I ordered an iced coffee with extra cream and got a very dark coffee with just a splash. Unfortunately I was in a rush for work and didn’t have time to turn around. I couldn’t even drink the coffee so it was money down the drain.

Dunkin Donuts has nothing on this local chain! Their donuts are possibly the best in New England, always fresh, always delicious and always generous! I absolutely love the Girl Scout cookie themed iced coffees in the summer and donut day is that much more special when youre going to dipping donuts!

I had the bagel, egg, cheese, and sausage breakfast sandwich. Bagel was more true to form and not just bread with a hole and everything seasonings sprinkled on top. The chocolate covered sprinkled donuts were a hit. Fast morning take out - walked up and did not use the drive thru. Easy to find street signage. Glad this donut shop is close for a quick special treat.

Inside still closed pull up to the drive-through window only to find the employee handling pastries with her mask around her chin instead of over her mouth and nose and then another employee handling pastries with his mask hanging off one ear. How is this possibly safe & sanitary to the public? Location should be shut down until employees properly wear a mask especially handling food and beverages. Won’t be going back and definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.

They jacked up the prices last week very far. They charged me $7 this morning for an iced coffee (not a gourmet flavor, just a regular) and a coffee roll. Looks like I have to go to dunks from here on out.Update: went back today for lunch and was disappointed again. $4.50 for a croissant with the tiniest dab of chicken salad. Im done with this place and never going back.

Donuts have gone down hill...used to be the best of any chain. Service not bad though, with drive through. Hard to see what donuts are available with Covid restrictions, could use a digital menu to see whats left. Go back to your best donuts ever...what ever you changed...not good...

Really good food and coffee, but 3 times I have ordered sandwiches and hashbrowns at the drive-through and went home to find the hashbrowns were missing.

Ive never tried dillins before and i always crave my peanut butter choclate coffee! today instead of dunkins i decided to change it up on my lumch brake hoping they had a peanut butter coffee the last running drive thru about 12:15 was absolutly the sweetest and made my coffee even tho it wasnt a usual menu option. even told me if it wasnt good to come back! (tho the coffee was amazing) the kindest service i had since this covid shi! will deffinently be back for my lunch brales more often!

Nice staff, and pretty good donuts. The cookies & creme milkshake is what I usually go there for though. The only thing is is that I cant breath in there because it smells so strongly of coffee, and I dont drink coffee, but that probably is nice for other people so I dont care really

I love it but not when someone is coughing. Sorry She should stay home shes working with food. Shes probably not thinking and doesnt feel good.

Hands down better coffee and service than Dunkin. And cheaper prices.

The Best of the Best

Really bad experience went through drive through waited 20 mins I. Line got to the window and the sign advertising koolattas so I think cool I’m in luck. Wrong the girl was not only rude she would not speak up no matter how many times I explained I could not hear her. I went to the dunks 2 mins away and got what I wanted in less than 5 mins never going to dipping again.

Food is always fresh and tasty!! Smoothies are delicious!!

$10 for a dozen donuts? No prices listed so I had no idea until she gave me the total. Dunkin is $7 a dozen. Was more focused on someone who didnt want to wait through the drive-through then it was to actually complete my order. The donuts are OK but not worth $10 for

If I could give 0 stars i would but unfortunately I can only do 1 star . I went in there around 11:00 am and the girl working refused to make a sandwich . We asked for bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin and she just said No Im not making that . Not Im sorry we dont have whatever, just no !

Good coffee and morning staff. Afternoon staff is awful! They hire girls that get too overwhelmed too quickly over the simplest things.I went here this afternoon (drive-thru) I asked for a Large iced coffee with 1 cream, 1 sugar AND a medium raspberry iced tea with sugar. Not hard right? We pull up to the window and wait about 2 minutes. Theres one girl running around like crazy clearly flustered. The other girl was just sitting in the corner texting. Im ready to just drive away when I realize theres a car behind me. The girl inside was preparing the order for the car behind me. Another 2-3 minutes goes by and she finally comes out and asks what the order was because she completley forgot. Again its just a coffee and a tea. So she comes back after 3-5 minutes with a hot cup of tea and an iced coffee with extra cream (the order was 1 cream, 1 sugar). Now reminder I had said iced tea twice. Once when I ordered, once again when she forgot. I said for the THIRD time I asked for iced tea. She looks at me and goes well we dont have that. Do you still want this one?. I left and went to dunkins instead. It was simple and quick. Unlike the painful show I had to watch waiting on apparently nothing because they didnt even have my tea. Im not going here anymore until they hire people that dont make the simplest things complicated, waste my time, and arent lazy. Its so rude and unprofessional to just be sitting on your phone in plain sight of customers. WHILE IM WAITING ON MY ORDER! Only giving 2 stars because the coffee/food is good.

They pretty much just stole my money. I asked if they just had eggwhites only, they said yes, made a sandwich with extra things added. The picture outside you cannot see amount of herbs in the eggwhites. I asked them why it looked like that, and I only wanted egg-whites. They wouldnt make me another sandwhich unless I paid twice to eat one sandwich. Everyone inside was shocked that they asked me to pay again. Horrible service, selfish manager, awful workers, awful attitude. They just lost a good handful of customers. Oh yeah, and the rude young girls (in the daytime shift), I Believe this makes two complaints about them. she was yelling three cars back in the drive through lane to a guy, asking him what he wanted before the people parked in line waiting before him. No he wasnt a cop.. Very strange escort-type vibe from that location.
