I have used infinite Dezine on a few occasions now, and I could not be more pleased. As a business owner myself, when dealing with clients we have a saying we live by. do the right thing, all the time. Well, Russell and Kim have done the right thing with me! I was in the market to upgrade to a new computer that would accommodate the design software we use.I was asking Russell if he would actually build one, like he did a few years ago for a friend of mine. He could have took the order and done just that, but instead he sent me to a manufacturer that he has used in the past knowing that it was better suited for me, and that I would be please with it.Thats doing the right thing in my book! Got my computer screen fixed here months back....didnt think they WOULDNT RECONNECT THE CAMERA never coming back here

I have never used INFINITE Dezine & Computers before, but after Russell took me under his technical support, turn a very bad situation with my home computer: fix my emergency in losing files and restored my 30 years files back to life. Russell knew just what to do and in a very minimal time frame, repaired my hard drive so he could back the files up a to flash drives. Russell was able to get the files restored and we were able to get the computer up and running. The files that I could have lost were about 120 gb in size and all is working now, I could not be more pleased. Whatever service we need on any of my computers, Infinite Design will always get the call first.Thank you Russell for the super service, this really made my day and save me a lot of headaches. thank you again.

For starters, they answer their phone. I brought my laptop in to have the fan fixed and asked if it could be fixed by Weds afternoon. I was told they wouldnt know until they opened up my machine and had the part in house. 3.5 hours later, I got a call that it was fixed! I wouldnt have been able to work one of my jobs without it. I got my laptop charging port repaired here a while ago, but it feels like the repair wasnt done very well because I noticed it was still struggling to charge, but it worked as long as I kept it at a good angle so I didnt say anything, but now that some time has passed, its becoming troublesome again.

BRING YOUR COMPUTERS HERE!!!! Im a professional game streamer on facebook and called thursday afternoon with my desktop not booting up... they stayed open over an hour after they closed.. (my work schedule exceeds the normal store hours).. got my pc back in 2 days and CHEAPP.. computer works great and will be back. They saved me alot of money and time.

I bought a new (used) graphics card here and like all the reviews I read prior, got excellent service at a fair price. I would definitely go back to Infinite Dezine in the future should the need ever arise.

The Best over all computer repair shop in Leominster in my opinion. As well as creating posters, business cards, damaged picture repair. I use them all the time. My computers are sent in every year for tuneup, debugging, professional virus scans and cleaning.Russ and Kim are very friendly....and fun!

My computer crashed on Wednesday. This was due to some sort of issue with the Microsoft update. Russ fixed it. Had the computer back to me by Thursday p.m., charging me half of what the local chain store would have. Very nice person and great service.

Russ has always been there when my husband or I have messed up our computers, he fixes them up fast. Takes great care of us.

My desktop had a problem where the cpu would get power but the monitor wouldnt. Russ diagnosed it as an issue with both my graphics card and my motherboard. He gave me advice on what parts I could buy and also advised me that it would be better to switch out my cooling system because it seemed to have a leak in it. He also fit everything in within 30minutes and set me on my way. Russ is friendly and helpful. I would totally recommend their store for all your computer needs

Not only that, but Russell saved me a fortune by enlightening me on a warranty that I didnt realize I had on some components.
