Ive worked with Jennifer and the team at Hennessey across two separate boat trailers, one needing repairs and the other was a new purchase that needed some warranty work. Each time the process was seamless. Jennifer was quick to get me scheduled and was informative about what needed to be done and the time it would take. Update: Once past communication issue, they inspected the trailer and replaced what needed to be corrected. Very happy with final resultsSent all contact information via their contact us selection about brakes, brake lines etc needed for 23 ft trailer and requesting best time to bring in. Crickets, NADA, NothingMust be nice to have so much business you dont need to follow up with customer requests

We dropped our work trailer off and within 2 days they had it all fixed and ready to go with pretty cheap too. Nice people. Highly recommend

WORST PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!Jennifer, gives you price over the phone and then starts changing the prices once the trailer arrives. They are nice from the beginning and all of a sudden once you are in their claws they will start adding the bill up. When I refused the charges and complained they told me I would have a storage fee, because apparently, they charge that. (My trailer was at their place for more than a month and I had no charge) but as soon as I complained and they got the point of me being dissatisfied she pulled a storage fee trick!I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone in the area nor, the only thing to do here is an emergency parts purchase... That’s all!

They take 2 weeks to just look at a trailer, you can not count on this shop at all... The lady who picks up is very rude and unprofessional... Disregards your needs as a customer and goes along their primitive scheduling... NO GO for me!Stay Away...

You must be crazy to take the trailer to this rude rubbing off lady.she took my for a ride I toke my trailer because my signal light won’t work .i was charged over $100 for a burn fuse.she checked everything and at the end was a burn fuse.she told me took 1 hour to diagnostic the burn fuse .she shoulde check the fiuse first in my truck. End one more thing she dose not now how to deal with customers she should take a customer service class

Jennifer is so bad, I called tried to make an appointment: She told me that she was a week out, then a friend of mine called and asked for a trailer wiring repair, she scheduled him right away...This is such a bad experience, nowhere else can you get such a bad customer service.

They are always there to help when u need it at a fair price. honesty is a rare thing now and they still are.

Brought our trailer here, customer service seemed okey, but after a week or two of trailer being hung they told me its still sitting in a garage.What a waste of time and money.

Got into an accident a day before my week in the mountains for deer season. After I left, Jenn towed it from my house, fixed it and and had it ready for me by the time I got back.Being a general contractor that was pretty big.
