Reine is a Fench word meaning queen in English. Reine is the boss there and trust me she treats you like not just a customer but as a famiky member. Very nice young lady with a stellar smile on her face ready help you with your car issue either buy of fix. A place to do good business. 5 million stars for her.

Worst dealership I’ve experienced. Service was okay, but pushy. Sold an absolute trash car that broke within 30 days, they fixed it poorly, and when it broke again they couldn’t care less since my 30 days was up. Do not trust this dealership! Disappointed after I saw the great reviews, but clearly this is not the case anymore. They just want your money. Would not trust any car sold at this dealership.

Bought a lemon for my child. It had issues they did repair the first, but not the second. The 30 day warrantee should have been renewed. There were fuel system issues and again there are fuel system issues. I should not have gone here. Lesson learned. Getting in touch with my lawyer but with Covid who knows. I was unsure of the car the first day once I saw it was painted. They swore it was not in accident. Trying to keep my child safe. Would not recommend. Buyer Beware

I bought a car (Mazda) from them in May, 2019. The car itself is running well, but the radio is broken and I was promised by both the guys working there, that the radio would be fixed (by them). It shouldn’t be this difficult. I paid the full sum of money that they asked for the car, and it is now August 2019, and the radio is STILL not fixed. Extremely disappointed and not professional.

Didn’t get a title with the truck he assured I would have It within my 7 days of the rmv1 time frame knowing that was not going to be the case called him multiple times with no results texted him to ask if he would rewrite the RMV one form to give me seven days more and still no results So the truck sat in the driveway not being able to drive when I finally did get in touch with him he refused to return the vehicle and still did not have a title. So if you buy a vehicle from this gentleman and you have an issue with it good luck to you ps: This is now becoming a court matter

The sale me a ford about 3 weeks ago with a lot electronic problems, the car couldnt get start, I bring the car back to them and they told me I caused the problem, then they ask me leave to figure it out by myself.How honest and professional people they are?Ill tell anyone I know do never ever go there to by a car!

Nice at the time of selling but not helpful when you go back to have the car fix if anything happens to it. They let you know right a way that they will not fix anything and if they do you will have to pay for it. I will not buy from them again nor I will recommend this place.

My son bought a VW Jetta here about a month ago. Everyone was excellent to work with. They were extremely helpful and made sure the car was fully serviced before we took it home. The owners were very accessible and willing to accommodate in any way they could. Id definitely go back in the future.

The workers there were pleasant and easy to work with. They answered all of my questions and made quick repairs on the issues the vehicle was having before i purchased it. I brought it to get a pre purchase inspection and discovered a few things needed fixing, which they fixed that day, BEFORE I BOUGHT IT. The only reason they got a 4 star rating is because they tried to have me sign off on a NO WARRANTY contract which I was not having bc I was informed that I would get a 30 day WARRANTY. After going back and forth a little bit the owner realized I was not going to go through with the purchase with out a contract stating there was a WARRANTY. She then changed it to say that it had a 30 day WARRANTY but wrote down that theyd cover 0% of parts and labor. I made sure she corrected it to 100% And I was on my way.The car seems great. I havent brought it to get inspected yet but only time will tell. I will update this IF the vehicle doesnt pass the state inspection but Im pretty sure it will.Thanks Platinum!

I bought my G35 from them about 2 years ago and I only suffered continuous problems since owning it. When I first bought the car, they reset the ECU so that the engine light would not come up during the test drive. Before my purchase, I asked of any existing problems with the vehicle, which was stated as only one of the front control arms. Soon after the purchase, the engine light came on and I was not able to get my car to pass inspection. After repeated attempts to reset the ECU, I was told that the Cat was hallowed and that caused the issue. We kept going back and forth between the issue, and I was told to drive it gently so that it doesnt cause the ECU to flag. I finally got it to pass inspection somehow. Even then there was a ton of other problems with the car, front speakers not working, rack and pinion replacement, and back to trying to get my car to pass inspection, yet again - all within 2 years.Basically, they sold a car that wasnt going to pass inspection in the first place and kept delaying the fix. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS BUSINESS.

If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. These people are the epitome of scam artists. I bought a car from them earlier this month. I traded in a car that could have easily been sold for $8,000 and they only gave me $4,000 for it. I ended up paying $2,500 to get the vehicle that I wanted. Three days later I went to get it inspected an it failed. There was NO break pad on one side, the check engine light came on, it had multiple leaks, under the hood was hurt rigged and not to mention it had a bad turbo as well. They gave me a warranty that they claimed would cover basically everything important and the warranty company came back saying nothing is covered. I now have to pay THOUSANDS to have it fixed and they are now selling my previous car for $7,500. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DUMP.

I recently went in to look at a sweet bmw convertible and as I walked in the sales professional asked me why i was there- and after i told him he simply said take it for a spin- I was a little shoicked at his nonchalance, just go for a spinI was instantly sold but it was a 58000 original mile 15 year old car that is in showroom condition. I gladly paid like $2000 over blue book and absolutely love this car. Their location is packed with deals and great cars- you gotta go see it!

Bought a 2009 bmw 3281 xdrive and I love it! I got it for $5,550 and was surprised at the deal I got. They were nice with refereeing me to DCU to get a car loan. They offer financing there, at a much higher rate than DCU can offer, instead of trying to make more money off me, they were honest enough to send me somewhere first for a lower interest rate. Its good they will finance you regardless of your credit, that option is available. I got a good sticker on the car no problem. Ive had the car nearly 4 days, so far so good. Will update the review a few months down the road. As it stands, very pleased with how kind and communicative they were through this whole process. Would recommend. Best car Ive ever had!

Few weeks ago I bought a Honda from this place, and I found out 3 days ago the car is very hard to get start, I bring the car back and ask the dealer why, she said she will take care of that and get her mechanic to fix the car for me for free. I pick up the car today, they told me everything has been fixed. But when I drove back tonight the car stopped on the high way! I towed the car to my mechanic, he told me the changed the regional park plug away! The used a market and cheap one to replace that, and now the car could not even can get start! Liars!

Even if they sell you a vehicle as-is they will stand behind there vehicles and will help as much as they can.
