If this Home Depot is in Ewing you may want to reconsider. Very, Very slow product return lines.I purchased a water heater and laid it down on the cart and two Home Depot employees told me I would have to let the water heater stand for 24 hours before using it. Unbelievable!

Bald Headed gentleman in lawn and garden was super awesome, helpful, and new what he was talking about. Definitely went above and beyond to help us understand. Also our cashier was supppeerrr nice register #2 short with glasses. Really great experience tonight.

We have been to this home depot several times. It is far away from our home but there is a wonderful employee named Steve who we always seek out when we need help purchasing parts for a project. He is always so willing to answer questions and so knowledgeable about plumbing repairs and where things are located. We are so grateful always for being able to finish our home project because of his help!

Great store. The staff are all friendly and ready to help. The store is clean and easy to shop. Can always get in and out very fast.

Went in for simple tool, website said 23 in stock, none to be found. Went to Ace Hardware, found what I needed, and it was cheaper.

Was a good place to work for the most part easy job good people, But I had another employee verbally abuse me in front of other customers making it a hostile work environment forcing me to quit on the spot. She didn’t get reprimand and would get aggravated anytime anytime you asked for help or basic needs of the job. A lot like of favoritism if you don’t like being degraded and yelled at for basic human needs like going to the bathroom. I don’t recommend getting a job as a cashier unless the get a new staff. For the rest of the staff some have compassion and treated other as they should and I will miss them dearly.

I’ve been to a lot of Home Depot’s, but Tullytown is by far the best I’ve ever been to!!! The last 3 years we’ve bought lots from here. Their customer service is “on point” every time my husband and I go there. Today Brandon went above and beyond to help me and I soo greatly appreciate it! We will be only using this store from now on. Thank all of you for being so awesome :)

Staff was somewhat helpful once I located them. Still in and out with what I needed in under 10 minutes. Not to bad as they were very busy.

Over priced going to 84 lumber. Allied supplies and etc. for now on hope you consider lowering your prices back to normal and stop stealing from your customers smh 7.52 for a single 2x4 more than double what they where a year and 3 months ago smh out of control

Waited 20 minutes to order paint and the two women in the paint department didn’t even acknowledge me standing there right in front of the counter. Never again. Will deal with Lowe’s or Ace Hardware

There are plenty of friendly people to help with finding the things you are looking for. Theyre also very nice to our dog Willow. We were able to find the blinds in the size we needed but the air conditioner outdoor covers were all the same size, not what we needed. We got our $39.99 Christmas tree. We generally find what we need in this store. Plenty of parking & their shrubbery is 1/2 off now if youre interested.

This was my 3rd spot looking for a specific outdoor shed the company sells. Company wise - their phone service is a waste of time. Completely broken. I called multiple times with the sku number for the product I wanted. I was disconnected, hung up on, passed around on hold. Realizing in store was my only option, 1st had no clue, the 2nd had limited stock that apparently didnt exist. Tullytowns the the 3rd & I wish I had gone there 1st. While hecticly running all over the space, multiple associates still managed to help me get accomplished what I needed. They truly did what Id expect and them some. Theyre stock was extremely impressive. This specific store gets 5 stars all day. I will now drive 20mins passing 2 others to make this space my go to store.

16yrs Ive been going here. Usually have everything im looking for. Need to hunt down the help, but once you get them, they are always helpful. Wouldnt go anywhere else unless I absolutely have to.

Got shades cut. The guy in the window covering department was very helpful and did a great job cutting my shades. He was so careful putting everything back in the box and carefully closing every box. Great customer service.

Not Good! Website says they had 12 bottles of Cutter bug spray Natural left, and they had none where they said,

Ordered a customer pick up. Everything was ready and correct.

I ordered items online that said they had in stock, only to get an email that it will be here in a week!! Staff are always helpful...when you can find one.

Decent, but irritating Home Depot. They always assume that I dont know what Im talking about when Im looking for hardware or materials (I assume its because Im female). And even when I asked questions, they answer the questions to my boyfriend, which is super annoying. Regardless, they have everything that you could be looking for in a hardware store.

Get in and out quick with the app. I took a picture of the product at home. It told me which home depot, aisle, bay, and how many available.

Some employees could use attitude adjustment but can usually get in and out of store

Sad customer service...I came in needing wire thats on the machine that has the spools of wire. I requested a associate for the machine and one came but went with another customer. He took 10 minutes so I picked some other wires to purchase. Got to the register and the barcode wasnt readable so I went back to exchange it. When I went to get another wire, the guy was still busy with sokmeone else.I requested the associate... why should I have had to wait 15+ minutes for nothing.

Over all the Home Depot in Levittown is a good store. My only complaint would be, that other store locations seem to be stocked better. However for most needs they are fine.

Went there looking for a sleeve for my shower head. Asked one enployee who directed me to a guy name Tom Tom directed me to the isle said bin 14 or 16 well Tom I looked there for 20 min. Thats why I asked you..should have known better. Next time I will go to thornridge hardware. Sorry to bother u Tom from doing ur job.

Always able to get what I came for!

I was disappointed in the fact I couldnt just exchange the color of wood planks I purchased for my walls. I had to get store credit ( I couldnt find the receipt) and then pay more for the exchange and the prices went up.

It was good, I found what I needed and the staff was courteous and knew where the items I wanted

Not crowded and customers are respectful to distancing in check out lines. Always a quick in and.out if thats what your looking for in this.home improvement store.

This is my local HomeDepot. I have used a few different services here from appliance ordering/delivery/install, pickup instore, pickup in lockers, returns, paint department and the garden center. Everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience with this store specifically and I am always satisfied with the level of service and selection at this store.

I love the fact that this home Depot has a discounted lumber pile especially with how expensive lumber is becoming kudos to you guys

For the most part, the employees were friendly and helpful with the exception of one who acted like she was annoyed with me.

Arrived to the store in a rush last night almost at closing time due to emergent plumbing/toilet issues in need of a part to repair our only bathroom. Young man in plumbing (wish I had gotten his name) saw me panicking and came over to help twice and when he couldnt answer my question directed me to Dan who was in the fasteners/hardware section. Not only was Dan extremely knowledgeable and kind but was so patient with my limited explanation of our problem and gave me a few options/solutions. Wanted to just give the store and these employees a shout-out and thank you for your hard work.

I like this store very much . But the one Near Oxford Valley Mall. Most workers there are very helpful. Sometimes youll be just walking & they will ask if you need help. But I wish they would stock up on indoor plants & there cactus potting soil!

Staff are usually good its the shoppers that seem to be the problem they destroy the the place they put nothing back and just rifle through like there mom will be coming behind cleaning up after them .....also they need to take care of the birds in the garden section I havent got a bag of seed there ever that wasnt covered in bird poo and ripped open with half the seed ate

Unfortunately the woman with gray hair, I apologize I do not have her name, who works in customer service and returns is so rude. Every other employee we have encountered there are very nice and helpful. My husband and I go to this home depot alot. I understand some people have bad days, but this is the second time the same woman has been extremely rude and arrogant to my husband about an exchange. No one forced you to work in customer service. We spend alot of money here not to be treated like this. Might as well go to Lowes. Get a better attitude.

Rented a couple sanders from the rental center here. The other Home Depots in the area always seem to run out of the rental tools but this location must have or good stock or something because they seem to be the most reliable. The clerks were helpful and knowledgeable.

The tullytown Home Depot, the workers have a poor attitude a Carefree do-nothing nonchalant kind of attitude. And when I confronted store manager Seth, he had the same Carefree do nothing and say nothing not even an apology attitude
