Wasted timeI made an appointment at 3:30, to see a Chevy Colorado.The gentleman there was busy and he was not aware of the appointment.I realize that we are all very busy, in todays world. So, when I make an appointment, I cut that time out of my day, for that purpose.After waiting around until 3:45, it became quite apparent, that they were not going to take care of me any time soon. I left.My time was wasted today and I dont take that lightly.I know being a cash customer, doesnt mean a lot to dealers today, but it does to me.For those of you that have forgotten what that is.It means, I find a vehicle (new or used) that I want, at the price Im willing to pay, I buy it. No loan, no muss, no fuss......done.Work on your scheduling people.

Bought a truck from this place and the experience was good, until I drove away with the vehicle. The navigation and radio didn’t work in the truck. Then the electrical started acting up. Missing an end cap on the running boards and then my windshield wipers stopped working. Contacted Sam, who was so willing to make things “right”. He told me it was a busy time and he would contact me when I could bring it to the shop to have everything fixed. He made this excuse a few times and then blocked my cell phone number. Stay away from this place, just like every other dealership, thieves.

Awful place to buy. Service was no go sold me a truck that didn’t pass inspection. Stayed 3 weeks without a vehicle. Made it hard to go through my bank because they don’t give out purchase and sales agreement unless you finance through them. Worst dealership I’ve dealt with.

Will never do business here again. Was the worst experience dealing with buying a car here. Bought a car and tried to get a refund for the extended warranty I bought. Took almost 6 months to get my refund. They never return your calls and you literally have to drive there and ask for a manager to get anything from them.

Good customer relationship
