First off, I must say Hyundai vehicles have made huge headway in the auto industry. Great looking vehicles from compacts, to sedans to SUVs. I was very impressed and they have a great warranty package to back it up. I just bought a used Hyundai at a great price from a polite, considerate and consummate professional salesman Nick Giannetti. Granted I just got the car however Nick was far from the stereo typical high pressure salesman and he made the entire process from start to finish a pleasure. My wife and I are very happy with the sale and I highly recommend RTE 2 Hyundai to anyone looking to buy from an amazing selection of vehicles both new and used.... but most important... ASK FOR NICK. Just a great personality and a pleasure to do business with. The kind of person you would like to just have a beer (or coffee) with.
I had Dan as a sales rep and he made my experience absolutely amazing! Not only was he able to remove all the stress of buying a car, but he was able to get me a sale on a much better car than I had expected to get walking in all while staying within my budget. He connected me to an insurance agent who was able to beat all the prior quotes I was given. I had huge anxiety upon starting my car hunt and he was able to reduce the anxiety and help me with every step of the purchase, registration, and insurance processes. I am overjoyed with my experience and purchase!
Leased a 2018 Tuscon 3 years ago and lease is up next month. I was planning on purchasing the vehicle when my lease was up but then a check engine light appeared. No big deal car was still driving fine, called Rte 2 with the engine code was told there was a TSB on that code and parts were back ordered but some were arriving next week and theyd call when they were in. 2 weeks later I call for an update, get the run around between service, parts, and then back to service. Parts guy was the only one who actually helped by going around to get information for me. Come to find out the parts are there, now back to service to find they are booked out 10 days. During these transfers I inform them my car is beginning to be difficult to drive. Cant go over 45 mph or the timing skips and highway driving is a definite no go. Car will be fixed due to lease and not purchasing or leasing from Rte 2 Hyundai again. Update - Vehicle was fixed, time frame and communications do need work, part was under warranty and necessary recalls were performed, this visit was good.
Darcy offered us the absolute BEST price around for the Hyundai Kona electric ultimate trim and we had called almost every Hyundai east of New York. Not only that, but they were extremely nice and welcoming. Nick was a great agent, friendly and available through the entire process. We are sad that they are far from where we live and we likely won’t be returning for service. Bonus: they have nice soft TP in the bathrooms. You just don’t see that in public restrooms usually and it’s a nice touch.

I am beyond impressed with Rte2 Hyundai! We are from out of town and our Tuscon was having issues with a door handle. This seems to be a common problem with these vehicles. The service advisor, Will, got us in promptly, got the part quickly, and scheduled us for the repair quickly. From start to finish, just one week. There was no pressure from a wandering salesman to come over and look at a new model. That drives me nuts. If the service department is any indication of the rest of the dealership, Rte2 Hyundai is a winner!! Thank you, Will, for taking good care of me.
The best service crew there is. Honest, kind, hardworking, and very fast. Im very happy to be a Hyundai customer and I will continue going to this location. The workers are awesome and they do their best and more. I had only an hour to spare and needed an oil change and my inspection done, they did that in 40 minutes and even washed my car. I was extremely unhappy with Nick the Sales person I worked with regarding leasing or buying a new Santa Fe. So I went to Nashua Hyundai and was extremely happy with their customer service. They were willing to work with my budget and tried hard to satisfy me. I would NOT recommend buying a car at RT 2 Hyundai
I dont post very many reviews but my wife and I just had the worst experience at Rt. 2 Hyundai. She went into lease a 2022 Kona and was told by Johnny C. that leasing is the way to go and the top of the line model starts at $350. Wanting to keep the payments around or below $300, he said he could do that with the base model Kona. Since they didnt have any on the lot, we had to wait a few weeks before they got one. Upon going back, Johnny C. changed his tune and it was going to be $375 a month for the base model and financing, not leasing was the way to go. He spent the better part of the sit down trying to tell us he has 26+ years of experience and hes not a dishonest guy. I wont say dont go to Rt.2 Hyundai, just dont go to Johnny C. hes still living in the past. He directed everything towards me, despite my wife telling him SHE was the one looking for a car and me telling him I wasnt looking. Avoid Johnny C. hes not worth the run around or headache.
Recently, I called the service center because I was unable to turn my car radio off. The technician insisted there was a button on the panel to reset radio. No button. He then said he could try to reset it, but if that didn’t work, they couldn’t do anything today due to a full schedule. I explained to him that the radio continues to play, after car is turned off. This drains my battery, obviously. I was lucky, somehow about 15 minutes later, it reset itself. Not good customer service. Reflects poorly on this dealership.
Ive had an excellent experience each time ive gone here to buy a car. if you have a financed trade in you still owe on they will work with you and do all the required paperwork behind the scenes. Salespeople were extremely helpful and friendly.

I’ve spent the past couple months researching different makes and models of cars, and visiting various dealerships for test drives. I pinpointed the 2021 Elantra as my next car, and pulled the trigger today. Route 2 had the exact model I was looking for (color, trim package, etc), and honestly the best deals from any of the Hyundai dealers I had been checking.Time availability was one of my biggest concerns, and I made sure to have my ducks in a row before heading in. Expressing that to Gill, he had me in and out with the exact car I intended to buy, my trade-in fairly priced, and a payment that fit perfectly into my budget. I drove onto the lot at 10:30 and left in my new Elantra at noon.I can also say that the atmosphere inside the dealership was one of the most inviting I have experienced in this entire car-buying excursion. Some places were dismal, some were fine, some were even good, but this place is outstanding.To the team at Route 2, thank you. And Gill, thanks for putting up with my terrible jokes (but it was a fair trade for the singing).

This young salesman I got Nick is new but he was very nice very positive and listen to my concerns so it was a good first visit at exploring some new choices in cars. Johnny C was really helpful when I stopped in on a Thursday afternoon to ask questions about the Tucson and the Santa Fe. He showed me the different trim levels and technology with the cars and answered all of my questions and concerns. After additional thought and research, I settled on wanting to test drive the 2022 Tucson SEL with convenience package. I set up a time on Saturday morning for the test drive. Johnny C fetched the vehicle I was interested in and we went for a drive. He explained all of the technology and safety features. We got back to the dealership and started talking numbers. We negotiated my trade-in and Zach was able to get me a better loan than my credit union offered me. Zach was great with all of our final paperwork. I realize that is also their last chance to add on anything and the only thing he said we should consider was the tire/rim program. With the terrible roads in Fitchburg/New England in general, and having 3 new drivers in the house, this did seem like an absolute no Brainer and we took it. Delivery of the car was same day, 7 days later I got my registration and sticker. Overall, it was a virtually painless transaction and I will definitely tell my friends about the experience I had.

My lease was up and I went back to see what my options were. Brian my sales associate was pretty helpful and also so was Peter. I will be picking up my new Hyundai Kona on Monday. I like the car and I got what I needed.

I did not have a good experience at your business. I was referred to your location and to a specific salesman by a long time friend and former client of mine Ive always taken care of. First let me start by saying if buying a car takes a week, when you are dealing with the Dealership- ive been mistaken my whole life. This is one of the first times Ive gone to an actual dealership that manufacturers the car Im looking into purchasing. I finally set up a time to go your Location. Mind you, I do NOT live close at all and did NOT have my own vehicle. So the hassle to borrow a car from someone I know is literally why I was at the point of just going to the Dealer.What is always most important to me is Service. I dont care about anything else if youre not treating me right. Im going to come correct on my end of the deal - and thats by having the money you need to process our deal. I did NOT receive good service from John Chiaravelli. Instead i was led along to no avail for a week long and wasted a trip to your dealership only to be eventually shown his personal car to be sold to me. Like seriously i cant even explain the amount of disrespect that is to me. My sneakers are worth more than that damn car. It was absolutely dirty, exterior and interior and it wasnt even the same brand as your Dealer.Listen, that was so rude and disrespectful, I cant even begin to explain. You try and sell me a dirty red toyota, thats filthy inside. You took me to the back of the dealership. Id kept calling to update of my arrival and was told 15 minutes though in all actuality the clients didnt leave for hours.Yall seriously need to take a look at whos working for you.This is sad, because (and you can confirm this) I ended still buying a Hyundai, and the car I wanted from Bill Dube.I need a job, clearly he doesnt want to make you any money.I will absolutely leave a glowing review for Bill Dube. That is the definition of service. It took me 3 days from the time I walked to leave with something with 40 miles on the ODO.

Great vehicles! Great service! However, it seems as though their professionalism and respect needs a little more work. You always address a customer by their last name (Mr, Mrs, Ms, or Miss So and so). You never address a customer by their first name unless the customer invites you to do so. Once Hyundai takes care of this then I will have absolutely no problem with coming here for my next vehicle (I currently have a Ford) as there is someone in my family who cant say enough good things about this place.

My last purchase I decided to attempt shopping around a little and visited a Subaru, Mazda and another Hyundai dealership...none compared to the friendly home family feeling and customer service at Route 2!! Definitely my dealership. I have all my services done there too.

What a great experience at route 2 Hyundai from sales with Michael Lemoine to financing with Zac. I never felt pressured to buy, i felt fully informed about the car i was interested in. Silly me and old school, but it was impressive to me that no matter how many times i entered and exited the dealership, i was pleasantly greated and the door was opened for me, it made me feel like i was an important customer Michael also took a great deal of time explaining all of the bells and whistles. Day 1 post car purchase and i am a very happy customer. This is the first time in my car buying lifetime, that i have felt that a dealership was not trying to just make the car sale but create a route 2 Hyundai life long customer. Nice job team! Poor service. Car dropped off Wed night for a 10am appt Thurs. Did not call so I called them at 2pm and get after hours voicemail. Called again and the same. Third call at 230p answered by woman, transferred to man and then back to woman who took info for callback. Guy called 10min later claims tech was out on test drive just now...4.5hrs later. Then they come back and say they cant complete work today and offered to take off $25 for inconvenience. I am going elsewhere.
Cant say enough about the sales and finance team here. Darcy and Naomi worked really hard to find me just the right car, and Steve in finance did an amazing job, helping me get the best finance rate. They were up front and transparent every step of the way. And I got a great car at a great price, to boot! Easy, painless transaction. Looking forward to doing business with them again.
So my sales guy Evan Cox was amazing. Super friendly and easy going. He helped every step of the way. I wasnt planing on buying a car today but all the guys and girls there made it so easy and worked with me 100%. A hour or so later I drove off with my 2017 Elantra which I love already. I will be back for my girl friend next year for her 3rd from Rt2 Hyundai.
Quality of the work was very good. The closest any employee there got to wearing a mask to protect protect each other and their customers was my service advisor whos mask was falling off. There was no evidence that changes were made in their customer waiting area except that the kids toys were removed. Except for customers wearing masks, you would never know there there was a dangerous pandemic going on.

I was a prior customer at Herb Chambers in Auburn. The multiple times I went there were terrible. I went in to Hyundai in Leominster for the first time today and I was beyond pleased with my experience. I have absolutely nothing bad to say. The 2 gentlemen in the service department were professional, knowledgeable and treated me with respect. I can say none of this about the other dealership I used to go to. I will absolutely be going there from now on.
I come here professionally at least once every couple of weeks. Im always treated with respect and courtesy. The people are professional and do their jobs well. I would at least shop them if youre in the market for a car.
After some time messing around with this dealership related to the big engine recall they sent me away without even submitting the claim.. One service person J was great. And was attentive while the other didnt want no part of a $10k job.. W said that I had to many miles for hyundai to honor the recall.. Instead he suggested $700 dollars that was recommended instead, Basically telling me go screw.I went to another dealership in Auburn, they did a compression test, cylinders 1 and 2 were toast. I was in a rental and a new Replacement engine was on its way within the hour.. I will not deal with this place in the future. They apparently dont need the business.

(see my newer comments at end) Service department did not seem to care that my car sometimes only clicks when I turn the key. ( still under warranty) Did a quick battery test and sent me away. Later that day, laying on my back under my car I found the problem, bad connection at starter solenoid, and corrected it myself. Follow up: When my fix did not last I had to give them another crack at the problem. They replaced my starter, and 7 days later I have not had any further trouble starting my car. Hoping that its fixed! Updating from 1 to 3 stars based on second visit.

Generally, when I go to this dealer, Im happy with the people I deal with, the service writers all go out of their way to help, which is great. However, you really need to get your website working. The hours listed on it are wrong, and trying to make an appointment with it is a nightmare. It used to work fine, but for some reason, you changed it and its just a mess now. The live chat thing that pops up is obviously automated and doesnt respond correctly, and there is no way to directly e-mail the service department that I could find (I did e-mail the general e-mail address from the site, but never got a response). If youre going to offer the ability to set appointments online, you really kinda need to have that stuff working...
Today was our second lease from rte2 Hyundai. Our salesperson was very pleasant and very patient and very helpful. The whole process was very organized and simplified. This is our 3rd Hyundai product. They all have served our needs. We only had one time that we needed to bring the 2006 car in for service. They also have the best warranty. We highly recommend any Hyundai product. However we think the rte 2 Hyundai dealership is the best. And lastly ask for the great salesman, Brian Smith. He is easy to reach, easy to talk to and works hard to meet your needs at the best price possible.

Easy to get an appointment (same day) for oil change, first full tune up and tire rotation. Dropped off my car and was called when it was finished. Got extra coupons to reduce price of service!

Joshs laid back attitude and his patience with finding the right car for us was exceptional. I would highly recommend purchasing your next car from them. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Took the 2010 Elantra(with almost 200K miles) in for schedlued appointment. They took the car in within minutes, said it would take about an hour. Twenty minutes later got a text that the repairs were complete. Went to pick up the car and was back on the road in minutes. These folks have always treated me well, theyre professional, have a great process and give accurate estimates. The repairs were done during the pandemic so there was ample social distancing. Great!.

I bought my 2019 Kona Ultimate here. I worked with Naomi and she was great. She was very informative, thorough, courteous, and put us at ease with all of our concerns without being stuffy or too pushy.The only issues I had with the transaction came from my own insurance provider, so thats saying something.I would love to work with her again and I would recommend anyone else does the same. We were shopping for new cars and selected Rt2 Hyundai. We arrived and parked our car to find Darcy Tucker waiting to guide us inside.Darcy asked us what we were looking for and the budget we were working to.We were in a rush because we left our dog in the car. Darcy welcomed our dog to come inside and that’s when things started to click nicely.We decided on the Tucson and test drove it around town. We liked it and not much longer we found ourselves waiting to finance the car!A short wait and we left feeling good and we got what we needed.- no pressure whatsoever- Darcy was very knowledgeable of the car and it’s features- All in the dealership were very nice and accommodating- the finance person, Peter Eichholz really had it together. In minutes we had finished- everyone loved our dog, Kid Rock!We picked up our car today and we went over a checklist to ensure we understood all the features and settings of the Hyundai Tucson. Darcy showed her knowledge of the features in detail.We are happy with our purchase (lease) and may return soon to get another! Overall a very pleasant experience !
I went for an oil change and tire rotation. They put the wrong oil (5w20 instead of 0w30 or 5w30) and the oil level was at the minimum. They over torqued the lugnuts and they put the wrong tire pressure in the rear wheels (36 instead of 33) despite me telling them to torque the wheels to 85 ft.lbs and adjust the tire pressure to 36 in the front 33 in the rear.

I was really excited to see the selection they had, and the prices were very competitive. I got an amazing car, with everything I was looking for. Theres a woman there named Haley, shes fairly new but absolutely amazing and a huge help. ——- id like to add that they ended up totaling my car before I was able to pick it up. I unfortunately jumped the gun and wrote this review before it happened. I wanted a sunroof put in and ended up having to go somewhere else due to their inability to handle the situation appropriately. Got a refund and left.

We have been using Route 2 Hyundai for the past 15 years as a family. Their dedication, knowledge and friendliness is always welcome. Whenever we go in we are confident that we will be coming out with a great vehicle for a great price. They are willing to work with you and meet your wants and needs. We had Brian as a salesmen this time. He gave us the most easy, stress free experience and got us exactly what we wanted. We haven’t felt less stress when buying a car. We will absolutely go back for an eighth time in the future.
Wendy is my go to person at service, we have only recently moved to central Massachusetts, and have had to drop my car off multiple times. She is knowledgeable, pleasant, and quick to get back to you. She always knew what was going on and remembered even small details I had told her. I always ask for her when I call now, and I recommend anyone reading this should as Well! She is the reason for 5 stars!

Very disappointed with my experience. I stopped by to test drive a Hyundai as Ive never been in one before. After the test drive I was asked some questions and gave my opinion. I was then given a price. Told them I wanted to shop and look at similar cars before making a decision. They gave me a better price and pressure about about not shopping around. I said I only came to check it out today and was not prepared to purchase. A week later I went back to negotiate after decided I liked the car. We didnt agree on trade in value so the deal didnt get done that day ... 4 days later I went in to make the purchase based on the deal they offered ... and they changed the offer. Wanted an extra $1500 plus from me. I was incredulous. First pressure not to walk out of the parking lot. Then when you come back to purchase at the price you were given they moved the bar.
Highly recommend. Simple straightforward car buying experience - extremely competitive pricing and everything was given up front avoiding most of the dreaded back and forth negotiating that can sometimes takes hours. So happy I stopped here. All staff were very kind and professional and Hayley (my sales rep) was such a pleasure to work with. I walked away with my dream car at a great price that very day.

I actually live in Nashua, NH. I drove to Rte 2 Hyundai based on a flyer I recieved.. and a pleasant conversation with Josh, the manager.When I arrived, I was seated with John, a 20 year sales professional. Right off the bat, I knew I was in good hands. John took the time to establish rapport, assert the credibility of his dealership, and bring attention to his own qualifications, all without seeming overbearing.The thing I appreciated most about John, though, is that he attentively listened to what I wanted and why, and then found me cars that hit my criteria. There’s nothing that will ruin a buying experience faster than a salesperson who thinks they understand your needs better than you do. Had this been my experience, I would absolutely not have bought a car yesterday. However, John showed me options, never assumed the sale, and let me come to a decision on my own. He put me in a position to buy by hearing my needs and reacting to them...The credit review and financing portion of the transaction was typical but painless, and I walked out with what I consider a fair deal.Before I even got home, John called to see how the drive was. This struck me as odd at first, then I realized how unusual that kind of follow up is. I’d signed on the dotted line and walked out the door- yet I feel John is still invested in the sale. That speaks highly to his qualifications and talent.All in all, I couldn’t have been more pleased with Rte 2 Hyundai, John, or my decision.

My experience at Rte 2 Hyundai was excellent. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Hot chocolate, coffee and snacks were offered to everyone requiring car service. I even brought my puppy with me, and she was lavished with attention and given bowls of water. My car was cleaned beautifully, and I left feeling like I had just been to a spa.

Over the past couple months I have been searching various different local dealerships to try and find the best deals on a new Hyundai Veloster. I was at this time keeping in contact with a couple different salesman at a couple locations. My father had made some moves of his own to help me out and contacted Adam from Rte.2 Hyundai while he was searching online. After they had talked and exchanged a couple emails I called Adam to talk to him personally. Right off the bat Adam was so helpful and made the process so much easier. Personally Ive had a stigma for sometime about car salesman and I didnt feel like this was the case at all when dealing with Adam.Now I had viewed other dealerships to see their selections as well as talked to their salesman....but when I arrived to Rte. 2 Hyundai it was a different experience completely. I did have a further drive to get there (1.5 hrs) then the local dealerships nearby, yet it was the best decisions I made.Upon arriving sort of unexpectedly I was encountered by Willy. Willy is another salesman from Rte.2 whom I was very impressed with and very pleased to work with. Between both Adam and Willy and the rest of the Rte.2 Hyundai team I truly got the best service I could have asked for and look forward to doing business with them in the future and recommending anyone and everyone to do the same.Hyundais have been in my family for years but it wasnt til Rte. 2 Hyundai that I felt truly exceptional service from a dealership.Thank you Adam, Willy, and the rest of the team over at Rte. 2 Hyundai!!!! :)

This dealership is great. They have an awesome selection. Willy Wachira is attentive and concise. I was here in 2014 to get my 2009 Hyundai Sonata and I had a pleasant experience. Now I’m here in 2017. Willy helped me then and now and I’m leaving with a 2017 today. I am so happy with the service.
