I have been at the premises on 5 occasions. This last time the manager Kat was able to resve all of the issues. I thank her for her professionalism and knowledge of the product. The companies phone answering employees need a little more training instead of sending customers on A wild goose chase. Its a waste of time if they dont know the answer to a question then tell the customer that. Heres the issue is that they just pawn you off into another person on the phone or you get hung up on and its very frustrating and theyre sitting behind where a desk the customer is running half an hour 40 minutes in one direction to try and resolve issues that they are supposed to have been educated on extremely frustrating situations for the customers.
Proffessional all the way. They go above and beyond their job position. Noah waited in us and explained everything. The store manager Catherine came over and made sure customers were satisfied and that all of their questions were answered. A most pleasurable experience. Corporate at Comcast should use them as a role model .

I went into the Xfinity store in Fitchburg, MA a little bit irritated. I had renewed my account on the phone the day before. I asked for the same things, but at less cost. The woman on the phone pushed me into a new contract. I didn’t understand some of the details, so I asked, and was given inaccurate explanations. She said I was getting everything the same, but I did not. So I went to the store. Erin helped me in a matter of minutes! She didn’t mind that I was already upset. She was cool, calm, and collective. Erin got me everything I had and more! For a better price! I walked out very happy!
Kept my calm in the store, as I work in retail and try to keep my composure - but wow, this was the worst customer service I have received in years. Spent over an hour there, team members were all over the place laughing, joking and swearing.. I love a good work environment, but customers should come first. My issue was not solved and at the end they told me it was because the system was down. They were supposed to call me.. never got it. I will give two stars for their manager that FINALLY came over and had the idea to have his team member take my number to call me back.. but besides him place was absolutely horrible. I did reach out to Comcast Corporate as well..
Worst internet ever the wifi is horrendous and all xfinity products always need maintenance theirs been like 10 instances where they’ve had to come and fix the wifi and its still the worst we’ve ever had never again am I buying any xfinity products or wifi
I got there after driving more than half, and there was a problem in their system, they didn’t make any effort to help me with it. I decided to get the situation fixed so I stayed inside the store, called the 800 and got the problem solved by myself! I had to get a new moldem so I did but I didn’t know I had the right the get for free another device called Xfinity Flex and they even mentioned it! I got it anyway bc the attendant online told me about it and sent it to my house for free. Thank God not all employees were lame like them!
There is been nothing except issue after issue after issue on the cable side here in mass. Especially in Leominster I have had to reset the main cable box 3x now and still not working. The system claimed to be updating when all it did is freeze. Never did I have issues such as this in NH where I used to have the same company. No idea what happened to this company.

Worst service compared to any store I have been to. Representatives take naps while people are still waiting in line for 30+ minutes. Two representatives helping one customer for 20+ minutes while theres other customers wait in line for assistance. 40+ minutes in a store for a simple box return.
It would be nice if thier computers and printers in store WORKED so that customers would not be inconvenienced and have to stand in line for half hour...
I waited in line for approximately 45 minutes to drop off equipment, while I was waiting approximately five of the customers that came in behind me left after a period of time. The staff that was there, working with other clients, seemed to be unmoved by this. While their focus on the client in front of them was exceptional, nobody greeted those of us waiting or gave us an expectation of how long we would have to wait, or paid any attention at all to us. One representative left a couple times to go see a manager in the back about some thing. Which left a couple of us wondering why the manager didn’t come out and help, or at least greet people. Setting a reasonable expectation is better than ignoring a line of people. I suppose since they were all there to return equipment, that they weren’t necessarily happy with Comcast in other areas.
The worst customers service out there set up appointments no one shows up and they claim they did go somewhere else for service
I don’t like how they change it and now it’s different on how you pay your bill, I liked it the way it was before now they are very slow and you wait a long time and they should have more people there and that should help you pay your bill, I’m never going back in the store again!

If there was a no start option, I’d do it. Xfinity is great when it comes to TV and all but the customer service is soooo bad. You ask questions that you need help with and they dodge the questions over and over. They don’t listen to you. So far I’ve talked to 4 people within the hour and I’ve yet gotten the help I needed. So glad I left this service.

Beware of this company that will do a trick and they will look for all possible ways to invent a contract, they will offer you to try a free TV service for 30 days, when you decide to say that you do not want it, they will send you a invention of charges, that make me laugh company with hunger break you down like this: partial charges, unique charges, anyway you want to put your hand in your pocket, be careful not to try any service of this company because just by trying it you are going to Remove money and if you do not cancel that test on time without realizing it you are already in a 12 month plan without realizing it, very careful trick company. This company should know that if you offer some 30-day trial and do not comply with the test and invent charges to get money, someone should write to customer service.
They give you excellent customer service when you are new. Good offers so you can sign up with them. Months pass and your bill go up and up. And then when you ask for more time or arrangements because any situation that you have they dont help, close your account and you ended paying more money than what you own.
The workers at this location are friendly and helpful and do their best to get youan affordable package that suits you to the best of your needs. I find the staff there take their job very seriously to make sure that you leaves their happier or at least satisfied

Quick, easy and overall fixed my issue. A little disappointed that after I had to pay to get my service installed initially I had to go back to the store after our wifi never working. However other than it being slightly inconvenient everything else was easy.
Horrible service outragious prices... Im paying for the triple pay $79.99 actual bill $150-$160? Since i moved, you cant just move & use the equipment that your using? No u pay for a guy to come out & hook it up? & its aprox. $60? Nothing but problems with internet & everything
Well. I’m content with the representatives they’ve been very helpful but the prices are ridiculous and the company itself is pretty much a selfish scam. They overcharge and will look for any reason to shut your service off even after payments are made. As I stated previously the representatives are helpful but the company I wouldn’t recommend.
Jaqueline had all answers and some suggestions that I needed to make the appropriate decision. Too bad Comcast doesnt listen to their customers like their reps do, though there isnt anything a good rep can do to change the lineups. Too many sports and music channels that we have to get instead of having choices without these channels included. Maybe Verizon and Dish love it that Comcast is so inflexible. Great job Jacqueline!
Great customer service, the customer service representative was very nice and credited the account which was a nice surprise.
I was able to schedule my move and the representative here was very helpful. I was happily surprised, they even let me know my internet plan was staying the same but was now less expensive.
Staff are friendly and courteous. They do try to help the costomer out. Too bad having cable is not worth spending that much money.

Every Sunday the internet does not work, we call several times in the Central, the solution offered is to change the plan. I can not understand how an internet that is very bad will go better with plan change, so it means that paying more my internet will improve.

Comcast just sent me a new Arris router to replace my obsolete Cisco router and the Arris is the worst piece of junk Ive seen especially for what I pay Comcast a month and Ive placed about 6 calls to Comcast today wading through the voice mail finally getting an agent that knows nothing and then getting disconnected. How does Comcast stay in business other than being a monopoly almost.
I dont know who is running the show, but tried to pay my $ 150. Bill and the fool wouldnt except because I was moving . He said I would have to go through credit cks and all the crap all over again so just hang on to the $$$ till I move in, what a friggen idiot .talk about late fees and credit ratings . DUHHH
