing. I am so furious if it didn’t cost to get my car towed to another place I would. I have spent so much money already and all I am getting is the runaround. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REPLACE BATTERY CABLES!!!!!!

Did a good alignment

Miss diagnosis caused me to pay $700 for shocks on the front, and it wasnt the shocks at all. It was a sway bar link they fixed that for free because it was there messup. Im still in the hole for the $700. They didnt even offer discount the price of there mess up or offer me money back.
