Staff was very helpful, & not pushy. Made sure the boots fit properly. Also gave suggestions on how to care for them.

Very very poor on how they handle business I order a pair of uggs boots Dec 9 they said 5 to 10 days they sent it to the wrong store and some unknown lady signed for them and no where to be found went back Dec 19 they said they reorder it and put on fast delivery 24 to 48 hrs do when back Sat never showed up customers service finally call back saying they are sold out making me wait for this long and theyll refund my money nothing they can do very piss poor customer service manager should be fired never ever going there again I suggest you do the same.
