Brian was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. We asked many questions trying to understand all the options and Brian answered all of them. He was never pushy.

Very happy with the quality and price of the pool. Reasonably happy with the install. Very dissatisfied with what I was left with... no hose for back wash, no pole to vacuum, no hose to vacuum, no chlorine and last but certainly not least my yard is destroyed with no offer to help fix. Just recieved a $1,000 quote to fix. No longer happy with price!

Just had our liner replaced by Surfside Pools in Leominster and couldn’t be happier with the job Brian and his installation crew did. Very responsive to phone calls and emails and very professional to work with. Everything takes longer than usual these days but they did their best to get it done! Definitely recommend this Surfside store in particular.

If I could give this company less I would it all began with the service manager. He had proceeded to argue with me over the phone due to he had rescheduled the service for underground lines more than 2x after promising to get it straightened out. I understand people call out due to heat however I am a new construction plumber and worked in the heat myself. I see no excuse for them calling out. Then I have had the piss poor experience in store. Rather than discussing the situation they proceeded to add gasoline to the fire. Knowing I was upset with their company they proceeded to increase the arguments. Needless to say we have taken our business elsewhere. We have been using a smaller company and would never go back.

Very positive experience! Informed sales staff. Installers Mike and crew did a fantastic job! They are meticulous. Cleaned up thoroughly after installation and went over operation. Highly recommend!

I was a little hesitant to choose Surfside based on the reviews but so glad we did. Ryan was very helpful and informative. He was also very upfront about pricing and potential cost overruns. I now have a quality pool ahead of schedule with no unexpected expenses . Amazing!

We just bought a fabulous Saratoga hot tub from Ryan in the Leominster store. He was friendly, not pushy and gave us ALL the information I needed and wanted. After having it installed Ryan came to my home and personally showed my wife and I how to operate and maintain it.I decided to go to Surfside on a pretty good recommendation from my brother who had purchased the exact same tub. I did have the advantage of actually trying the tub I bought and found out how amazing it was. Thanks Ryan & Surfside

We had a pool installed by Surfside last year. Ive gone back and forwards whether I should post a damning review, but have since found friends who have similar experiences. Its not fair not to.They outsource almost everything, which may be normal for pool companies, they provide no project management or oversight. Here are some examples of the issues we had because of this.Our site is on a hill; from day one there was no plan for water management. As we embarked upon the project the excavator suggested the need for a French drain, which he dug a trench for. Surfside (or one of their contractors, I have no idea) put the pipe in and refilled the trench.After completion we had water runoff from the hill that was concentrated 10 ft away from the house. I decided to dig up the drain. They had used a flexible pipe that went up and down, up and down over its course by up to a foot. It was crushed in several places. I got the owner to come out and see this. He first denied the need to have a drain, then denied it was his problem as he hadnt suggested it. He called up the excavator while at my house and started swearing at him over the phone. My final contact with him was as he reversed up my drive still on the phone swearing at the excavator.I redug the trench and put rigid drain pipe in, angled appropriately. During heavy rain, the flow is easily 20 gallons a minute; clearly theres a need for a French drain.Another example of their inability to plan; the overflow for the pool was added late and was positioned so that the salt water drained across the lawn further eroding the hill. I could go on - there were plenty of other examples, just like there are plenty of other pool companies. If you go with Surfside plan on doubling the initial estimate, and the time it will take.

Last Summer I purchased a Hot Tub from Surfside, only to find a body of water around the perimeter early this spring. Being under warranty I called and reported problem and the response was quick and the gaskets were replaced on the pumps which appeared to be leaking. I was told it was due to poor chemical distribution, which I feel whenever I checked it was o.k, but why question this, it was repaired under warranty. Approximately 4 months after, it was leaking again. I called and reported it, repairman put the blame on poor chemical distribution again, when I spoke with the repairman disputing this he angrily said he couldnt even smell any chlorine( and even wrote it on invoice) and wouldnt cover this repair under warranty !!!. Well, my response was when I heard the chlorine statement, I told him:I hope not, I use bacquacil,there shouldnt be any chlorine odor!. All my checking with test strips to me appeared fine when I checked the water, on the lower side, but registered o.k. I disputed this to Surfside owner, was still billed $255. labor, he did cover the gaskets.I returned home from work the day it was repaired, decided to start with fresh water, removed the panel only to discover it WAS STILL LEAKING! Very disappointed in this purchase and customer service and satisfaction from Surfside and say Buyer Beware. Enough Said !
