Fantastic stop at the Leominster Walmart, bright, fresh, well stocked compared to Tobias way Walmart. The Halloween items were however picked over. Asked three staff for help and all were friendly and super helpful. I will return the first Black Friday sale will be Nov 5th I was told.

WORST WALMART I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. NO ONE BUT PHARMACY ANSWERS THEIR PHONES. THE MANAGERS WONT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE.I PAID $10 EXTRA FOR DELIVERY UNDER TWO HOURS TODAY AND ENDED UP CANCELLING THE ORDER. THIS WALMART HAS EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DONT ORDER FROM HERE.

It was great place to go shopping at and that good selection of clothes, foods, kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies and etc.

People tend to either love or hate Walmart. This Walmart has good deals all around. I got mulch recently of 1.97 a bag and the bag was huge! I also love the fact that there is a Lowes down the street so if I cant find it at Walmart whatever I need at Lowes. There is also a Texas Roadhouse if you want to go out to dinner with family or friends.

I used to order my groceries online. Had the worst experience, they don’t do any effort to help you. I had to call different numbers to get my money back. This happened several times. Do not waste your time by ordering online 😡

I got in and got everything on my list and left. I know that every business has been struggling trying to find help. Retail and hospitality industries are having a rough time. No one wants to work for minimum wage. No one wants to deal with people that are rude and just plain Stupid. 2 things that you just cant FIX.

Spacious, well lit aisles; clean floors; good selection of decent produce; shelves stocked better than another WM Supercenter in the area. Easy to find what you need; if you need help, plenty of associates available.

Customer service is terrible. Im disabled and have mobility issues. All the scooters were not charged and the one that was, a young boy walked up and jumped on it. His mother said absolutely nothing as the took off. He actually ran to get it before I did!!!! Apparently he just wanted to ride it. Yhe cashier I had was extremely slow, she told a customer behind me to take the 36 pack of water off the counter because she wasnt going to lift it!!! Bad attitudes. Worst walmart I have ever been too!

Very poor, Sad customer service with the exception of one cashier in which she was working overtime, but was very polite and professional. Im so sorry I didnt get your name. The Spanish employees very very rude They act like they could not speak English so they cant help you, in which they probably didnt. It was apparent that they were there competing with each other, who looks the best? And in all actuality, not of them wins the prize. The Spanish employees can use a serious crash course in the English literature. Capish? Then Walmart get on that, what are you waiting for?

I have been waiting for a delivery that was supposed to be here 20 min ago. I have an empty fridge, a diabetic and a hungry family. I have never felt cheated by a store. I guess every negative thing Ive heard about walmart is true. Ive ordered delivery many times and there has been food missing, thawed frozen things and 9 out of 12 eggs broken. Get your act together.... if you advertise something you are duty bound to DELIVER it. And Im still waiting. One unhappy customer

Its okay, its Walmart. It seems that they will have runs on random stuff and they dont know when it will be back in stock. If you dont want to make a wasted trip see if it is in store online and then call to make sure they have it in stock

Walmart quality isnt all that. There customer service isnt very good at all. Staff had a serious attitude. Not just one person either. I guess its a product of minimum wage. Store was absolutely filthy!!

Wonderful shopping experience! You can find just about any supermarket item, all kinds of kitchen goods, bathroom goods, drugstore items and thats just the beginning!

This store oozes negativity the moment you walk through the door. Only a few employees are helpful the rest glare at you as you walk by. Making my experiences here ones I do not wish to repeat.I know the management here needs to learn what their jobs actually entail and how to do them. They treat employees horribly and people wonder why businesss are lacking employees. This particular Walmart has no structure or anyone with any type of managers intelligence working the front. The store itself is dark and dirty. Not the most pleasant shopping experience If at all possible I choose a different store to spend my money in.

Bad experience where a customer accused me of stealing $5 from them. Walmart did nothing to de-escalate the situation. Their employees were talking to him in their language and tried to convince me to give the customer $5. I wanted to call the cops, but the manager in charge insisted I shouldnt and he walked me to car and there was never a follow-up. Avoiding this place forever.

The Walmart on Chatham Dr was crazy. There was only 4 registers open and there were lines 10 people deep and 2 of the registers were self checkout. This is redictulas. On a Friday. I waited in the 15 items or less line for 30 minutes and one of the self checkout was credit card only. This is not the first time this has happened. I would think that a company as large as Walmart would do better than this. After all they say they are crying for help. So 😭

Their Customer Service desk is lacking big time, but their Phone, Media & Electronics Dept. is helpful & knowledgeable. Other Depts. Not so much! Yet they offer a good selection of quality items & SOME are sold at reasonable prices too. I have never liked this Walmart. I have encountered verbal abuse from Customer Service, had a cashier try to get me on board with going after a couple of kids because she couldnt figure out which gender they were and have been told years ago that they wouldnt take an order back from walmart.com because it was a different company. Tried to order from walmart.com to pick up today and was told that they could substitute almost all of my items if they chose. What a waste of my time.

This is the best Wal-Mart I have been in. The only complaint is they need more cashiers.

Stopped in for a quick visit the other day to grab a toy for my nieces first birthday. The other Walmart had a baby Einstein keyboard, and it was a smaller one so I fifed a larger Walmart would have it as well but I couldnt find it or any baby Einstein products. Its possible they are out but we looked pretty well. Luckily they had a cool frozen ride on car thing and some other ride ons. Ended up getting that. Dont have alot of experience at this particular store but my friend goes here sometimes and doesnt complain much so I assume its a decent store overall. And it came through with an alternative to the present I originally was thinking of getting. This one may have been better tbh. Price wasnt bad either. So overall Im happy with my experience here despite the circumstances.

I appreciate any store that has plastic bags, in this state with annoying paper bags in most stores.

The first thing I realized 17 registers ONLY 2 open! Went to the back bathroom totally discussing! At the return center Only 1 person working and I was # 12 in line. The person behind counter seem to be having a difficult time, line didnt move. I went to self checkout which seemed to move smoothly! A male employee did help me right away when I asked because an item didnt wouldnt scan. I Never been so disappointed shopping here. Dont know if management changed, but definitely wasnt any manager on sight. When asked nobody seem to know. I have always had much better experiences in the past. Hopefully All these issues can be resolved. Especially covid-19 protocols seems like a lot not followed thru.

Sick of checking myself out and not getting paid

Drove half an hour to pick up my order, it said I had to download an app, then the app said I have to create an account and then I still couldnt get my order. Called 4 times and no one picked up, spent 20+ minutes on the phone with their support center, walked in and they said pickups closed 10 minutes ago and go come back tomorrow. Never shopping here again.

The service was Excellent,form the guys up front to the mechanics in the back,was on top of there game, thank you all so much.

A spacious Walmart serving South Leominster, Sterling, Lancaster and surrounding towns. Theres a hair salon in the store with a great stylist, my wife wont go anywhere else for a haircut.

Worst Walmart I’ve ever visited (unfortunately I visit often due to proximity) Parking lot is always filthy. Shelves are usually bare. Never enough registers open. Pallets in the aisles during prime time. Limited customer service and service hours. 😞

Its probably cliche to say it, but, they really do have everything. Especially at the Supercenters, which decided to place a full sized grocery store under the same roof as all the other goodies.

The stuff made feel welcome and very polite and helpful.I found all what I need here.

Always clean and the associates have always been very pleasant. I stop in on my way home from work in the morning when I need something.

This is the worst Wal-Mart Ive ever been in. Just walking in you can see what Im talking about. Its never nice and inviting. The store looks and feels grimey, dirty and unorganized its always dirty. Low stock all the time, unprofessional employees, unorganized and to add to the eww already you cant trust there instock items availability. If youre like me you buy only after reading and comparing items online. Because of this viewing online is important and you check store availability. Ive driven 2-3 times here to make a purchase after viewing the availability online only to be told rudely that they were all out of the item and for days she said. Because of this I prefer Target all day.

Just wanted to get shampoo and conditioner for my kids. As soon as I got down the isle, six other people decided to browse around, and right as I was about to lose it on everyone for being way too close to me and going the wrong way down the isle, 2 walmart employees decided to talk about their night plans next to me. I decided to not get arrested, and left immediately. Need to go to target now.

If you use Pickup. Be prepared to wait... Forever. Even After you check-in. They dont come out. I have to go to Customer Service Area many times for them to track the person down to get my orders. She even had to call him through her own cell phone and STILL took forever. Another time she had to page him and then go get him because he wasnt inside the store. He was outside in back. The managers apologizes and says they need more help. Like No... Find anyone else. Also, If you are at CS desk. They more than overlook your order right in front of them in the drawers or in the back. They didnt have my packages one time when I got alerted in email it was there. I wasted an hour drive andthenhad to go back and get it after I called them back. Still takes forever every entrance. I wont pickup from there unless I absolutely have too!

Very clean and organized. Better than a year ago. Walmart workers take time to help, no matter what theyre doing. One downfall is checking out. There must be 18 check out counters, but only 3 to 4 are active. This is tedious especially with lines backed up practicing social distancing. The virus has made a lot of customers edgy and a faster checkout would certainly sooth a lot of peoples hustle to get away from crowds and head home.
