Called Chuck and he quickly converted my outdated proprietary springs to newer style standard springs with all the needed hardware and had it all ready for me in a few hours! A representative assessed what was needed, the office scheduled the appointment, and they came down installed and took the old garage doors away. Started the process on 10/22/18 and the company sent one guy to install on 11/21/2018. Yes, the day before Thanksgiving and terrible, cold, and God awful weather. He was awesome. He adjusted things that werent quite right and installed two garage doors within the day. I definitely would recommend this company. Thank-you!

From the first contact through the job completion we were treated with respect, everything was explained in detail and the price was competitive. He laid out professional (no pressure) options for me to decide, and fixed the problems promptly once I opted for repair due to budget/planning reason. Now I know A-1 Overhead Door is the one to call when the time comes to replace my two old garage door systems. And by the way, compared to other companies I talked to, the repair price paid and the quote for new ones from A-1 are very reasonable! I would love to rate A-1 for more than 5 stars if I could!

I recently replaced my very old and heavy wooden garage door. My experience with A-1 was very positive from beginning to end. The scheduling of the installation was handled soon after my deposit was received. The installation went smoothly and on time. We solicited two quotes to have our garage doors replaced. A1 Overhead was heads above the competition. From the estimate to the quote process and the final install, Chuck was in constant communication with updates and responses to our questions. Their quote was thorough and even had an image of the final look super imposed over our existing garage doors..very helpful! Ok so then comes installation day and one might say whats the big deal its just a garage door?? Well I learned a few things from the installer about Springs, bearings etc...talk about going above and beyond to educate me on garage doors! Now for the lift (we plan on adding auto openers later)...what a treat to open a garage door that doesnt fall down on you while you are trying to open it! The added seals/trim to this job finished off the project very well. I will be reaching out to A1 for the auto-openers in a bit and look forward to dealing with them again. Great job, great people!

Great service. Door failed and I called A-1, they were at my house a few hours later and by the end of the day, I knew exactly what I wanted and when I could expect the new door. I was also dealing with a busy travel schedule and A-1 went above an beyond to work around my schedule. Day of the install, they arrived right on schedule. The work was fast, clean and I couldnt be happier with the results.
