I have been going to this salon for years for haircuts and color for myself and my kids. I trust no one else to give the experience and quality we receive here! Recently I went there for a massage with Amanda and OMG was she amazing! Very kind and attentive and you can just tell she loves what she does. I prefer a deep tissue massage and she delivered, checking in to be sure the pressure was just right. The atmosphere was very relaxing with dim lights, music, and sound machine. I was able to relax completely and enjoy every minute! Highly recommend and will be going again!

I went there for a 60 min Stress fix massage with Amanda and it was absolutely amazing! She worked out knots I didn’t even know were there until she started working on me. Her energy is so calm and the ambience she creates is so relaxing. I highly recommend getting a massage from her! I will definitely be back 😊

This is an adult version of Disney world!!!!! I went in with the hopes of removing some blue that was in my hair. Not only did Kasey do an AMAZING job, all the blue is out!!!! While sitting in the chair stressing… Amanda came and gave me a complimentary hand massage. I have a new salon!!! Definitely go for a day of stress release and pampering!

I had a massage with Amanda and it was great. I always have back pain and she was able to get all the knots out! Definitely one of the best massages I’ve had. I will be back.

My sister and I came to Rituals to get our hair and makeup done for my wedding and we could not have been happier! Jessica did my bridal updo and it was gorgeous! We had done a trial run the previous week and she was super receptive to the few adjustments I asked for on the day of the wedding. She even helped me pick out which hairpiece to use. Sarah did my makeup which was also amazing! Everyone at the salon was so nice. One of the girls even offered to take getting ready photos of us during the process and sent them to us later on. I have been going to Rituals for close to a year now and have Jessica as my stylist. It is incredibly hard to find a stylist that makes your hair look great, listens to what kind of results you want, and then actually creates that look for you. Jessica has been in this profession for many years and her experience shows as I always leave looking and feeling great! Although I have not had my hair done by anyone else at Rituals, the other stylists and staff have all been super welcoming and enjoyable to be around. The salon is always very clean and staff are highly accommodating to clients needs(always asking if you need anything during your appointment and even offering hand massages while your hair processes 👍🏻). If you are looking for a place that will make you feel at home and make you look Fabulous then I highly recommend Rituals!

We started our day with a wonderful facial by Kelly and a full one hour massage by Svetlana. These ladies are extremely professional and enjoyable to work with. We followed this up with gel manicures and spa pedicures with Ashley and Maria P. The pedicure is the best and so very relaxing and the manicures look great. We finished the day off with a shampoo and blow dry. Maria P. did my hair and Kacie did my daughters. Again a great job. We left the salon approximately 6 hours after we began, feeling beautiful and thoroughly relaxed. Thank you ladies, and Rituals, for a wonderful day.

Friendliness, welcoming and always seeing my fabulous hair Stylist, Ashley! Ashley listens and truly understands my hair. In my life experiences of different hair stylist and them never understanding my hair, she got it! I can always plan after my visit as my hair looks great! In the past with other salons and stylist, I would go home first to redo or actually wash my hair to then proceed with the day. So happy Ritual Salon and Spa is in my present and with a why...

I just got my 5th and 6th Your hair looks great! compliments on my haircut and coloring by Sarah Hawkins at Rituals. It doesnt surprise me any more because you will always come out of Rituals looking great! I get compliments every time I leave that salon. I should really have something special planned for it: a photoshoot, a hot date, a fancy restaurant!Thats the truth. I highly recommend this shop to everyone.

My mom has been coming here for the past year with Kacee (sp?) and she’s been wonderful. When I called to schedule they told me Kacee had an 11am and some availability around 2:30-3. We booked for 11. I had to call back the next day as moms physical therapy was coming at 11 so I asked if Kacee still had availability in the afternoon. After a long pause, the woman on the phone said, “we can do 3pm”, I said oh great! With Kacee? She said no, Kacee is booked but we have Jessica… I said, “oh, ok then, we’ll see you at 3”…We come in, she does moms hair, it’s ok, not bad but I can tell mom isn’t thrilled, but all good. It’ll be fine. I go to pay and the women (two of them) at the front desk say, that’ll be $50. I said, what? No, that can’t be, we always pay $25/30 for a haircut. (Plus tip).. she says, Kacee is not as experienced and Jessica and her time is more money. Ok, I totally get it., but I didn’t ask for Jessica. I asked for Kacee. I was not informed on the phone that it would be double the cost, as I would have kept the 11am booking and changed our PT appt. I suggested to them they they should definitely let people know if that’s the case. I have absolutely no problem paying for a skilled hairdresser for their time, but this was bad business. Their reaction? Rude. No, “I’m sorry for any confusion”, no explanation, just the woman who took the booking saying “well you wanted to get in today”… no, I never said it had to be today. I wanted to see if Kacee still had later availability. I would have happily either kept the 11am with Kacee or booked another day.. I was very disappointed in the response. I still of course paid, and tipped the woman who cut moms hair, but we won’t be back. Something as simple as “I’m so sorry for any confusion” would have totally changed my decision. But nothing. If Kacee ever leaves this place, we are happy to follow her wherever she goes as she really was so very sweet and kind to my mom. But the professionalism is severely lacking. As a business owner, I suggest some more training for your front desk staff. Btw, Jessica was very kind. This is not about the quality of the work, it’s about the professionalism of the staff booking your appointments.

I loved everything! This was my first visit at Rituals with Kaitlin and honestly this is the best color, cut and style I have ever had. I left the salon feeling so great. Kaitlin made great color recommendations and I have gotten so many compliments on my hair. This salon is a true gem and I am so happy with everything Kaitlin did. A great experience all around!

My saving grace honestly, it took this covid 19 bs for me to see just how much women go through to look the way they do. My fiance lost her mind under quarantine, attempting her own nails, dying her own hair, and while it was a valiant effort I thought, I could see she was dissatisfied with her attempts. Her usual place ended up closing due to the virus which I could see did not make her happy at all, her self esteem fading fast. So I asked around and someone recommended this place, rituals. I dont know about you but the first thought was rituals? Am I taking my fiance to some witch cult?! It all made sense when we walked through the door. Such a comfortable laid back atmosphere. We were met with friendly greetings from the whole staff and they had a way of making us feel like regulars even though we were meeting for the first time. Of course my fiance has this scared to death look, I assume because she is being forced to trust someone else with her looks. We got Kaitlin I think her name was, such a wonderful personality and so down to earth. My fiance starts getting into it, of course bringing in a picture of what she wanted and being extremely descriptive as to not forget one detail of how she wanted it. This lady didnt bat an eye, I sat there realizing this is what women feel like when guys have shop talk because I was completely lost as to what they were talking about! Kaitlin went to work, and Im watching her do her thing and she seemed to me like there was no effort in how she did things. After my fiances list of demands I thought Kaitlyn would of looked like she was trying to disarm a bomb while do this color, trim, and style but she was just plugging away like it was nothing. When she was done it was EXACTLY as described. It put my fiance in tears it was so perfect. So brownie points for me for finding a hair dresser that far surpassed the one she used to have! So now I know why they call it rituals because it only takes one visit for this place to become just that, your ritual!!!

Rituals Salon and Spa has been our family’s salon of choice for over five years, even after we moved from the area. The four of us each see a different stylist since they are all talented professionals who invest themselves into making their clients look their best every time.

Maria B, my stylist, is the best!! She always makes me feel so good, and after 3 months of self-isolation, it was great to have her work her magic on my hair. I also appreciated the lengths that the salon went to to keep their customers safe and comfortable. Kudos to all!

I HIGHLY recommend Haleigh for all your skin care/nail needs at Rituals! I’ve been getting facials from her for a couple months now and I’m very impressed. She’s thorough, explains any products you have questions about & tailors each facial to your current skin needs. She’s chatty when I’m up to chatting but also respects when I want silence during my treatments. I’ve also been getting manicures from her and I’m always pleased. The best salon. I started going ten years ago, and even though Ive moved, I still drive the 50 minutes to go to Rituals. Maria B has been my girl the whole time, and she is a true master stylist. She is passionate about hair, and is constantly working to perfect her craft. At this point, it would be weird if I DIDNT get a compliment from a stranger after a trip to see Maria. The very best.

I only get my hair cut at one salon - Rituals. Sarah, a master stylist (and the owner) is extremely talented and gets it right every time. She works wonders with a pair of scissors and can blend and fade a mens haircut extremely well. The entire staff is super friendly and welcoming, and make you feel right at home.I also go to Rituals for pedicures, a must for me being a runner. Ashley is very skilled at keeping my feet tamed and presentable. Both she and Marissa have worked wonders and managing my pesky ingrown nails and give quite the foot and calf massage in the process.All of the products used at Rituals are Aveda - naturally derived and high quality. I feel very comfortable knowing only the best products are being used on my body. I frequently leave with something new, as they are constantly offering new products, or improving on the existing ones. I love the Hand Relief lotion - a rich moisturizing lotion that feels amazing and works wonders on keeping my hands from being dry and cracked in the dry winter weather.If you want a great haircut or spa treatment with high quality products, but dont want a stuffy or pretentious atmosphere, then Rituals is your place.

Maria is a godsend. She colored my hair back to my natural hue, and had me walking out like a supermodel. Every stylist I heard seemed very knowledgeable and kind, and I was confident my stylist had my hairs best interest in mind. The product used in the salon (Aveda) smells great and works well. Overall, it was a great visit!

I cannot begin to say enough about my experience at Rituals with Kaitlin as my stylist. She took the time to speak with me about exactly what I was looking for, and took the time to get it right! I walked in with dark brown (nearly black) hair and after two appointments, had the most beautiful and natural looking balayage. Kaitlin took time to educate me on Aveda’s products and I couldn’t be happier with the look and feel of my hair. I can’t wait to get back for my fall color and cut! Would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

If I could do no stars, I would. Absolutely horrible. The lady who cut my hair did not listen to me about length, (I went in with my hair down my back, walked out with it up to my shoulders.) and all I wanted was a simple trim. That aside, she also butchered my bangs. The middle part is cut shorter than the rest, and I literally can not fix this. I just wanted my bangs to be a bit passed my eyebrows, and instead I have a chunk in the middle that is half way up my forehead. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never be going back there, and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been going to Rituals for quite a few years. I use mostly all of their services from massages and mani/pedis to specialty hair and makeup. I’ve never been disappointed. Their professional staff complements each other by assisting where each other’s experiences are needed. The atmosphere is very relaxing and you can’t beat their Aveda product line. I would highly recommend Rituals as I have done so many times.

This was my 2nd time getting a facial done here. This past time I had Maria and she was amazing! I will definitely be going back to her. My first time was with Kelley and it wasn’t the best. She was kinda loud and it kinda seemed like she wasn’t interested in her job.

Professional, clean, excellent products (Aveda), and truly caring stylists and colorists. Ive used their mani/pedi services, hair color and style service, and spa treatments. I havent had any complaints. Honestly, I dont know why I dont go there more frequently.

The WORST hair salon in existence. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! TRUST ME! Where do I even begin? My hair has been damaged beyond belief from this place and I got it done from them nearly a year ago...they FRIED my healthy hair. I asked for a subtle caramel balayage in my very dark and very long brown hair. What I got was the biggest hair nightmare of all time. Not even exaggerating. The stylist was not listening at all to what I was telling her I wanted in my hair, and showing her pictures, instead just looked as if she was done getting high. Completely out of it. I almost left then and really wish I did. She does my hair in huge chunks of brittle looking, tacky, literally YELLOW highlights...I went back in the following day since I was there past the closing time. All the employees acted as if I were crazy for being upset! They offer to fix it (not very nicely) and spend about 4 hours doing so. Or attempting to do so. The manager is so incredibly rude and made me feel like I was the biggest inconvenience. She made my hair even worse!!!!! Yup the biggest nightmare of all time. When I finally left I looked like a skunk with black hair and white and gray highlights from being dyed over so many times. Long story short I had to cut off all of my hair it was that bad. Couldnt even be brushed through it was so dead. The most traumatic hair experience of my life. And Ive had my fair share of them.

Maria was a delight. 10 +salons in Massachusetts first one to get it right and this is my second time back in 6 months and she still got it right she even remembered me and my haircut. And I get a simple buzzcut 4on the top 3on the sides. Would recommend to anyone tired of looking for a place that cares about your hair.

Special is what youll feel at rituals! Every staff member knows how important the customer is. What you want/need is what you will get. (And maybe some xtra tlc). I always feel so much better when I leave whether Ive had a haircut or pedi.

It was fantastic! It is such a nice relaxing place. All the staff have been there for a long time! It was my first Brazilian wax! Eck Gads lol but I was put at ease. And she talked me thru it and there was never any uncomfortable silences or anything! It was a great experience and Im looking forward to going back for my than just a wax!

After moving out of Leominster, I SO appreciate the wonderful prices at this salon. Other salons of similar quality can be double the price...I have been seeing Sarah for years- her cuts and color are fabulous. Better than on newbury at and a third of the cost. There other services are awesome- nails, massage, facials, Ive had them all. Highly recommend the mini ritual package, an amazing value. The owner is definitely a little cold and rigid, but who cares. Im not looking for a friend. Highly recommend!!

Ive been twice and although the staff seems friendly, both times I went the manager looked like she was quite an unhappy person. I will return only because Ive enjoyed the pedicure from Ashley, but the manager needs to learn the importance of a professional appearance.

In town for a wedding, never been to Leominster before. After doing extensive research online, I chose Rituals. I was very impressed by their YouTube video. Gave lots of info. They fit me in that day, I was late getting there mainly due to getting lost and then getting stuck behind a very slow construction vehicle. They were very gracious, said they understood traffic issues. I had a wash and style done, very nicely styled. They also squeezed in a makeup session for which I had no appt. The salon is very clean, very professional. All Aveda products as they advertise. Everyone was very friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend this lovely spa/salon.

The worst Salon experience I have ever had.I am actually surprised by the other comments stating that they had a good experience. The manager was less than friendly. She acted as if I was a inconvenience.I consider Rituals Salon & Spa a want to be Spa.
